Be warned that you are not only billed for your doctor's time ( your copay from insurance) but for the use of the tiny room where you have your consult with the doctor.

Began 1st visit with, "You may not like this practice. We aren't like Dr. Daitch. (previous Pain Mang. Doc. - change in Med. Insur. required a change!) He does a lot of things we don't do" By end of visit he proved it. Would not write for Skelaxin as it wasn't a Pain Medicine. Wouldn't write script for Testosterone (required due to narcotic treatment). Began 2nd visit with, well, he didn't begin it. Left me on a TeleVisit for over an hour and then he went home. I have called twice in the month following. No return calls. Then I get a surprise bill for $224 ($618 before insurance). Seems the Doctor's Office is classified by Lee Health as an Outpatient Facility. The wonders never cease. Will not be returning - or attempting to anyway!

Terrible doctor! On initial exam offers all kinds of options to help with pain, but, does nothing!! He seems very compassionate and caring initially, but, that is all you get. No follow through.

Very good results from the procedures. It has been over six months to receive badly needed treatment due to Dr. taking on too many patients. Called for appt first week in July, had consult first week of October and procedure scheduled for end of January. Was told I was on a cancellation list twice, however, upon calling the clinic directly, I was told this was not true and I could not be given a cancellation. Six + months in pain and STILL NO PROCEDURE!!!
