The staff and the doctor are the worse. I have waited 3 hours in the lobby when I had an appointment. And 2 hours at another appointment. I was suppose be scheduled an MRI 2 months ago still haven’t been schedule. The person who sends out messages for appointments, messaged me the wrong persons info and when I tried messaging her back informing her that she had the wrong number for that patient. Instead of double checking she said “ no this is for —— Not Melissa.” I corrected her again Then she responded with “MYBAD”. Very unprofessional. When I informed the doctor through the video call about all this she did not seem surprised or even care. Update: I think she must of seen my review and sent out a letter she was dropping me as a patient. on the letter it says my medical condition does need attention of another physician. Then why did your office not schedule my MRI?? I was under your care! I waited 2 months and nothing was scheduled. It needs attention but you did NOTHING. I use to work at a doctors office and I scheduled radiology appointments. I know it doesn’t take 2 months to get an MRI appointment.

My husband was left on the line for 40 min trying to change an appointment while I kept trying to call on mine. When the lady finally answered and I told her about how much time we spent trying to reach them to reschedule, she told me with an attitude "well my phone barely rang." Yeah, maybe it wasn't her fault that she wasn't receiving the calls, but they can't be giving those attitudes to their clients. Btw it's not the first time I call and receive an attitude from this office....

Although I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30, my appointment didn’t start for an hour afterward. Understand it was not a fault of your staff, but it would have been nice for them to tell me it was going to be delayed for that length of time. Very bad , by far the worst , she talks to you with a ugly attitude

Horrible doctor. She is rude and won’t even listen to your concerns, she literally walked out and gave me a paper to fill out when I waited for 3 hours to see her. She also told me to see another doctor for my child basically kicking me out. She wasn’t even there for a minute and walked out opening the door while I was still asking questions and talking. Don’t go to her Update: I guess she saw my review and dropped my son as a patient with a letter through the mail, not even a phone call. But it was a blessing in disguise, I switched my son to Dr. Leonardo Garcia. Best decision I have ever made, they are amazing, attentive and do a through medical evaluation before prescribing medication to my child. Something Dr. Priti Manohar lacked in her office.

We went because my son's doctor sent us the reason that my son's development is not talking enough , we were waiting for 2 hours and 6 minute consulting , My son was cryning he was hungry and frustrated she walks into the room and saw him crying she said my son has autism by only watching him cry I told her that my son had never had this behavior and that he was hungry and frustrated because of wating i fill a questionnaire and she didn't look at the papers she tell me that if I took him to another doctor they were going to tell me the same thing and that I need to accepted that my son has autism , she did not tell me how she was going to help me with my son or if she was going to do him some exams , she just left with a smile , She had no intention of helping..

Was 2 hours behind ... said that all the medical labwork documents I took to her for review were done wrong and refused to even look at one. Did not even finish the consultation with her as she said she could not help me. I would never recommend this doctor and will leave reviews after I saw how she treats her patients!! wow never again!

Goes on a rant that they’re not taking medications when SHE said ONLY on school days. and no manners at all; tells you to “checkout.” Not once in the last 4 years has she checked if said child was taking the medication until there was a memo in the front office that she won’t be seeing kids for ADHD. she could have offered options, different doctors, but. I she decides to accuse my 10 yo that he isn’t medicated when he swallows his medication IN FRONT IF ME every morning.

our nurse/assistant was great, well-versed and educated. however, i was appalled by the dr's behavior, not only for mocking us for having medicaid, but also for spending all of six minutes in the room with us before smirking and insinuating we can't afford help for our autistic daughter and stepping out without giving us any information or referrals. as a parent, one goes above and beyond for their kids, but dr. manohar seems to be determined to knock over any hope for yours. unprofessional is a fun, light term to describe her. do your family a favor and trust the less than favorable reviews.

Honestly I read the reviews and was feeling discouraged, but I’m glad I went today. From the receptionist to meeting Dr.Pitri was a very great experience, I really can’t picture her being rude she was very respectful and gave me a lot of informative care about my daughters sleepwalking. My advice for anyone reading this don’t go by these reviews and go see for yourself, it was very great and respectful facility.

