Dr. Peter Ahlering

So thankful for Dr. Aherling and everyone at MCRM including our nurse coordinator, Capri! Dr. Aherling was very informative and helped us decide the best course given my low AMH and my husband’s low sperm count. We did one cycle of IVF and were fortunate to get one little perfect embryo. We were elated. We made the decision to transfer and welcomed our beautiful son several months ago. We will be entrusting them again to start our IVF journey again soon.

Words can’t express the gratitude we have for the MCRM team and especially Dr Ahlering. I remember when we first spoke with him and he told us there’s a chance, after being told by another fertility clinic we would need sperm/egg donors. God led us to MCRM filled with faith believing we would have a child. Dr Ahlering provided the way! God has gifted Dr Ahlering with a great wealth of knowledge in this field of medicine. I’m so thankful for Dr Ahlering’s commitment to helping people experience the blessings of children. They are truly a gift from the Lord. We will never forget the care and compassion we experienced on this journey. Our journey continues with our miracle baby Chloe and they will always be a big part of this miraculous story. Thank you for being the hands of feet of Jesus and showing our family so much love.

Absolutely loved our experience with MCRM and Dr. Ahlering. We went through 2 rounds of IVF and even though we had to switch coordinators after our first round, I would consider them both professional and informative. We never felt confused in the process, everything was laid out clearly for us to follow. Communication was easy and we never felt uncomfortable. Eventually, the staff felt like friends that I got excited to visit, even with the situation at hand. We met our goal and have 9 weeks until we meet our little man, all thanks to MCRM!

MCRM has been a god send for my husband and I. You never expect to go through infertility struggles until it happens. We started our infertility struggles with another facility prior to MCRM, though they did help us diagnosis and treat some issues, we felt they never had a personal touch for us or our journey. I can say the complete opposite about MCRM from the very beginning. Our first appointment was so personal and allowed me to really gain a true understanding and plan for our journey and our end GOAL! Though we have not met our end goal just yet we are roughly 16 weeks or so from meeting them both! At 20 weeks pregnant I cannot thank Dr. Ahlering and his staff enough! My husband and I now know that our dreams are not out of reach for us!

He was more then helpful and comforting throught the process. Hospitality is par none.

After many years of trying to conceive and a miscarriage, my husband and I finally chose to see Dr. Ahlering at MCRM Fertility and start our IVF journey. Everyone immediately made us feel so supported and truly cared for. He promised to do everything he could to make us parents and he did just that. We are forever grateful for Dr. Ahlering, our coordinator Amanda and all of MCRM. We look forward to doing another transfer in the future to add another sibling to our family.

I can’t say enough about MCRM, they were recommended to us by two friends and they far surpassed our expectations, not only from the incredible care we received but they treated us like we were their top priority at all times. My husband and I had a uniquely challenging situation emotionally, we had lost our son and since his passing were not able to have children on our own. The staff at MCRM was always incredibly gracious and patient with me with my questions and concerns and made what would have been a really challenging time both exciting and enjoyable. I could go on for pages on how fantastic our experience was without even mentioning that we are expecting this year because of the incredible work that MCRM does. They have given me a child and most importantly hope.

Dr Ahlering is amazing!! He was patient and compassionate. He took the time to explain what was going on and provided options without pressuring us in a certain direction. He and his staff were awesome and we were successful 2 times.

MCRM helped us get pregnant with our first round of IVF. The staff was so helpful and organized. They were also super friendly and easy to get ahold of. We are so excited to meet our baby girl in July!

We loved our experience at MCRM. We were treated with respect during the entire process. Everyone there worked so hard to make sure our treatment was as stress free as possible. Elisha, Amanda, Allison, Courtney, and Dr Ahlering are all amazing at what they do. We came to MCRM after two failed IVF rounds at another facility, where we were over charged and under appreciated. Our experience at MCRM couldn’t have been more different. We were lucky enough to get 5 genetically normal embryos and I’m currently 6 months pregnant with our first. My only regret was not going to MCRM in the first place. Thank you for all you do and all your hard work!

