Just called to get my insurance verified and the rep proceeded to transfer me to billing but hung up intentionally . So unprofessional .

Excellent medical care provided. Her preliminary diagnosis is almost always confirmed by biopsy.

It was a very unpleasant visit. Dr. Parry seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat some questions, and when she did, she acted like talking to a completely foreing patient with no English skills. Her nurse was much nicer so it was a shocked when I talked to her. I did not feel Dr. Parry was listening to me; I told her about a mole that appeared a year ago, and she kept talking as it had been in my skin forever. I feel I wasted my money and time to visit her. She fixed a problem that I had for 5 years after many docs tried! She’s very professional and will use her expertise to fix you up! Highly recommend.

Dr Perry has poor social skills. She seemed annoyed that I was in her office. Her nurse was wonderful but she was unpleasant.

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr Rachel Parry (Dermatologist) she is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly great! I will definitely recommend Dr Parry to anyone needing her expertise. The staff at Kelsey Seybold Tanglewood were all courteous, professional and very helpful.

I like how she explained things. Very knowledgeable and caring

Dr. Parry is great and very caring. (She's NOT like other dermatologists, who schmooze you and then try to sell you on Botox.) She's very focused and always considerate, and I've recommended her to all my friends.

Dr. Parry was very thorough with the exam and really took time to answer all my concerns. She made sure to explain everything to me. She even called my primary care doctor to make sure that they helped with another issue that was related to my skin problem. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perry for 3 years and I have had several different procedures performed by Dr. Perry and her staff. I am always extremely happy with the results. The staff is always helpful and courteous and I have always received a follow up call to see how I am after the procedure and if I am happy with the results. This shows me Dr.P and her staff cares about me and my satisfaction with their care. I'm moving to Washington I hope I can locate a Dr. like her there. Karl Snyder
