I recently had a SVT ablation done. After leaving another cardiologist due his lack of compassion and care, I found Dr. Taylor. He was so much kinder and patient. He answered all my questions and even gave me little diagrams to help ease my fears. His nurse Jamie (not me!) is OUTSTANDING. I sent her so many messages through the portal, SO MANY, and she was responsive and helpful. She was always warm, kind, and patient in answering my many somewhat silly questions. I was so scared to have this procedure done. If it wasn't for Jamie, I most likely wouldn't have done it. With Dr. Taylor you get his skill and experience with the added bonus of his amazing nurse Jamie! My only suggestion is that I did have the procedure done earlier in the week. Dr. Taylor was awesome and found a hidden SVT we had no idea about! He did such a good job with the procedure and my puncture wounds healed beautifully. My complaints are with the scheduling/billing staff. I had to call multiple times to find out if my insurance covered it. I had to call multiple times to know how much my co-pay would be. I had to ask repeatedly what were the pre/post procedure guidelines. I only know because I messaged nurse Jamie. No one else gave me that info. Not even the staff at the hospital. When I did ask the hospital staff, I got a different answer every single time! That was super frustrating. I recently had a SVT ablation done. Awesome Dr. been with him since 2010. I would not be writing this if it wasn't for him. always listens to your concerns and cares about your health and keeps you on the right path.

Dr. Taylor put me on beta blockers for years for small aneurysm, not willing to discuss alternative treatments. Office refused to refill prescription due to having no record of my last visit, which I clearly remember (and have a record of) because I got a parking ticket… I will look for a cardiologist who can match the very positive experience I have with Dr Hoff at Orlando Health Heart, my fantastic Thoracic surgeon. I am a disabled war veteran,as such I have several chronic heart conditions, all of which your service connected. Regrettably I was unable to get anything done via VA. THANKS TO DR TAYLOR, DR EINHORN, AND SURGEON DR STEVEN HOFF, I KNOW LEAD A MORE NORMAL LIFE. I VERY RARELY GIVE PRAISE, BUT IN THIS PARTICULAR INSTANCE ALL THREE OF THESE GENTLEMEN ARE THE EPITOME OF PROFESSIONALISM AND THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT THEIR CRAFT! While Dr Taylor seems to be a reasonable doctor his support staff and the beauracy of Orlando Health is horrible. The automated system is a joke (your call is important to us - apparently not) no direct lines to the Drs, misdirected calls and rude operators. The only calls I get from this group is from the billing department which is regular like clockwork. Last visit to the office found the doctor unprepared with no medical records for a test HE ordered. He actually asked what i was there for that day. Sloppy. I verified with the MRI facility the report was dated to their off and available in the system. If I was not at the hopeful end of this checkup I would never go to them again. The absolute worst cardiologist I’ve ever been to. I have be having palpitations for 2 years with other symptoms and have not been able figure out the cause. Got sent here because he is a “EP” well he didn’t even look over any of my work up and then proceeded to tell me that my issue wasn’t electrical. Come to find out .. it is. He was rude, unprofessional, and it’s been a pain to try to get any information/records from his office. I’ll never go back ✌???? The absolute worst cardiologist I’ve ever been to. Worst experience we've ever been through. This doctor is uncaring nor does he care if you agree or disagree with whatever treatment he feels appropriate. He also made sure chances of a 2nd opinion would not happen. After a failed ablation he has chosen to dismiss my 19 year old daughter for Orlando heart group. A caring and loving Father just wanted a course of treatment for his daughter. Mr Taylor felt challenged for asking questions and had no sympathy. As of today my daughter is now without a Doctor. Mr Taylor has not heard the last from us. This is unacceptable and far from professional.

Thorough explanation. Professional and compassionate. He has seen me in hospital several times.

Rude, arrogant, dismissive, clearly disinterested in patients who aren't surgery candidates. Made conclusive statements without tests. Rushed through appointment. Told my insurance company and they recommended a new cardiologist and filed a complaint.
