I have had Dr. Phil as a primary care physician for several years and couldn't ask for a more caring or attentive Dr. Going so far as to come in to the E.R. at midnight to see myself or members of my family. I have also had great experiences with him before, during and after surgery. I have and definately would recommend him to anyone seeking a new Dr.
