Everyone has been so kind and ready to help with any questions I have. I am very impressed with Dr. Osborn’s view on looking at each person and the unique way we need treated, and not lumping everyone together as a one fix for all!

Despite being sick for quite some time now, I still receive blessings from God, meeting Dr Osborne is one of them. I came to Doctor Osborne in a really bad place. Having symptoms of coughing and fluid in my lungs for 4 or 5 months. Couldn't sleep, couldn't exercise, felt weak and foggy- this coming from someone who was in peak shape. **I had been to a handful of doctors and none of them could diagnose my symptoms.** Doctor Osborne put me through testing and was able to identify my issues and give me a diagnosis that no one else could provide. Because of this I was skeptical... All in all I've had 10 or 11 doctors tell me that it couldn't possibly be the diagnosis he identified. But I had NO other answers or even possibilities. So I decided to trust him and followed his protocols to the letter. I'm sitting here, 8 months later, completely symptom free, and feeling healthy and energetic again and ready to turn the page of my life and move forward. I had been having health issues for over a year post COVID and eventually turned to Dr. Osborne for advise and help. His knowledge along with recommended testing identified the areas of concern. He provided a comprehensive diet, and supplement protocol to address these issues. Within a week of starting the protocols I began to see improvements in my overall health and energy. Origins healthcare has helped my family and I to heal and overcome many health issues. I am grateful that the practice provides a worldwide service. I have been Dr. Osborne’s patient for nearly 3 years. When I arrived at his office I felt lifeless. With his knowledge and guidance we discovered that I not only had a genetic predisposition to gluten, but I additionally had a huge vitamin deficiency. In 3 months time from starting my protocol, I felt a noticeable difference. An increase in energy and substantial decrease of inflammation. In addition I’ve lost nearly 50 pounds since the start of my treatment, which makes me feel younger and more confident. I was very clear with Dr Osbourne before he formally began treating me. I told him I was ultra sensitive and did not react well.to any supplements. I specifically asked him if he could still treat me. He said yes. After a whole slew of tests we sat down, he explained my results very well and proceeded to tell me which supplements to take. I told him I was not comfortable with that as I have had many bad reactions. He continued to push, I tried 1/2 of 1 pill and immediately went into a Crohns flare from it. After years of suffering from (2) significant autoimmune diseases and thousands, upon thousands of dollars spent at regular MDs, I felt I should just succumb to the pain and breakdown of my health/body. My GI doc suggested (after testing for "celiac disease"--and saying it was negative) I see a Rheumatologist (I've seen one before--no results--still pain) So I did. I spent a few thousand dollars AGAIN hoping to find the source of why I'm experiencing increased fatigue, mental fog, joint swelling, pain, rashes, hair loss, etc. while my overall health continued to deteriorate--with NO answers! My brother told me about Gluten Free Society and how accurately informative the website was. So, I went on it and bought, "No Grain/No Pain" and I nearly fell off my chair because I was reading about myself!! I had no idea what was to follow. Fortunately, I got an appt (I'm out of state) with Dr. Osborne and the journey for my healing began!! He read my "celiac lab/genetic test" and I WAS positive!! He prescribed testing, a very strict diet for several weeks and a complete overhaul using his supplements. We can not thank you enough for treating our son after seeing three general practitioners, two dermatologists, and a committee of 44 in Baylor reviewing my son's Pleva autoimmune disorder. When all others said my 5-year-old would grow it out, Dr. Osborne's analytic approach of taking all potential allergens out of his diet returned to his health in 6 weeks. Our son is 14 and above 90 % of all the growth charts and no sign of Pleva since then. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2018 in a condition that my body had mostly stopped functioning. I still had many symptoms (unexplainable ones according to other doctors) that did not get better even following a paleo diet when I found Dr. Osborne in 2020 and read No Grain No Pain. Gluten sensitivity was not the only cause of my health problems. I would be lost if I had not become a patient of his. Too bad I didn’t receive the care others experienced according to these reviews, especially after paying $5700 dollars upon the first visit! Staff issue, lack of customer service with one particular individual. When my husband or I called to ask a question a few times during my treatment, this individual was extremely rude! We asked to speak to the manager to discuss this issue further and she said we could pay $200 to speak to Dr. Osborne about our complaint! She wasn’t any better! I initially became a patient of Dr. Osborne in year 2009, back when the office was on Sweetwater. I had terrible stiffness and pain similar to arthritis for decades and it was getting worse. Dr. Osborne was the first doctor to suggest food sensitivities, tested me, and gave me a clear and understandable action plan and path back to good health. Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Peter Obsorne. I called him my "genius." For truly he is one. His knowledge and I stated going to Dr. Obsorne in later October last year. I was on too much medication and I knew something had to change if I wanted to live longer and to see my grandchild finish college and to also enjoy the rest of life life in good, health. Kind, caring, patience, thoughtful, smart etc. There are not enough adjectives in the vocabulary to describe this man. I was extremely sick and had been for more than a year when I stumbled across this man and his book and was ready to "hear" his information/message about me having to change how I ate, how I slept, how I needed to exercise, how I lived my daily life. I can’t say enough about Dr. Osborne and his team. He is easily one of the smartest doctors I know and has genuine compassion that is very rare and I know he has God on his side. Worst medicine experience of my life. I have been to several doctors, including MDs, DOs, chiropractors, and alternative practitioners of various backgrounds. I took interest in Dr. Osborne after being sold by a compelling website and advertisements. My initial appointment seemed promising as Dr Osborne said all the right things, especially with regards to this being a very personalized treatment. Little did I know, this was only a sales pitch for selling me on an exorbitantly priced lab test and feedback. Before signing the agreement to agree to the procedure, they will inform you that they do not take insurance, but what they won’t tell you is that, they are staunchly against any cooperation with you making an insurance claim on your treatment costs, and most importantly, they will refuse to apply any diagnostic or procedural code to your bill, which completely eliminates any chances at receiving assistance from insurance companies. Therefore, you will be stuck with a bill amounting to several thousands of dollars to pay personally, no matter how great your health insurance policy is. Of course, for something as important as health/wellness, $10k in bills can be well worth it. However, if the “premium, personalized” treatment you’re paying for only amounts to someone reading off your lab results print-out and providing generalized feedback that is already common knowledge and doesn’t account for any information that you’ve previously provided the clinic, then you have a right to feel slighted. Origins was by far the worst investment I have ever made in my health and wellness. The same quality of lab results and feedback that I received from Origins, I had previously received at 20% of what I paid Origins. Patients here are reviewing him as a doctor. Gosh, clients are led to equate seeing this nutritionist to medical “doctors.” Yikes. I truly believe that God brought me to Dr. Osborne. I was in the worst pain at the time, completely going insane. I was struggling to get through each day and was losing my will to live. I told God, either take this away (the disease: rashes, joint pain, fatigue, itching, etc.) or take my life. I first said this to God with the fear that he may actually strike me down. I knew I shouldn’t make such a declaration if I didn’t mean it… but truly, I did mean it. I couldn’t go on living this way the rest of my life. So I stated it sincerely a few more times, leaving the outcome in Gods hands. A little after this I found a Dr. Osborne video on YouTube searching autoimmune and healing. I couldn’t stop watching them to be honest. Dr. Osborne’s knowledge, passion, no-nonsense attitude, commonsense, and compassion really resonated with me. Eventually, I couldn’t do it on my own anymore. I decided to give his office a call. I was worried, being that he is physically States away from me, that the whole thing was a scam, but it ended up being the best chance I ever took! I have been working with him and his office, for a while now (since late fall of 2019) and I am seeing real results in a fairly short amount of time. I had been sick with debilitating pain, unfunctionable muscles, and depression. I had been on prescriptions for depression, chronic pain, IBS, PCOS, fibromyalgia, insomnia, and chronic fatigue. I always had to fight to stay healthy, but after I turned 30 all my efforts stopped working. I could not function. I spent countless amounts of money looking for answers from conventional medicine and a few alternative medicine practitioners. I had had little luck and just ended up with Rx bandaids. Our 28 year-old son has autoimmune syndrome that began 14 years ago in France—where we still live—and took 11 years to diagnose while it insidiously eroded every aspect of his life. This is a difficult review to write, because it’s not about a family restaurant or a vacation destination, but a painful and central aspect of our lives. Emotions are raw, and our journey is about so much more than this exceptional doctor and clinic. Somewhere too, we want a microphone and an audience. We want to tell it from the beginning, so that others can see and hope and know they are not alone in their fight--but also to call out those