If I could give Peter and his team 1000 stars I would! My experience felt so personal and they had my back every step of the way!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TEAM! Very compassionate and my breast reduction process was A1!!! ????????????????????

I had an appointment and called to cancel because I had a fever. The lady answered the phone was rude and tried to hang up the phone while I'm still talking.

Unethical waiting on orders for nicotine and he changed his mind.i quut may 22..its sept.i could have found a doc.niw 8 have to waite til 2021

Breast reduction surgery 3 years ago .. No complaints he literally took the burden off my shoulders that I needed.

Dr. Haines and his team are awesome! They were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Dr. Haines is so kind and made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. I am so thankful I chose him to perform my breast augmentation. They turned out so great!

Dr. Haines did my surgery (bilat breast implants) back in 2003. Now, going on 17 years later, they are still incredible and I’ve not had a single problem. According to people/professionals I’ve talked to, this is rare to uncommon for this time span. My PCP actually ordered an ultrasound, because she said, “I guarantee, you at a minimum have a small leak”. To her surprise, no leak. I have spent the last decade in Dallas and just moved back to SC this year. If I need or want anything done cosmetically, I will make the drive back to Irmo. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Haines 13 years ago. Loved the staff and had a wonderful experience. About to go back for a check up and I absolutely look forward to seeing Dr. Haines again!

I had the worst experience with their staff, very unprofessional and rude. Speaking to a member of the staff about medical records they submitted for a specific procedure, they submitted records from 4 years when I came in for consultation and of course claim denied. When I asked about the denial claim member of the staff argued with me and hung the phone while I was talking. Spoke to the Office Manager and her attitude was just as badly has her staff. Never apologize for the way I was treated. Sadly to say attitude reflects Leadership, even though Dr Haines is a excellent surgeon but his staff is awful. And I will never recommend anyone to him and because of them. I am going to make sure everyone knows never to go there and experience what I did. After a double mastectomy and five reconstruction surgeries from breast cancer, I’m still not pleased with the finished project. Other doctors won’t even touch me now due to all the scar tissue. One is higher than the other and has a dent straight through the middle. And then, six years after my last visit, I have a “collection” on my Credit for a whopping $36! A phone call may have been nice or even a letter/bill. I found out by looking at my credit report. Highly disappointed in my results.

Reconstruction and 20 yrs later reconstruction to the reconstruction. He's the very best. Very compassionate and kind.

I love Dr. Haines and his staff. They are truly caring and going through breast reconstruction can be daunting. They are so caring and sometimes have me laughing when I leave. Lindsey is the BEST. Honestly, each staff member is so warm and caring. I am also very pleased with how well my reconstruction is going.

Very unprofessional. Several calls were made and messages left with no response. Very disappointed. A potential client should not have to chase and beg to buy services from a company. If you have to do that before you pay your money what type of customer service will you get after you have paid. I will go to another company that offers the sane services and the good customer services that Healing Waters Palmetto Health clearly does not have. Very unprofessional. Had the Coolsculpting done on my abdomen 3 weeks ago. I can already see it disappearing! Amy explained everything , very kind and thorough. Atmosphere very relaxing. Met with the Doctor beforehand. Very nice and thorough as well. Highly recommend! Knowledgable and great people!

Dr. Haines and his team are awesome. Dr. Haines did my Abdomnioplasty and liposuction a few weeks ago. I was scared and almost changed my mind the closer the surgery came but I didn't. I'm so happy that I didn't. The experience was amazing and I owe it to Dr. Haines and his team from the nurses the day of my procedure to the office staff at Healing Waters. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. The experience was completely positive.

Staff is very rude. Especially Marie who handles insurance and payments. She acts like she is doing you a favor by her showing up for work. Dr. Haines seems to be a nice guy but his hands shake as if he has parkinsons or either he is very nervous which is not good for a plastic surgeon. This office tells you to come early to your appointment and then makes you wait 45 mins. past your appointment time. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Don't let the nice office fool you.
