While being on the phones with my insurance for about an hour searching for a new doctor. They changed me to Pedro Gonzalo’s and called office they said they were accepting new patients. When I got off the phone I was ready to give confirmation number and set appointments the lady who answered told me they weren’t taking any new patients..They didn’t take their names off the accepting new patients list with insurance . Office updates are slacking

I always recommend Dr Gonzales and have sent several neighbors to him.

Exceptional doctor. Kind, compassionate,makes you feel you are his only patient.

I thought Dr Gonzalez listened attentively and answered all questions thoroughly.

He didn't even listen to my lungs and heart and didn't look in my mouth.

I went to this doctor and wasn't impressed by the dirty office. I got there early and waited long after the appointment time. 30 minutes and it was empty. I was finally seen by only a nurse doing all the work while Dr. Pedro takes the money. I was told I had a really bad skin condition that was really only dry skin. A lot of money and time wasted

12/27/21 Wow! We just moved here, called to set up as primary care & get our prescriptions moved over. Receptionist was incredibly rude. Refused to let us see a Dr for our chronic conditions to get referrals. She insisted we must be actively sick. Also refused unless Gonzales was on our ins card . Bcbs confirmed this was not true and PC name is easily changed. I truly hope this was a one off misunderstanding but the tone and attitude was out of line. 12/27/21 Wow! Dr. G treated my mother for several years. She recently passed away. but she thought a lot of him and his staff. She started seeing Dr. Garvin as well in the end. She seemed to think him being younger than Dr. G he would be more hip to the "New Stuff". lol Mind you she was 91. So yes given the opportunity to this Dr I would say your in good hands and with his staff as well. Kept my mother alive for many years.

Good doctor worst rude support staff ever if you have a serious health issues do yourself a favor and start with a different primary don't waste your time won't get your referrals and be rude about it

He always takes the time to listen to me and then explain the issues where I can understand them. I have recommended him to several people who now use him. When diagnosed with cancer he was concerned and checked up on me during my treatment.

Ladies at the counter were very nice. Dr Gonzales was very helpful and understanding.

Staff is friendly and very professional. I appreciate the extra effort they have provided to me on my last couple of visits. I love the fact that this office is only minutes away from home. I also appreciate Dr Gonzalez and his nurse, Rosa, who are always willing to take time to help fix what ails me!

I was diagnosed with 2 diagnosis that needed explained and planned in detail. Dr. Gonzalez always takes time to explain. Sadly now that electronic records it seems to take away. But at all expense he doesn't let you leave without understanding your care.

Appointment started out pretty much on time. Of course with a3:30 pm appointment one would normally start a little late,but actually started pretty much on time. I really didn’t know much about the going’s on concerning my CPAP report. After Dr Gonzalez went over the complete report,I began understand where I stood with the CPAP and how much more consistent time use of same would mean with my overall health. I need that! Even after second visit with the Doctor and some significant changes to long time taken medications, I think I’m beginning to experience some days that I don’t feel bad all day. Dr Gonzalez is the best MD I have ever gone to. He is a very professional medical doctor who takes the time to listen to your health issues and discuss what the course of treatment needs to be to help. He has provided great advice and treatment for my diabetes, sleep apena, cardiac issues including high blood pressure and heart issues, in addition to everyday medical issues. Every time it takes 2-3 days to get prescriptions sent to pharmacy. When you call no one in the office knows anything. I would probably not recommend this office to anyone that I like and will be looking for a new dr for my kids

Been trying to get my husbands cpap supplies for over a month and called Friday and got hung up on by receptionist, called back and someone picked up and hung up phone did this 4 times and finally someone spoke to me and said waiting on doc to sign rx, called again Monday and said still waiting, transferring to another doctor, this is the worst service and unprofessional! No way should someone have to wait for over a month for the doctor to sign an rx and no call to patient at all! And for receptionist to hang up on you several times is unprofessional! Dr Gonzolas is great. But I dont know whats up with his staff but I have been trying to get CPAP supplies for almost 4 weeks now.------EDIT 5 weeks now. Ive decided that Amazon is my only way.

Dr. Gonzales and nurse Rosa are very thorough and concerning

If you want a Dr who really cares about your Health and will refer you for test this is Dr Gonzalez.

Dr. Gonzalez takes time to make me comfortable, listens to me and explains what I do not understand.

I love Dr. G because he listens to you & is genuinely interested in helping you get healthy

Dr. Gonzalez and his nurse listened to my concerns, giving me their focused professional attention. Dr. Gonzalez is very knowledgeable regarding sleep apnea, gave excellent explanations to my questions as we made a solid plan for my medical needs.

My children have been seeing Dr. Gonzales for over 14 years. To this day my children still look forward to seeing him and his staff. We have in the past had problems with placing phone calls there, being left on hold for ever or no one picking up but, that was years ago. I would recommend Dr. G and his staff to everyone.

Dr. Gonzalez is very friendly and you can tell he loves helping his patients, as well as his staff. They are easy to talk too and i just had a great experience. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Gonzalez was friendly and professional. What impressed me and my husband was how informative he was in explaining my need for a CPAP machine and how much time and attention he gave us, beyond what was expected. We were very pleased with our whole experience, including the helpful staff.

Dr Gonzalez was fantastic. He listened, asked the right questions, stayed on track and explained everything thoroughly. His diagnosis and suggestions were very comforting, as he sounded like he knew exactly what my problems were and addressed them directly. I had to drive an hour to my appointment and will happily do it again again for treatment. I can't recommend Dr Gonzalez high enough.

I called Dr. Gonzalez office to see if they have received the fax that my husbands cpap company has been trying to fax them for over a month now, cpap company said they faxed again on the 28th, she said :"hum" and hung up on me, called back 2 more times and phone just picked up and hung up on me, 3rd time she answered and I asked if she was the one I was just speaking to that got dc'd from and she hung up on me again, called 4th time and spoke to Beth, will be getting new doc!! Unprofessional!!!

Initial visit was horrible. My impression was that I was going to see Dr. Gonzalez. Instead, his P.A. walked in the room. He never introduced himself, appeared to doubt what I was saying, treated me like I was incompetent (I have a master's degree), never once showed friendliness or compassion, and sent me on my way with instructions. Instead of truly showing patient care and gathering my medical record from previous doctor, he was very flippant. Instructions I left home with were confusing

They know very little about sleep medicine but they agreed to continue my medication regimen so i put up with it. Then, after months of writing my prescription they decide its too much but the doctors wont see me or talk to me about my options. Talking to the front end staff is like talking to a bunch of two year olds.

DR Gonzalez seems to be a nice and good doctor as well as his staff. If you are in pain and expect to get RX or referral promptly you will be very disappointed! You go on a list and may be a week if you are extremely lucky most likely longer.

Dr. Gonzalez cares about his patients, he wants what's best for them. He listens to his patients.

To make a long story short I saw his PA but dr. Gonzales would have to sign my prescriptions for Adderall. He did this multiple months in a row and then out of nowhere, after getting a call from the pharmacy, voided my prescription i went to pick up. I am now out of Adderall I have narcolepsy this is really bad timing with PMS, a death in the family and looking for a job but he refused to see me when I went down there. Ive never met the guy but the fate of my life is in his hands. I am outraged.