who have added to the ordeal through human ignorance and medical arrogance. Called us hypochondriacs...lazy...depressed...and even psychotic. That's for another day and place—and you will not find this condescension at Origins. Takeaway #1: your experience will be acknowledged, and your symptoms believed. My point here is that as a nurse and a Mom and a patient, if you are looking towards functional medicine I know what you're likely going through. I’ve been the misdiagnosed patient in the bed, hearing that my pain and paralysis were psychological in origin, and that the morphine addiction physicians created had no physiological basis for existing. I’ve been the caregiver and the parent standing next to the bed in utter and total frustration, being patronizingly told that I was unqualified and too emotionally involved to correctly interpret what I was observing in my child, and that my research had no value because it was not conventional medicine. At Origins, you won’t find casual dismissal. Takeaway #2: your input, questions, and feedback—as a patient or as a member of the patient’s chosen inner circle-- are important, and are always addressed by Dr Osborne and his team. For the specialists in our area, our son’s condition had no known cause beyond bad luck--and no cure. The treatment was symptomatic, aimed at slowing progression, and involving immune system suppression via a form of toxic chemotherapy. No testing for allergies, intolerances, toxins or deficiencies was offered; no genetic profile analysis, no gut microbiome testing, no lifestyle changes were suggested. The outlook was a lifetime of medication including morphine for pain, a restricted quality of life, and a projected evolution towards an ultimately fused spine, with high possibility of partial colon removal and colostomy. It’s not that they stopped asking “why”-- it's that they never even started. Dr Osborne is about the why. Takeaway #3: knowing who you are, and how you act and react as a distinct individual with interconnected systems--biological, mental and physical-- is the basis for establishing an effective partnership and care plan. When we touched down in Houston in May of 2018, our son was physically and mentally exhausted, in constant pain, and out of hope. I can’t speak for A; he will share his own perspective when he’s ready. But as an observer, I saw Dr Osborne connect more dots in a 90-minute consultation than several specialists had been able to do over many years. I waited for red flags to pop up, but none did. I asked my list of questions and was satisfied not just by the answers, but by the respect and consideration with which they were received. I saw compassion—but also heard straight talk. A. would need to make some lifestyle changes that would be difficult in today’s culture. It would not be a quick fix. He’d need to learn and apply ideas that might contradict accepted norms in matters of health and habit. But yes, there was definitely hope if A. was ready to invest his efforts in getting better. Takeaway #4: the ultimate goal is the empowerment of the individual as the primary actor in recovering and maintaining health. 2019: A. is off all meds for his intestines, and while he still has a long way to go his joints are considerably better. I have been seeing Dr. Osborne for 7 years now. I am a two time oral cancer survivor and I really believe that had not God led me to this doctor, I would have had further recurrences and more surgeries. We were trying so hard to find the right doctor for our little son and finally we discovered Dr. Peter Osborne. When our son was almost 2 years old, he got this terrible diagnosis of Juvenile arthritis and Uveitis, which destroys joints and eyes. I got familiar with Dr Osborne after watching a docuseries on autoimmune diseases where he was interviewed among other doctors and specialists. He struck me as extremely knowledgeable and with a lot of experience. I started seeing him about a year ago and embarked on my healing journey thanks to him. I had been diagnosed with AS 3 years ago and on TNF blockers. My doctors were planning on keeping me on for life. Dr Osborne listened to my story with great care and empathy and had me do many tests. I took my 4 year old daughter to see Dr. Peter Osborne for her eczema, stomach pain, and constipation. He ordered many tests to check for food allergies, vitamins deficiency, yeast, etc. These tests required the drawn of blood (18 tubes of blood), stool analysis, urine analysis, and saliva analysis. He diagnosed her with leaky gut and put her on 8 daily supplements for 6 months. At 5 months in the treatment, not only she started to develop white spots in her arms, but her hair started to thin and eventually to fall off showing parts of her scalp. My daughter had so much curly hair before we started on this “health plan” and now her hair volume is just half of what it used to be. Nothing changed in her diet except the daily intake of the many supplements (she only eats whole organic homemade food). Her hair has not grown back, and she continues to suffer from a leaky gut. It's a blessing to find a doctor who is so caring and gives us so much of his time. Dr. Osborne has an extensive medical knowledge. He is treating my son's condition with passion, respect, and devotion. We highly recommend him!