MRCM was awesome! They assisted my wife and I with the issues we were dealing with and put together a great plan of action. Through a successful IVF transfer performed by Dr. A we are now so thrilled that we are expecting. Without the support of MCRM none of this would have been possible!

MCRM & Dr. Ahlering were recommended to us and after experiencing MCRM, we understand why. We were able to meet with Dr. Ahlering to discuss our needs, the process, and the initial questions we had. We knew from Day 1 we were in good hands. Once we began, Dr. A, was there for my baselines, midlines and I was able to reach out if I had questions for him. He really took the time to assist us on our journey. We experienced the highs and lows of IVF but Dr. Ahlering was there to meet with us and put our minds at ease when we needed it during our low. Here we are now expecting a baby thanks to Dr. Ahlering and we couldn't be happier.

We had a very good experience with MCRM. They did a good job of explaining things from the beginning, and the staff was generally very courteous. Certainly Dr. Ahlering was very kind and clear. He did not over-promise, but he also projected a sense of cautious optimism that reflects his years of experience.

Dr. A IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! His team and him have helped us conceive 2 healthy boys and now a girl on the way ! Without him our family would have never been complete. We struggled for 4 plus years om our own to get pregnant but never could with no reasons why. After our first ivf with Dr. Alhering we were pregnant, it was same with our second ivf we then had our second son, fast forward to today our precious daughter is on her way thanks to Dr. Alhering . Dr Ahlering is amazing! Very professional and dedicated to his job. Being treated in his clinic it was an honor for me. He helped me and I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. Thank you again!

He is the smartest and most caring doctor. His bedside manner is very comforting. He explains things thoroughly so that you know the science behind decisions. He takes his time with you. I felt that he truly cared about my family and me. I can’t imagine doing infertility with anyone else! I am pregnant now and was sad to graduate from the clinic because it is such an amazing place to be cared for.

MCRM Fertility made my life-long dream to become a mother a reality. Choosing to be a single mom is a daunting and at times overwhelming task, but Leslie, the nurse practitioner at MCRM Tulsa, guided me through the entire process seamlessly. Dr Ahlering was knowledgeable and compassionate during our consultation and supportive of my decision to pursue IUI. It was Leslie who performed the actual procedure and made the call to say "Congratulations!" when it was a success. Everyone on staff at MCRM is amazing and outstanding at what they do. From the front desk receptionist who always had a smile and a kind word, to the phlebotomist who expertly drew all of my labs, to the ultrasound tech who allowed me to hear my little ones heartbeat for the first time, they each stood out to me and I will always be grateful to them for the overall experience I had with MCRM. If you're looking to grow your family and find yourself in need of a little medical help, I highly recommend this office!

I cannot recommend Dr. Alhering at MCRM enough. He is so kind and compassionate and most of all, has made our dreams come true. After 1 round of IVF that resulted in a miscarriage, we came to see Dr. Alhering and I'm now 17 weeks pregnant with our precious rainbow baby. I cannot thank him and his clinic enough for all of their help and support along the way. They are WONDERFUL!

We struggled with infertility for 4 years before we found Doctor Ahlering. We had started at another clinic in Tulsa and just didn’t feel like we were in the right place. The moment we met Dr. Alhering was the first time we felt there was hope! He is extremely professional, while still having a friendly, family feel personality. He is very caring and really knows his stuff. We didn’t feel like a number, we knew that he truly wanted to see us become parents. He answered all of our questions with patience and understanding. Every interaction, procedure, and exam he made me feel comfortable and always explained what he was doing and why! He helped us form a plan that fit our situation, which led to our miracle girl :). We feel so blessed to have found Dr. Alhering, and will be forever grateful for what he has done for us.

