I came here to set an appointment, and I really hate the attitude of the staff here, especially the girl with long eyelashes, her attitude was like she didn’t want to serve,we pay money for the service and the customer service here is just like a joke.

Dr. Nguyen was able to see me right away on a Saturday morning. Was able to take care of ear issue and was terrific. Staff was so pleasant and very helpful and nice. Thank you all very much!

This guy is HORRIBLE. Should not be a doctor of anything. The second he walked into the room you can feel all this negative energy entering. Pretty funny looking back at it now but he literally had to remind me that he was the doctor, my mom is the patient and my job is only to translate. Not allowed to ask any questions, only simply translate. Long story short, we ended up cussing each other out and it was epic! This guy is HORRIBLE. Should not be a doctor of anything. This man is unbelievable !!! my son and I were both his patients, but none of us got any help from him even though we ended up paying a lot of money. My son had an ear infection, and he had 3 visits with this doctor, but his problem did not get better at all, it was getting worse. He had to look for another doctor, and finally found a good one. This place seems to be all about money. I’m a new patient. I had an appointment but they sent me home because the wrong “code” was entered. They proceeded to tell me the new patient 30 minute code would not be long enough. They didn’t want to end my visit right at 30 minutes. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to be seen. They “understood” the urgency of my situation and would get me in as soon as the code changed. Such a joke. They said they called to reschedule but nobody called me. I had no missed calls or voicemails from their office. I would not suggest this office. Very impersonal and unprofessional. This place seems to be all about money. I’m a new patient. I was referred to this doctor, for the second time in two years. The first time was from my PCP in 2017 and this time from my Ophthalmologist. The first time, I got the run-around, from the gals who answered the phone at his office, who clearly could not communicate in or understand English. This time, I was put on a lengthy hold, and the man came back on the line to tell me that the doctor would not see my case, which is for sinusitis, and would refer my doctor to re-route me to another ENT. I called my insurance company with the same question I had for this office, "Why can't he see me for sinusitis? Why would the insurance approve it for this diagnosis, if he didn't treat patients for it?" No help whatsoever.

Really good service

Good doctor, explains things well. I enjoy my visits here.

Do not go to this doctor. I was referred by my insurance to see him to diagnose the reason for my hearing loss. Instead of diagnosing my hearing loss , I was getting a run around for several months. He just assumed that my hearing loss was caused by impacted ear wax or a past ear infection. I never had those for years. I went to see another ENT and he was able to diagnose the cause of my hearing loss with testing.

Visited Dr. Quoc Nguyen's office for the first time, the office staff was very nice, and Dr. Nguyen was very pleasant, he explained the reasons for my issue and provided solutions to help relieve my symptoms.

Very nice experience. Dr. Nguyen was friendly, and he patiently took the time to examine my sinuses. Afterwards he explained what he saw, and provided suggestions on how to make it better. The office was clean, and the staff was really nice. It took about two weeks just to get an appointment because he was booked, but it was well worth the wait.

Bad service

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. All he cares about is money. I had severe nasal congestion. Visited his office three times. Lied multiply times about what he said he was going to do the next visit. Lied about what he said about the past visits. Kept stringing me along for more money. $80 for each visit and did nothing, but prescribe me the same pills that did absolutely nothing. Went to a real ENT that gave me a shot and different pills which fixed my congestion in a few days.

I was referred to this doctor by my pcp and it was the worse appointment I ever been too. The front office staff are unprofessional they did not wear scrubs or name tags, they were loud and immature they looked like the were not old enough to work there. The doctor was very rude did not take the time to listen to the chief complaint or my medical history related to my problem. Was making faces and rolling his eyes and did not have personnel/staff that is bilingual. Careless about patients.

I am lucky to have Dr Nguyen recommended to me by another ENT Dr. I had a bad sinus condition with a fungus in my upper sinus that was hard to remove without literally peeling my face away from my skull. Dr Nguyen followed a dangerous procedure that very few Drs could do. I trust him with my life. Dr Nguyen always gives me advice on other medical conditions and has recommended good specialists to me.

Stuck tonsil stone Quoc would NOT remove. Made up story about "bleeding". The truth is cal optima money is not enough for him to do the work. Told to wait 4 months. A REAL ENT in Irvine did remove it and we both laughed at why Quoc would not want to do it. What am I supposed to tell this guy at the follow up appt now? It went away on it own? I needed to have my ears cleaned because of build-up. The doctor was able to see me and do the cleaning same day. His assistants are beautiful and very courteous. Thank you---