After seeing one star review below, I felt obligated to write this review. Dr. Osborne is best in his class and he has no magic pills to offer. His treatment is quite methodical and requires a strict discipline. And for the folks who pay for their cars and homes and their iphones, ask yourself how much your health is worth to you. My son, back in 2012, had developed an immune system disease called PLEVA. We had taken him to six different doctors including best dermatologists in Houston area. Prescribed steroids and antibiotics had shown barely visible results. We also went in front of a committee of medical experts in Baylor College. And the conclusion was: he MAY grow PLEVA over the time but he will need to learn to live with it. A very close family friend gave us Dr. Osborne's name. He was back then a smaller practice in Sugar Land called Wellness Center. Even though our insurance rejected to pay the visit, we still wanted to see him in our son's condition to find out if Dr. Osborne might help to beat PLEVA (at that time we were already trying some herbal medicine from China, India and other parts of the world.) His consultation was very methodical. We would test my son for any environmental, chemical substances and food and food ingredients may cause his immune system to deteriorate. Once identified, we would take them out of his environment and diet to boost his immune system and let the body take its control back over from PLEVA. We went ahead and did all the recommended tests out of pocket. According to insurance, there were not enough studies out there to prove Dr. Osborne's suggested test methods as part of any treatment. These tests were simply: a through blood test for 600 plus substances anyone daily exposed, a DNA test for Gluten sensitivity, stool test, another blood test for vitamin and mineral count. The results came in with severe reactions to things like rice, red 40, flaxseed, benzaldehyde, annatto, xylitol and Gluten sensitivity. And YES, within the first two weeks after the test results and following Dr. Osborne’s advice, my son‘s condition started improving. In five to six months, he was completely out of any sign of PLEVA. Similar story to above related to my 70 plus year old mother’s chronic neck pain she has suffered for a couple of years. She didn’t want steroid injection and we have followed the same therapy for her with Dr. Osborne. She has no neck or joint pain since the treatment and she is much healthier than before in any aspect. There are no magic pills, no short cuts to any above. Entire process was very scientific and required a very strict discipline to adopt a new, healthier life style. Once again, thank you to Dr. Osborne and his very attentive team for supporting my 5 year old son's treatment for PLEVA (now he is11) and 70+ year old mom for her chronic neck pain (in 2016). Our entire family owes you big time for helping us to adopt an healthy lifestyle. It's difficult to put into words what Dr. Osborne has done for our family. We moved in 2015 from out-of-state to an area about 45 minutes from Dr. O. A friend mentioned his name when I asked for doctor recommendations. I went to an initial appointment and was immediately struck by the time Dr. O spent with me. He wanted to know my story and hear about my struggles. He put together a plan for testing to get the whole picture of what was going on inside my body. I knew Dr. O was the perfect fit, but was unsure of our ability to pay for the testing. I let months pass and then became chronically ill. I researched coverage from healthshare plan--we do not have traditional health insurance--and was delighted to find that they would fully cover my treatment. I began testing right away and was shocked by the deficiencies and problems we found. Once I began avoiding the foods to which I was allergic, exclusively consuming foods that would heal my body, addressing my nutritional deficiencies with proper supplements, amongst other changes like exercise, I felt better within weeks and began to see drastic changes in my body as well. I knew we needed to have the whole family tested. At the writing of this review, my husband and two young boys are currently under Dr. O's care as well. With each set of testing, we learned more about each person's body and situation and were able to address symptoms we had simply accepted as part of life. In July 2017 I began having a lot of medical issues. No one seemed to be able to figure out what was wrong with me. I started swelling and gained 30+ lbs. My legs were swollen and I was tired all of the time. I am older; but refused to think all of these problems were from "old age". Finally lab work was done and the issue was missed. Then it was determined that I had lymphadema and an autoimmune disease called membranous nephropathy. Having always been relatively healthy, I was dismayed. I had heard Dr. Osborne on a couple of videos. He was excellent and made a lot of sense, so I decided to contact his office and in October of 2017 I had my first appointment. Since I live in Florida and he is in Texas, we did a telephone conference. He went over several things with me, asking a lot of questions about my health issues, diet, lifestyle, etc. He ordered testing and my testing came back with a gene sensitive gluten pattern and I had several vitamin and mineral deficiencies. He started me on a Gluten Free Diet -- which I will admit was harder to follow at first -- and supplements. It was really surprising that after eliminating gluten from my diet and a few foods, my weight started to come down. I have lost 39 lbs and am about what my normal weight was before I got sick. My energy level is great and I feel so much better. I am still treating with Dr. Osborne, but I am well on my way to a full recovery. I can't thank him enough. (The medical doctors only solution was to start me on immune suppressant drugs and steroids. They said I would be sick for at least 9 months and when I researched that treatment, it had been in use for 30 years with scant patient improvement.) I am able to do almost everything I could do before I got sick. My cholesterol was sky high and following Dr. Osborne's suggestions, my cholesterol has now dropped 100 points. As a nurse of 18 years, I can honestly say that I have never met a more caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor. His approach is not just to give you a pill to help you fix your problem but to find out the root cause of your problem and fix it. My 19 year old daughter has had a great experience so far with Dr. Osborne! We learned of her gluten intolerance coming up on 1 year ago. She was having a terrible time eating at college her freshman year and was even in the ER once. As a family we really did NOT understand the complexity of gluten intolerance. Doctor Osborne helped my family immensely by setting us on a path of wellness and even growth. Firstly, I went to him 5 years ago after struggling with digestive issues following having my first child. He is so thorough and caring. Up-date: I posted the review on here. I'm glad I went with my gut to not follow through with D r Osborne because his testing didn't include what we had discussed in our conversation, infection testing. I have now been tested for Lyme and through Igenex and it was positive! That means I've had Lyme for at least 11 years. Go with your gut. If a doctor won't listen and believe you, move on!