After my consult and coming up with a game plan I had hope after many obgyns said my AMH was too low to conceive. Dr. Ahlering truly is a great Dr. and listened to my needs. He was always friendly and explained everything in great detail. After 1 year and patience, I can now say I am pregnant. The most important thing through this process is to advocate for yourself and communicate. Dr. Ahlering and his staff were there for me all the way. I can’t thank them enough.

Excellent care and bedside manner. Explained everything to my husband and I and really took his time. The entire office is so friendly. Easy to get in touch with someone. Kept me informed on everything. Would definitely recommend them for anyone with infertility.

My husband and I are forever grateful for Dr. Ahlering and his staff. MCRM is there to support you through one of the difficult journeys in life but they do not give up. They are realistic about each unique situation and will work with you to get you to your goal - together. Dr. Ahlering knows what he's doing and has the experience to back it up! I'm so glad we trusted him! It wasn't an easy journey but without his hope and encouragement, we wouldn't have made it where we are today.

Our experience at MCRM has been outstanding and a breath of fresh air. We had gone through two precious failed ivf cycles with another clinic before trying MCRM. The entire team is friendly and so positive and encouraging during the entire process. Dr. A was always so kind, calm and available. He even took time out to send encouraging messages through the entire process. We were blessed to be able to have Dr. A as our doctor.

We cannot thank Dr Ahlering and his staff enough!! When we went to Dr Ahlering, we felt defeated in our ivf journey as we had four failed transfers at a different clinic. However, Dr Ahlering spent an incredible amount of time with us to come up with a good plan to move forward. We felt very comfortable and confident with our new plan, and we had success on our first transfer. We are so grateful for his help as we now have a very healthy baby girl!!

Dr. Ahlering provides excellent fertility-related care. I went with MCRM after my local clinic (in Tulsa) quoted me a price three times the price quoted by Dr. Ahlering's office. After further research and discussions with multiple patients I realized how lucky I was to go through MCRM. The support staff was excellent - they were prompt and caring with their responses to all of my questions. I have heard multiple horror stories from the initial clinic I was considering in Tulsa in terms of staff responsiveness and vitriol against patients - this couldn't be further from my experience with every person I interacted with at MCRM. Dr. Ahlering patiently answered my many questions. Most importantly, the medical care they provided was excellent and followed all the best practices in evidence-based fertility care. I recently gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl. I have sent multiple friends to this clinic. If you are in Tulsa, MCRM is 100% the clinic you should be going to.

MCRM and Dr. Ahlering have been working hard on our difficult fertility case. The office staff is amazing, especially Amanda. Dr. Ahlering is very patient friendly and is genuinely caring.

Dr. Ahlering is the absolute best! He truly listens and cares for his patients. I had multiple failed IVF cycles with a previous doctor and got pregnant after two retrieval’s and one transfer with Dr. Ahlering. I love that he is constantly improving his practice with up to date research. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Ahlering gave us the most answers and hope we have had in the 5 years we have faced infertility. He is very personable and willing to answer all questions. He is our 3rd doctor and we won’t be going anywhere else!!

Dr . Ahlering is an amazing doctor. He helped me through my difficult time by figuring out what would be best for my situation. Once the plan was set we didn’t waste anytime and set forth to make my dreams come true!! I am so grateful and blessed I was recommended to him for my conceiving problem because I’m not sure I would be where I am today without him. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Ahlering to anyone and everyone who’s looking for a reproductive endocrinologist. After going through a previous clinic and Dr. my experiences with Dr. Ahlering were beyond exceptional. He took all the time I needed to discuss concerns and issues with me. He also was extremely encouraging throughout my journey with him. I could tell he truly cared about my outcome and I’m happy to say that one round of IVF with him was a success after previous failures at another clinic.

