Before I was seen, the nurses told me how lucky I was to have Dr. Chen because of how great and attentive he is. When I was getting my splint at Orthopedics, the doctors there saw I was seen by him and said the same. My experience was no different than their reviews. He was great with getting me all the care for my injury but even took time to explain a past MRI to me that was glossed over by other doctors, had lots of information on preventative and restorative care, and had the most timely responses when I messaged him for a letter for work. I did not feel Dr. Chen was looking out for my best interest. Our multiple conversations and his after visit notes do not match up at all. Really disappointing when you feel like you can’t trust a Doctor.
