Dr. Tangen was referred to us by our child's neurologist. Our child's principal had read many reports by Dr. Tangen and also recommended her. I have two friends whose children were evaluated by Dr. Tangen and they recommended her as well. I was very pleased with Dr. Tangen. Both she and her fellow spent hours evaluating my child. They were extremely thorough and at the same time made the experience very pleasant, enjoyable and fun for my child. At the follow up parent appointment I felt that Dr. Tangen was able to accurately diagnose my child. Dr. Tangen also gave many practical suggestions for us to follow in order to best help my child succeed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tangen.

Dr. Tangen is good not great. She can be sloppy - probably because she is overextended - and make mistakes which harm parents and kids. She is slobbery bad about returning phone calls and below the norm at coordinating with pediatricians and others. I expected more
