Dr. katouby is amazing, I would recommend her to everyone. She’s very knowledgeable, intelligent and humble Doctor. She was the only dr that was able to find out what happened to my son. I am very grateful for her and her office.

She's the best GI I've seen for my 2 babies. The only one that was capable of help them effectively. Very professional and friendly.

Horrible doctor! Extremely rude and unprofessional does not do well with children especially younger ones, her answers are rushed and rolls her eyes and has bad body language every time you ask a question in regard to your child’s symptoms, sorry ma’am but this is your job to be a doctor your picked this profession the audacity as if she’s superior to the people, consumers patients are what keep her profession going. Instead of offering medication she opted to request a high cost procedure. Refused to go over results directed me to the website so impersonal and does not have a welcoming attitude for children seems as if she hates her line of work, with the attitude that this doctor had I suggest she switches her specialty or retires because we need doctors that care! Dr Koutouby is a fantastic Doctor, she really takes her time answering your questions , she is very descriptive, she is generous she has been taking care of my son for the past 2 years and she change our life in the best way . i also want to thank the staff they are lovely and dedicated always trying to help . This is our first review i don't understand how this past reviews write nothing but rude comments about Dr Raghad Koutouby , honestly i was first upset about waiting but as soon as i was seen i was thrilled by the consultation , she is very caring not only with my daughter but with us as a family . I did not feel doubted in regards to all the questions i have to asked Dr koutouby is patient and understanding she also make sure that i was able to understand the steps and process for our treatment plan. Visited Dr.Khotuby with my daughter and had a great experience. I was explained from the beginning that as a new patient the intake might take a while. Could not be happier with the thorough consultation that Dr.Khotuby did. This doctor is very good but I had to run away of the nicklaus minor procedures waiting room!!! I had set up the endoscopy at 8.30 am and the nurse called her at 9.30 am to find out at what time she will be coming... She said..I am in the baptist with another patient, once I done I will go there. Really, my daughter was starving...her last meal was at 7 pm a day before. Best pediatrician ever .

Dr. Koutouby is an amazing and compassionate doctor. She has gone above and beyond to help treat my son. We are thankful to have her as her doctor.

Find someone who will follow up. New patient and it was Televist. We did have to wait, as others noted. Doctor seemed thorough and very nice. The issue is follow up, Literally there is NONE! My daughter’s doctor wanted her to see a ped. GI doctor. Koutouby ordered a blood and stool test. Literally I have heard nothing from her office, let alone her. I contacted Dr. Koutouby’s office 2 and 3 weeks respectively after the lab results were posted by Quest. I was assured that if anything were concerning the doctor would’ve contacted me, but a request was put in for her to send me a msg. I just sent her lab results to my daughter’s other doctors. One responded in less than half an hour and the other’s nurse just responded an hour later. Bottom line seems to be the results are normal for GI concerns, so she’s got nothing to offer. BUT, this is no way to treat people. Have your staff follow up if you won’t take the time.

Worst experience. Waited for 2 hours in a warm non air conditioned waiting room. Pediatricians should know how impossible it is to wait with a little one for 2 hours in a waiting room. Not even if it was charity medicine.

Hands down the best doctor my child has ever been to! When no other doctor would take the time to figure out what was going on, she did everything she could to get to the bottom of what was wrong. I’ll be sad when we no longer have to go see her.

I have known Dr. Koutouby for 10 years, when she initially treated my son. More recently he was diagnosed with another condition that required multiple visits to her office. She is a terrific doctor, pays attention to all details and explain to us and my son in a very patient way what needs to be done and all the options that we have. We never feel rushed, and she made us feel every time that we are the only and most important patients for her. She never gets impatient and answered all our multiple questions. She runs occasionally late but that is the price to pay for have such a wonderful doctor. I would recommend those patients that left her practice due to her waiting time to reschedule an appointment and meet Dr. K, you wouldn’t want to leave after that. Her knowledge and passion is reflected in every one of her interactions with her patients. I met several friends and doctors who did not know each other and all recommend Dr. K as a great pediatric GI. Her staff is also ver supportive working tirelessly obtaining insurance authorizations and filling multiple forms over and over. They greet you with a big smile. I see other reviews about the wait time but if you are in an out of the office in my opinion that does not say too much about the doctor. I do not mind waiting as long as the doctor is giving me all the care and attention I am seeking. I did wait about 1.5 hours before I was seen by the doctor but I honestly did not mind because I kept hearing other parents of tiny infant patients raving about Dr. Koutouby so I knew she was worth the wait. After my visit I can honestly say that if I had to wait 2-3 hours or 5 hours just to see her, I would, in a heartbeat. What a caring and understanding human being. She took her time with my 15 year old daughter and I did not feel rushed not even for one second. I am so glad I found her. Amazing doctor, saw my daughter since the day she was born and thanks to her she was able to feed as a baby. My daughter had severe reflux.

We have been seeing Dr. Koutouby for over 6 yrs. and she is the BEST! She is very caring, explains things well, and gives you plenty of time during your appt., always listening to us and all of our concerns. We love her! Great nurse also!!! You do wait a long time in waiting room, but I feel it's worth it to have such a great doctor!

Our son has been in the care of Dr. Koutouby for approximately 6-7 years. She has guided us through tough times and we appreciate her efforts tremendously. My wife brings our son to his appointments so my evaluation in limited to just four questions; however, I believe these are the four most important areas where scoring needs to be high. We made an appointment to see the doctor months in advance. The staff is very inpersonable, dry and rude. In a pediatric setting you would expect them to be nice to kids - not so. The wait there is HORRIBLE!!! We waited 2 hours 45 minutes and ended up leaving. It's a pediatric office how long do you expect a 5 year old to wait in a small room? Dr. Koutouby is FANTASTIC. However, her office is terribly managed. Scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible, because her office staff never answers the phone, appointments scheduled 2 months out. Wait times are upwards of 2 to 3 hours, which is an absolutely ridiculous expectation from a pediatric office -- waiting with a small child or toddler for this amount of time is a nightmare. Her staff is indifferent to anything said to them. They express no concern to the patients.

Excellent, responsive physician. Dr. K has taken great care of my daughter and is beyond anyone expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, caring, responsive and attentive to details. She calls me at anytime and takes the time to explain and comfort. She called me last week while away on family emergency. She is amazing. There is nothing but great things to say about this wonderful physician.

Excellent doctor, assertive, caring.

Simply awful. Dr. K ordered tests on my child. After she finished the last invasive exam, she told us that she was going out of town and would call us in 2 weeks to discuss the results. We never heard from her. We called for 3 months, each time being told the Dr. would call us back within the hour. She never did. Finally, we were told she wouldn't give us the results over the phone because she couldn't bill for it and we needed to make an office appointment. Shame on her. We changed Drs.

She has the most knowledge of any GI I've ever seen. Even those at Cincinnati children who deal with EE. Amazing Doctor. Amazing human being ♡

Awful. One month waiting for the appointment day, and then, 3 hours before, they called us and tell us that the Dr had an emergency and needed to cancel the appointment, and they had no idea on when the Dr will be available again to reschedule it. Very unprofessional.
