Dr. Salko always goes the extra mile to ensure his patience or cared for in the proper manner. He is very easy to talk to and explains the process thoroughly.

I was referred to this doctor as an elderly woman who had torn 2 gluteal muscles. He was friendly, did a thorough physical exam of my legs with a strength and mobility test, & went over my MRI results. Explained in language that I could understand why surgery is not recommended and encouraged me to continue with PT and daily exercise. Seen on time in pleasant surroundings.

Dr Salko entered the room introducing himself, with a smile. He discussed my X-ray findings, asked me questions about my pain, and offered solutions. My wait time was minimal. He also asked questions about my living situation, and shared discussion about our puppies.

I absolutely luv this Dr. He listens to my concerns is compassionate of what I'm going through. I've seen him for my shoulder injection and I highly recommend him.

Such a great experience with Dr Salko office. Quick check in everyone was very professional and nice. Dr Salko listened to me took X-rays and sat with me to review X-rays and came up with a plan for me. I highly recommend.

Dr Salko was an utmost professional and he listened to me and cared about my care plan. He is a wonderful doctor and the most compassionate and understanding of any orthopedic I have ever dealt with. Thanks Doc. Glad I found you!

Dr. Philip Salko is the best you don't wait long in the waiting room and your in and out of there quickly and he does an excellent job on your knees injections I give him five stars and thumbs up ! ????????

Waited one hour to see him when I said something about that he said you can leave if you want.

I would have to rate Dr Salko extremely high in all areas. He is warm and friendly yet knowledgeable and frank . He is very good in explaining the source of any orthopedic problem you may have and quick to diagnose a remedy for it. He is thorough in his examinations and explains in terms that you as a patient can understand. There is no doubt in my mind that he excels in his field of medicines. I am proud to call him my doctor and highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Salko for treatment of Plantar Fasciitis in October & November 2018. He referred me to a Physical Therapist who made my condition worse. He gave me a cortisone shot that was completely ineffective. He then charged me $112.00 for the injection above what Blue Cross paid for and in addition to the charge for the office visit. He refused to eliminate or reduce the $112. I recommend that people avoid this little egomaniac.

Dr. Salko was very kind and good at listening to my description of my symptoms, however in hindsight, after finding the right medical team, I found him to be unhelpful by being too cautious about treatments and diagnosis methods. I had asked for an MRA with contrast in 2014 for my left hip and sacroiliac joint pain, and he rejected that method until last year, under my pressure he ordered the MRA with contrast which showed a significant labral tear that I had been suffering from for eight years

I was sent to see Dr. Slako for a shot in my back. When speaking with him and going over my pain and what movements caused the pain he said that the problem was more in my hip. He said that if I wanted he could do the shot in my back but it will not help. They rescheduled me to come back two weeks later (yesterday) for the shot in my hip. Dr. Salko has a fantastic personality and I had no pain from the shot. He was talking with me the entire time. I highly recommend him.