Office provides virtual visits!! That's awesome!! I don't know if anyone can or just private pay patients, but I really appreciate that. Dr. Manohar is great, she's really nice and listens when you are talking to her. Office staff is super nice and professional too.

Well. Had to play tag. Missed two appointments. Over paper work. No being sent. But last appointment was ok for most part. Walk in drug test. This place is beyond ridiculous with waiting times. Be prepped to wait 2 hours or more for anything. Not acceptable for any veteran or individuals that can’t wait.

She ordered a 1hr EEG and when giving the results said he gets seizures and needs medication but didn't prescribe any then when asked if it showed anything else like cerebral palsy or anything to that sorts she said yes that he has cerebral palsy, but the Dr will be the one to diagnose (but she is the dr. Hmmm) that it's mild to severe (how is it mild to severe? It's either mild or it's severe) then said he was gonna be confined to a wheelchair and paralyzed, but my son moves alot! Very unprofessional when giving her answers and all of this explaining lasted about 3-5min tops. She never even lay eyes on my son, if you were to show her my son, she wouldn't even know who he is cause she never even saw him cause i had him in the stroller facing the opposite direction than her and she didn't even attempt to go up to him to atleast see what he looks like. Very upsetting and dissapointing visit. Who gives a person like this a degree? If I could give zero stars I would. She's horrible! She never even went up to my baby. worst doctor ever, very rude to patients walks out on patients without answering any questions doesnt even let you talk, takes an hour or two to see a patient to then just say ill see you again in another month everything seems to be fine. do not go to this doctor waste of money first consult is 320 and she doesnt even ask questions.

My son was having trouble in school due to falling asleep. His grades started to drop. We have our kids on a strict schedule and they get enough sleep on school nights. When he started falling asleep we knew it had something to do with a disorder. When we went to go see this "doctor", all she did was accuse us of being bad parents that dont feed their children. Our kids eat 3 square meals with snacks in between. Sleep enough hours. As a healthcare professional that works with children that require acute care, i researched his condition prior to the visit. I made suggestions and asked questions. Her only response was that we needed to put him to sleep early and feed him well. That is by no means an issue in my household. We took longer waiting in the lobby than being in the room with her. Now my son is being retained because he couldnt stay awake long enough to focus. This doctor did absolutely nothing to help my son. I suggest everyone take their children to someone competent that is able and willing to help. Never in my 41 years have I came across a more unprofessional doctor. My 6 year old son is struggling with behavior at home and school. I was referred by the pediatrician. She asked me for documentation from school regarding his behavior and the Vanderbilt questionnaire, which I completed twice. I told her I wasn't told to bring that information. She said she needed it to be able to help. I asked if could call to have information sent over and she said no. At the end she said "He's only 6. What does the school expect from him?" I reminded her that my son has hurt other kids and himself on purpose. She just stared at me with a smirk and a blank face. I just left. Very disappointed. Worst dr I’ve ever been too. Has no manners. Wastes parents time. Last appointment I went too took 3 hours to be seen I her small stinky waiting room with her rude office clerks and and then had to walk out mid conversation because she is such a rude person. I typically don't like doing reviews but I had to speak about my experience here. The nurse said that she was a good doctor who would be understanding and know what would be wrong with me but nothing. I have problems expressing myself and focusing on school but apparently the appointment is she sitting there and judging you and basically ignoring everything your saying. WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!!!!. Doctors are supposed to be understanding, helping and caring, they support and they have vocation, but some on them only take care of the money that she can take from the insurances companies. In all the appointment she was only talk about the things that doesn't cover my insurance and how my child doesn't have diagnosis only because my insurance doesn't cover some type of medications. She was very rude and acting like was in a hurry. Her nurse was totally the opposite, she talk me marvellous things about Dr. Priti. The nurse insisted that she always have an answers because she was so prepared, but guess what? If you have a strong insurance, this doctor probably help you because she is so prepared but in other financial topics. If I want a financial consultant I will call directly with my insurance. if the doctor (in this particular case) doesn't know about the subject, it does not necessarily mean that there is no condition with the patient. I traveled so many miles because I was looking answers about my kid not about the policies insurances. It's so sad to realise people without ethical, civic and professional values come from other places and profit from the community.
