Dr Cecchini is a caring and though doctor……always gets to see him and not just his PA although she is great also. He is also good at answering our needs through our portal.

Very effective. Good listener, careful and thorough communicator with very competent staff.

What kind of a doctor are you.... as a on call doctor you don't listen to the patient and tell them to go to urgent care or emergency to get my symptoms diagnosed. If you can't prescribe antibiotics then you should not be a doctor. If a patient has had prior infections, they pretty much know what the symptoms are. But you wanted to not bother and have the patient spend $$ to get it confirmed by another physician at urgent care or emergency room. People are struggling for every $$, but you as a "Doctor" don't care and wash your hands and pass the buck. Well good for you, you are a very uncaring doctor and all you care about is the $$$ you receive.

Dr Cecchini is an excellent doctor who listens to issues and does not hesitate to recommend a specialist if needed. I have be seeing him for years and every visit was excellent.

Dr. Cecchini is world class! Very informative and knowledgeable. Most of all he looks very much like my hero Dr. Sam Beckett from The Quantum Leap.

Dr. Cecchini is a most excellent and skilled physician. Very knowledgeable with a calm demeanor. I highly recommend Dr. Cecchini for any and all general practice needs. Feel very fortunate to have a G.P. in my neighborhood!

I support 100% patient opinion about Dr. C.'s medical assistant. She is absolutely unqualified for her position- do not return calls, did not proceed requests and Rx properly, so keeping her there, hurts doctor's good service, because doctor C. is good doctor. The Mission Heritage medical group is the worst of the worst Avoid this group, if you can or try other- better ones!

Dr. Cecchini was absolutely rude and over dramatic during our visit. My daughter has severe pain with her back and he ridiculed her with outrageous examples of what a 10/10 . Worst bedside manner and no compassion . In fact , he made her cry with his fast talking nonsense that a 10/10 is when you take a chainsaw and cut off both arms and legs . I was completely appalled and angry. I’m a chiropractor and I would never treat a patient like that ! It was outrageous and we only went there because he is our primary care physician and she needed a piece of paper signed by a doctor for school . Worst and most bizarre Experience that left my daughter in heightened pain and now mistrust of going to a MD.

Wonderful doctor. Very kind and competent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice office with easy free parking. This doctor cares about you and i was glad he understood me and my needs, being a senior. Has time to listen and explain things.

Dr. Cecchini is a fantastic doctor. He is respectful, patient and smart. I have changed so many doctors and finally am happy being under his care.

Doctor Phillip is a good doctor. However, his medical assistant is absolutely horrible, one of the worst. She never picks up the phone, never calls you back and you are forced to visit to get a hold of her. Then she will cite doctor/patience confidentiality and give you a form to fill out and she is supposed to get back to you within 24 hours. You will never hear from her again.
