She is horrible. I went there for a few sessions and she jumped into everything quickly. After only a 20-30 minute session, I would leave there worse than when I walked in. There seems to be no compassion, it’s more to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I have had a lot of trauma and she would push me to talk about things I was not ready to talk about and told me that was the only I was going to get better. Everything was rushed. She wants you to spill everything out, but does not offer any support. Thankfully, I have found someone else who is wonderful, patient, and kind.

Dr. Paula Sociedade is an amazing, caring and intelligent psychologist and person. She has helped me in ways I thought weren't possible. She is extremely empathetic, actively listens and always has the most helpful feedback or questions to help me see issues differently. I highly recommend Dr. Sociedade - she is a rare gem!

I went to her over a year ago and my experience with her was the most negative one yet. She had her shoes off during our session, had a cold, uncaring demeanor and automatically recommended I receive medication when I told her about my anxiety without getting to know anything about my background. When I first sat with her, she said "So what's the problem?" I wouldn't recommend anyone to her.