We would 100% recommend Dr. Ahlering to anyone looking for a fertility specialist. In fact we have already given his name to two couples. His bedside manner is incredible and he was patient to talk through all of my many concerns. He goes above and beyond to make his patients feel known and comfortable. It is very helpful he now has an office located right down the road in Oklahoma. Although each of the 6 times we went to St. Louis we really enjoyed all of the staff at that location as well. They were all very helpful, kind and considerate with all we were going through. Thank you Dr. A for all you did to guide us and help us stay focused on our plan! My husband and I have been with the clinic for a month now. I’m so happy we chose this clinic and Dr. Ahlering. We were referred to the clinic from a few friends that also went to see Dr. Ahlering. I cannot day enough good things about Dr. Ahlering and the staff. During our consultation Dr. Ahlering asked about our journey and what we have already been through. He then talked to us about options they offer and what he thought would best fit us. This isn’t a cookie cutter clinic, each patient is an individual with a plan put together for them. This is a place that you automatically feel like family. Dr. Ahlering is so kind and compassionate and he has put together a staff that makes you feel like family. We never feel rushed and they always make sure all of our questions are addressed at each visit. We are so glad we chose Dr. Ahlering to guide us through this journey.

Where do I begin? I moved to Tulsa in March 2020 from Wichita. I cut ties with my clinic in KS as it didn’t make much sense to travel so much. I did research on MCRM and one other clinic in the Tulsa area. It was obvious from the beginning that we were meant to work with MCRM and Dr. Ahlering. Dr. Ahlering has been so kind to me, so confident in my body’s ability to carry a baby. He is gentle and sweet, I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to help us through this journey. We are still waiting on the right time to transfer one of our healthy embryos and I can’t wait to see the staff of MCRM and Dr A blow my expectations out of the water!

From the moment you walk into the MCRM Tulsa office - you can tell this will be a different kind of experience. You are more than just a patient at MCRM, you become family. From the front desk coordinator all the way up to the doctors themselves, everyone at MCRM is there to cheer you on. MCRM really takes the time to get to know YOU, and creates a plan around that - rather than the standard "cookie cutter" approach many fertility clinics have. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ahlering and all of the staff at MCRM. We have seen a number of providers and loved them all. They have taken very personal and compassionate care with us through our entire journey. Shawnie (our coordinator) has been absolutely phenomenal along with Leigh, when Shawnie is out of the office. Dr. Ahlering, his office and staff were amazing! They explained everything very well and took the time to make sure I was comfortable! We unexpectedly conceived on our own and again they welcomed me with open arms and put me at ease!

Great experience. Great team. Very understanding. We were unsuccessful for 3.5 yrs before coming here. We got pregnant on our 1st round of IVF with Dr. Ahlering. Every test done was necessary & explained thoroughly. I don't feel that waisted any time or resources with anything unnecessary or over testing. The medicine class is a must. Coordinators are always immediately responsive. All around great experience with staff & clinic considering how emotional & stressful this can be.

Dr Ahlering has been wonderful, compassionate and explained everything clearly and I felt like I had all the information regarding our fertility. My doctor recommended IVF after several procedures and miscarriages. We met with Dr. Ahlering and he was very thorough and honest with us. He told us that I wasn’t a good candidate for IVF because he thought we could get pregnant and stay pregnant on our own. He performed a follow up procedure (one my doctor had done as well) and later that same month, we were pregnant. We had our son 3 weeks ago and I couldn’t be more thankful to Dr. Ahlering for his honesty. He could have very easily done IVF with us and we would’ve found some way to pay for it because we were desperate. Instead of easily making money off of our hope, he did what was medically necessary and was honest with us. I’m so thankful for his integrity and his knowledge.

My husband and I have been patients of his for 5 years. His bedside manner is amazing, not like your typical doctor. We started seeing him when he opened his office in chesterfield and the facility and staff and technology has grown a lot in since our first visit. The staff from the doctors down to the receptionist is friendly and professional. He made it possibly to have our three healthy children. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ahlering is truly the best there is. He is so knowledgeable and his experience shows in every meeting you will have with him. He also has a great bedside manner and truly cares about all of his patients!
