I love the staff of Dr. Hagan. They are kind and they get back to you quick. De. Hagan is always a great listener and truly caring for each patient. I never feel rushed or not heard about any problem I have.

I have left a review before, and again...if you need a compassionate doctor for you joint issues, Dr. Hagan is the guy. He has taken care of our daughter, my sister & myself. Very excellent care & the out come has been great.

Dr. Hagan is very personable and thorough. He listens well and provided a solution that was neither overly aggressive nor ineffective.

Dr Hagan and his staff were very attentive and answered all my questions. They got me in on time and was out in less than 45 minutes. Would highly recommend Dr Hagan. Have been to him several time and have been a 100% happy with the outcome.

I have been Blessed by meeting Dr. Hagan & staff?? I cannot even begin to explain what a wonderful experience it's been having him as my surgeon. I especially like how he cares about post-op care & recovery.

I feel like Dr Hagan cares about the patients he sees. Although extremely busy I’ve never felt he didn’t have the time to spend explaining my condition and the way he feels would be best to relieve the issues. I definitely trust his skill as a surgeon. His staff is very professional and take the time to express personal concern. I highly recommend him.

He absolutely knows his stuff, took his time, and was great with my young son.

Dr. Hagan and staff made me feel welcomed. It's great how they can do an xray and plan for surgery.

Friendly, polite, professional, personable. He and the the whole team will take good care of you. I've yet to have an unpleasant experience on any visit.

OMG this is the best orthopedic doctor ever back in 2014 I had seen three doctors that told me that it was nothing wrong with my left shoulder which I knew it was I went back to see the third doctor again to explain to him that he had me on physical therapy something is going on with my left shoulder I became so angry and frustrated that when he reviewed my shoulder again for the second time he called in his colleague who was Dr Hagan Dr Hagan looked at my shoulder and told me exactly what it was and scheduled me for surgery that Friday it's been a couple years now and I feel wonderful I had a Torn rotor cup a fatty lipoma and arthritis that fatty lipoma was the size of a Texas grapefruit and the weight of it was 8 pounds it was sitting on my muscle which caused my shoulder to sink down in other words I had a lopsided shoulder pain excruciating in my neck into my shoulder blade where It was putting pressure on the C5 C6 and c7 vertebrae after I had the surgery and physical therapy I feel so much better the only thing that I feel now is that when it's get cold I can feel a little achiness in my body but hey what do you expect as someone close to 60 now Dr Hagan and his staff were excellent and I highly recommend them OMG this is the best orthopedic doctor ever back in 2014 I had seen three doctors that told me that it was nothing wrong with my left shoulder which I knew it was I went back to see the third doctor again to explain to him that he had me on … More

Dr Hagan reviewed the info provided and came up with a plan to fill in the unknown areas. Great job to all. Look forward to my next visit with the answers from the additional testing.

Dr. Hagan is a fantastic doctor. His bed side manner and the way he listens to fully understand the issues you are having is remarkable. I highly recommend him. The past surgeries I have had from him have all went extremely smooth and I have had full recoveries. It is very obvious he cares about his patients and does excellent work!

Highly intelligent doctor who doesn’t talk down to you when explaining the injury. His explanation was very thorough and accessible. I would recommend Dr. Hagan to anyone with a knee injury.

Dr. Hagan is both extremely competent and compassionate and i have the utmost confidence in him.

Overall had a very good visit he answered questions about my surgery and answered questions about another procedure I am thinking about having.

He seemed knowledgeable even though he couldn’t address my specific problem.

Everyone was great, from the check in process to the Xray tech! Very impressed with the nurse and Dr. Hagen as well!

Did and excellent job with my shoulders.

It's a large practice, but efficiently run. I am quite pleased with Dr Hagan; he's not necessarily "touchy-feely" if one wants/needs that, but is exceedingly competent and capable surgeon. I found the explanations adequate and understandable; he answered all the questions I thought to ask. The staff is very supportive and responds to needs in a timely and professional manner. No hesitation in a recommendation.

Dr Hagan is very personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and willing to listen to his patient's concerns. Would recommend him highly.

I was very impressed with Dr. Hagan. He took the time to explain to me about meniscus tears and the osteoarthritis in my knees. He was a very personable physician, and I was also impressed with my treatment by the other staff -- all very professional and caring.

I found him to be rude and insensitive. Overall my experience was a 3 and only because of a couple of staff members in the office. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Very kind, detailed, and efficient. He made sure to answer all our questions as well. Office staff was also very friendly.

I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. The lobby was busy, but patients were called with food frequency. Nurses and office staff were friendly and efficient. Doctor Hagen listened to me and answered my questions, in a manner I could understand. I felt comfortable that Dr Hagen had my best interests at heart, as he provided options to go forward with my treatment. Overall, I had a good visit.

Dr. Hagan performed an exploratory procedure, during which he ultimately found and repaired a severe muscle tear. The surgery was fast, and healing is going very quickly! I am very pleased with the results so far and look forward to continuing to work with him as I heal. Dr Hagan is super knowledgeable and very personable. Definitely recommend working with him. Had a minscus repair at the end of 2019. My knee continued to get worse. The last time I saw him he encouraged me to get a second opinion. He also said that he told me that my bones may shock if he had to take too much of the minscus. That is a total LIE he never said that to me. I did go for a second opinion to a doctor at the same complex. After that doctor looked at the previous MRI he said your problem is you have avascular necrosis, (death of the bone). He told me it was treatable but only with a partial knee replacement. I am very glad I did go for that 2nd opinion to an awesome doctor. I personally with never recommend doctor Hagan. Dr. Hagan is a very caring physician. I recently had rotator cuff surgery and am pleased with how prompt, courteous and efficient he was. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
