Dr was very good. He helped my daughter and took care of my concerns.

My experience was excellent,I've always heard horror stories with people going to see allergy doctors but my experience at ENT was not like that at all,it was a pleasant experience there and office staff was very pleasant.????

The doctor listened to my concerns and proceeded to fix the issue. I was impressed with his easy manner. After I did my hearing test he came over to me and gave me the results. I left the office feeling 100% better than when I walked in.

I had a visit with Dr. Massengill and I felt leaving there that I did not receive the 5-star care that he was rated for. I actually left very disappointed. He was kind and polite, although I felt the main issue I went for, besides an ear cleaning, was not really addressed by him or that he felt concerned for how I was feeling. I went to see him because I suspected I had a deviated septum after talking with different people I knew about my daily symptoms. I was taken back because he basically just confirmed it and was going to end the appointment without offering alternatives. I said don’t you think I need surgery? He said, “Well I don’t think that’s necessary since the last time you came to ENT was 5 years ago with post nasal drip and since you haven’t been back it must not be a big issue.” He said I could get surgery after I pressed the issue, otherwise he was about to dismiss me after he confirmed my issue. I came because I just figured out what a deviated septum was, I didn’t know until I spoke to a friend about my symptoms and he actually had one as well. His attitude made me lose confidence in him. I really like the doctor. Very attentive to your problems, corrected the problems, and will follow up I. 6 months. I liked his manner and will highly recommend him to anyone that need his services. Also great personality and easy to talk to which is as important as his medical expertise.

Dr Massengill listened to my concerns about how other health issues may or may not be impacting the areas that he specializes in. Having a physician who will think holistically instead of having tunnel vision for their specialty is so important as you age.

The only ENT I trust is Dr. Massengill, he’s the best. He is very patient with me, especially since I have an ear phobia and I don’t like people touching my ears. He also explains everything in detail, and makes sure I understand what’s going on.

I had no wait for my appointment. The facility was clean and you could sense covid safe practices were in effect. The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. Kristin and Dr. Massengil were very friendly and took their time explaining the results of my exam. It was a very pleasurable experience.

Dr. Massengill was very calming and knowledgeable…an excellent experience from the registration to physician’s visit.

Dr. Massengill asked me about health problems unrelated to the reason for my visit, based solely on the medications I was taking. As a fellow veteran, he spent time asking about my military history and sharing details of his own. He listened to my symptoms and connected that information with the results of his exam to give me a probable cause and put my mind at ease. My wife has been a patient of his for years, and both of us would recommend Dr. Massengill for all of your ENT needs, and beyond.

Opposed to other ENTs, my personal experience with this facility and doctor was great. I felt heard and valued as a patient. The doctor spent much time with me doing tests and getting to the bottom. I haven’t had a medical experience that has compared. Very grateful. Also got in to be seen the day I called !

Myself and my son had a excellent experience. My son is 20 yrs old with extreme anxiety. I needed to accompany him during his appointment. They had absolutely no problem with that. Dr Massengill was so patient, polite and thorough. His wonderful bedside manner is hard to find in doctors. He was so social and polite, I didn’t even know we were done (my newborn was tongue tied and Dr M clipped it in office today). We were just talking and he didn’t rush us out. He was so gentle with my son too. I had read all these 5 star reviews on him minutes before the appt and they were all spot on. Totally recommend this office and doctor. My teenage son was seen by Dr. Massengill for the first time yesterday. We were very impressed. He was soft spoken, kind, professional and thorough. I had very little trouble scheduling the visit online and there was really no wait time upon arrival, he was seen almost immediately. Very smoothly run office. Highly recommend.
