First time with this hygienist (Kim) but not my first time with this practice. Always get excellent care and today was no exception. Only complaint — my former hygienist used Oraqix to numb my gum line but the practice no longer has it available.

I was pleasantly surprised how friendly yet professional the staff were. They worked in a timely manner. I did note that PPE was observed and handwashing everytime upon entering the room. I would definitely recommend Gray Dental

Every time I visit Gray dental office I am always impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I can tell that they put special attention to making you feel welcome, and unlike some other dental offices I’ve been to, they don’t try to work you over to sell you on things you don’t need. They make recommendations without making you feel stupid. I appreciate that about them.

Dr. Gray is the only dentist in my entire life that I have not dreaded going to. As a child, my family didn’t have a lot of money which led to me having a mouth full of metal later on in life. Dr. Gray is the only dentist that did not/has not ever cringed when I opened my mouth, and I will continue to drive past 50 other dentists to go to his office because of this. Fantastic. Not judgmental. Provides great service.

I have been going to Gray dental for several years and have generally had a pretty good experience. However, I’m getting tired of having a new hygienist almost every time I go, which is 3-4 times per year. The hygienist I had recently is new and appeared to be inexperienced. While she was kind, I couldn’t hear anything she said because she was speaking so quietly. There were several things that hurt me (pulling my hair, sticking the measuring instrument up in my gums too far, the cleaning itself) and I also had to remind her to do several things, like check the numbers of my pockets. It seems like they need to do a better job taking notes for patients. I do think the dentists are knowledgeable and fair, however, I think I would rather find a place that can keep a consistent, experienced hygienist.

The entire staff is wonderful. My daughter and I have been coming to Gray Dental for the past 3 or 4 years. We have had excellent service every time. I had a cavity filled a couple of years ago and have not had any issues since. The location is perfect. My daughter goes to school on West End and we can make it to the office in less than 15 minutes. We live on the south side of town and we can get to our appointments in less than 15 minutes. We have been in and out of our appointments without any trouble. We would recommend Gray Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

Highly recommend Dr. Gray and his team! Not only did they get me an appointment same week as a new patient, but they got me in and out quickly and efficiently! They were all very informative, helpful and even got me in for a filling right after my cleaning! Absolutely will be making this my long terms dentist!

The staff is very personable. Each of them, and Dr Gray, are very good at their craft. I searched for a dentist that could address my specific issue. They came up w a plan immediately including all costs. The building needs some work, but I am very happy with their dentistry, and highly recommend this office!

It is a good office and I get good service. But I don't get goody bags anymore with dental floss or toothbrushes. I don't understand why they don't offer them here in this office.

Six crowns - two of them broke first few days, the bridge was adjusted to the crowns which were placed BEFORE, not AFTER the bridge as they tried to convince me, totally crooked, one crown was broken, implanted the post, now it hurts, and he keeps sending me to other doctors. Totally unreliable and no working ethics.

Do not visit this office. Most disrespectful and irresponsible staff. They gave me an appointment wrote in an appointment card and when I went (after taking time off work which for me is very difficult) the said they could not take care of me that day and I had to return another day. I showed them the appointment card the gave me and they totally didn't care at all. Will never go back to this office.
