Super frustrated, went in for blood work for something severe and they assured it would be 5 days for results. Anxiously awaiting results and 3 days later I get a call that my blood sample died in transit to lab, have to go give more blood. Another 7 days goes and I still don’t have results and have to call. They clearly don’t care at all that I’m really concerned about what’s going on and have waited enough time, but then nonchalantly, they tell me the results of ONE of the 5 tests and when I ask about the other 4 tests, they say oh yeah- they haven’t even looked at those, we’ll call you. Bye! I have not visited the doctor. I called the office few days ago and they took all my information and scheduled me. When I got there the front desk told me they cannot accept my insurance and not even apologize for their mistake. Very unorganized and unpleasant.

Best Dr. with worst staff and time management skills. If you making an appointment for 10:00 am make sure you have 2 hours extra to sit down and wait for your turn. If you ask when will Dr. see you, the staff will tell just few more minutes.

Updated : I initially gave 4 Star but changing this due to overcharged bill. Dr. Parihar is good doctor and I have visited this clinic multiple times with positive care. But I shocked when I received last visit bill .

Very friendly doctor. Does not up sell services, meds or tests. Engaging...appointments available fairly quickly.

Care about patients and gives time. Explain results in simple language. Never feel you hurry. Great PCP I found.

Put patience in suspense by not providing the test result timely.

I did wait a little over an hour to be seen, but it’s flu season. it also seemed the other patients were in more pain than I was. I hope the wait isn’t usually that long. (It was My first visit). Once I was seen, they took great care of me.
