Dr. Perry L Schoenecker

Had hip repaired in 1982 and said at that time that he bought me 20-30 years. 2021 I had hip replaced and was told by 2 Ortho's that "no one" was more qualified than Dr S! Highly recommend and I do not for a minute believe the review that said his work had to be redone!

Dr. Schoenecker has done multiple surgeries on my grandson and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!! He's very talented, kind and caring. He also has a wonderful staff!!

Dr. Schoenecker performed a 7 hour surgery on my right leg in December of 1991 to lengthen my leg and close a non union of my fibia with 2 plates and 9 screws in my ankle with a bone graft from my right hip. He told me then (I was 18) that I would probably need my ankle fused by the time I was 30. I'm 45 and still going strong ????

He is by far one of the most brilliant people I’ve met. He has a heart of gold, passion for helping children around the world and has the mind of a genius! I’d say... he’s mastered the science of healing adolescence who have been medically diagnosed with rare orthopedic issue.

My son has been a patient of his for over 4 years now. He's an amazing doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. He made sure to see my son daily during his many orthopedic surgeries. He has a gentle hand in his work, my son's scars are there but could be alot worse if he didn't take care in his work. He gives it to you straight and honestly that's how it should be, explains things in detail and is pretty close on his eta of recovery times. By far my son's favorite Dr, there's so many good things about him that it's just impossible to list them all. He's a great teacher to his students that do rounds with him, very thorough in explaining to them and they have to tell him what they think. Very impressive how professional they are. Would not recommend. My child had a second surgery by another orthopedic doctor due to the poor surgical procedure.
