Dr. Paulo Selber has excellent communication. My daughter is very impressed with the years of expertise and knowledge that he has. In addition, she was amazed to learn that her pediatric orthopedic surgeon , Dr. Eugene Bleck at Stanford had training experiences regarding gait analysis. Note: I want to clarify this post. The comment regarding his staff refers to when Dr. Selber was working at Weinberg CP Center, NOT HSS. Dr. Selber now works for HSS and his staff is the best!

Dr Paolo is the most wonderful, caring and highly experienced specialist we have come across. We are sad to hear he has left Australia and moved to NY. We saw Dr Paolo at the Melbourne RCH, 24 years ago for our son who has cerebral palsy and to this day we remember his professionalism, kindness, positive and happy persona. He always made us feel that we had his support no matter what and that our son would have a good life ahead of him. We were honoured to have had Dr Paolo look after our son for the first 15 years of his life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I can’t speak for Columbia itself as an institution. I can say that I get the feeling Columbia is understaffed right now. My experience with Dr. Paulo Selber has been exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the area of cerebral palsy. Adults with cerebral palsy are seriously underserved. Dr. Selber is empathetic to his patient’s needs. He is a joy and a delight to work with.You truly get the sense that he wants to help improve peoples lives. I feel confident in Dr. Selber. He has years of experience to execute anything deemed medically necessary in regards to the disability of cerebral palsy. I can’t speak for Columbia itself as an institution. Dr. Paulo Selber has excellent communication skills, however I cannot say the same for his staff. Getting through to him via email or messages has been problematic, however once my daughter does do video calls with him, she is very impressed with the years of expertise and knowledge that he has. Dr Selber is a excellent doctor !very patient very friendly and very experienced !!! He did a handsome job for my son’s arm????If you need a kids bone doctor he is highly recommend
