Dr Phillips was a wonderful surgeon. He operated on my dad and was very honest about his findings and very good. We got a great report yesterday as well , Dr Phillips got all of the cancer!! Thanks for taking such good care of my dad!

I went to Dr. Phillips at the recommendation of my dermatologist. I had a biopsy that came back as melanoma. I went to the appointment very scared. After about 1.5 hour wait I saw Dr. Phillips. He was very kind and explained my surgery and the sentinel lymph node biopsy in depth and I felt better. Day of surgery my anxiety was very high. Surgery scheduled for 10 am and finally happened around 1:15 pm. When I called to schedule a post op appointment I was given an appointment 3 weeks post op due to Dr. Phillips vacation. I have called this week THREE times to ask for the doctor to call and go over my pathology reports that have populated into MYCHART. No return call. I have also payed a $25 fee for FMLA paperwork and can’t get a answer from anyone when that will be completed. My problem is with this office and staff and their professionalism. Very frustrated. When someone has cancer they want their results and want them explained. At 10 am this morning I left a message for a office supervisor to return my call and no return call today. So at the time of this review I am 8 days post op and still have not spoken to Dr. Phillips regarding my pathology nor do I have my FMLA paperwork to cover my absences from my job. Dr Phillips put a port in my brother getting him ready for chemo and radiation. He was very informative during his stay in the hospital. He gives the full scope of what to expect. I found him to be a wonderful Doctor and would refer anyone to him.
