Dr. Pierre Girard

Dr. Girard and his staff are both personable and professional. Dr. Girard will do everything to avoid surgery, which he has done for me for years. He was first a Physical Therapist becoming an orthopedic surgeon dedicated to healing his fellow man.

Dr. Girard, was an excellent doctor to have in Port Saint Lucie. But, I was told today that the his practice is closing permanently. I hope everything is okay, and good luck too all employees of the office.

Let me first say that I haven't seen Dr Griard since 2007 but he is by far still my favorite Dr. He did 4 knee surgeries and always listened to me. He didn't over prescribe medicine, the pt depth is right there and he is always on call. I am.really considering driving back to him now that I need further care. Fantastic service. I felt comfortable. Both lady's at the service desk are super helpful. Forgive me at the moment I dont recall the one lady's name. one is Ivy. the dr is one of the best if you ask me. he has alot of wonderful achievements! He takes his care serious. Not like some dr that see you for literally 4-5 mins then your checking out. He takes his time. Extremely Thorough. So on that note if you want a great orthopedic. That is the Dr! Fantastic service. Does not offer reliable help. I would go elsewhere.

Dr Girard is an excellent doctor. His staff is very professional and helpful. Ivy at the front desk is a great person always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

By far the best experience with a first visit to an ortho ive ever had (multiple surgeries). Dr Girard listens, has great experience and the staff was so kind, helpful and saw the pain i was in and tried to make me laugh. Great choice. Im glad i chose Dr Girard over the worst place around. Girard=best. Coastal Orth = Worst.

Dr G is a caring, compassionate physician. We have been treated by him for several years for various orthopedic issues. He takes a lot of time to ensure that you understand all aspects of your treatment and all treatment alternatives. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were staged to cross to the Bahamas on my catamaran. Getting into my dinghy I tweaked my knee. Looking through my insurance app I found Dr. Girard. Made a phone call after hours and left a message. Ivy called me back the next day. Make a long story short, he repaired a torn meniscus in my left knee. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Girard and his staff!

Had a trigger finger, went out of network for VA, and Dr Girard was excellent. My one shot of cortisone did the trick, still goin strong after 2 yrs. Definitely would recommend him

Moved down here and had the worst time getting someone who honored my NY Workmans Comp or even bothered to return calls. They worked with my unresponsive, delayed adjuster, got me in and I am feeling GREAT! Progress with range of motion and almost pain free. Great bedside manner, great staff!

I tried to set up a appointment with them for a first time vist and the receptionist refused to set me up a appointment even though they took my insurance she told me to find another doctor!
