Everytime I went there I was treated very nice and I had no real bad problems so I talked wiht Dr Chapman about mostly the Human Body and how it works ! I never krew anything about the urinary tract or how it works. He is just the Nicest Smartest Drthere andI amlucky to have him

He took a bit too long to provide pathology labs review with me after successful tumor removal from bladder. Great technical doctor and very knowledgeable so I am lucky to have Dr. Chapman on my care team.

Dr. Chapman is a highly competent, a respected urologist, and caregiver.

Dr. Chapman has done multiple kidney stone removals over 20 years of being my urologist.

Waiting time is too long otherwise Dr. Chapman is a first class urologist.

Dr. Chapman is not only a great surgeon, but he is very patient friendly. And is warm and friendly.

As always, Dr. Chapman is the best. He has the ability to communicate clearly and answers all our questions with patience.

It was a great visit and I appreciated Dr. Chapman and his team more then I can express with words.

Dr. Chapman is an exceptionally good provider. He takes the time necessary to provide treatment and his explanations are always easy to understand. While I indicated on the survey that I waited more than 15 minutes, I want o clarify. I was Dr. Chapman's last patient of the day and it's not uncommon or unexpected by me that he would be a little behind. Even though he is behind he never compromises his treatment or attention to me. He is an outstanding physician who Is so caring and I am so grateful to have him as my Urologist.

Dr. Chapman is a very fine md and scientist and counselor. He has always given me time and graciuos respect.

Dr. Chapman is irreplaceable. He has cared for me for 30 years. P.S. The from desk staff is better than it has been in a long time.

Dr. Chapman and staff are awesome. I have been seeing Dr. Chapman for over six years. He Cares about my health and welfare but most importantly, he listens to me.

He is the best! I could go on for days raving about Dr Chapman but I am a one finger texter and these few words are pushing it.

Dr. Chapman may run late often, but he gives excellent care and spends the time necessary with you to provide outstanding care. He and his assistant are very thorough and show real care and concern for us. After a recent procedure, I had issues at home. Dr. Chapman made the time and effort to contact me at home over the weekend to check on how I was doing. Very considerate.

I felt well cared for and my questions and concerns were listened to and answered clearly and respectfully.

I adore Dr. Chapman! He is so considerate, helpful, respectful, etc.! There is often a bit of a wait to see him, but that is because he spends enough time with each of his patients.

He is a wonderful Dr. He explained in great detail what procedure he would be doing . He made me feel very comfortable. Also he has great bedside manor.

He is unfailingly excellent.

Dr Chapman is the most awesome doctor and person I've ever had but his personal assistant Is totally overworked. Very hard to get a prescription refill or call back. She is going a 100 miles an hour. Yet reception area seems to have too many people. One was actually playing solitaire.

Most recent provider, attentive with good prospective follow up. Prior provider inattentive with poor communication, loss of urine sample delaying treatment, inadequate assessment.

My dr is fantastic! His office staff is very friendly and helpful. However, trying to get through the phone tree and getting a response from anyone is very poor. I am still waiting for call back from his office or a representative from swedish medical services.

Dr Chapman provides zero follow up and doesn’t return calls. I called everyday for 7 business days without receiving any response (this has happened twice). Either he doesn’t empower his nursing staff or he doesn’t care enough about his patients to return phone calls. If you have concerns that you don’t address when you’re directly in front of him, you can forget getting those concerns addressed.

Dr. Chapman is literally the best of the best! He performed my laparoscopic surgery when I donated my kidney to my sister 2 years ago. He is AMAZING! He explained everything, was so very nice and did my surgery with such skill! He played a direct role in saving my sister’s life- and I will be forever grateful to him. He is the real deal!

I scheduled an appointment several months in advance, then his office called to reschedule my appointment a month later and said he didn't have any availability for many more months. So unprofessional.

Chapman accepted me as a new patient and seemed very engaged, ordered a series of test and then nothing. Absolutely no follow through. The receptionist assured me he would contact me for a follow up, after 3 months calling his office I've given up. I can not recommend him or his office. I was forced to find another doctor.

Simply put- Dr. Chapman is the best of the best!!! He is BEYOND talented- and was so reassuring from the beginning. He was involved in saving my sister’s life! He was part of the transplant team when I donated my kidney to her last year (he removed my left kidney). The operation was flawless. If you want the best- look no further than Dr. Chapman. My sister and I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life!

I am rating the urgent appointments as a 3 because I've never had to do this so I don't know.

Been monitoring my urologic symptoms for years. When others said immediate surgery Dr Chapman said not to cut. Managing by lifestyle, diet, and education (as taught by Chapman). No side effects! Very skilled and nice bedside manner. Answers questions! How many do all that. Very progressive urologist. Highly recommend Chapman and his office staff. They do get booked, so appoinments tend to run late, but nice views from waiting room.

Chapman is very good, but his staff is terrible. His assistant never returns phone calls and the appointment scheduler calls at the last minute to cancel appointments. I dont think Chapman has a clue how inept his staff is. I will be changing doctors.
