Disrespectful, rude and uncaring. Don’t recommend and will never go back. VERY disappointed Kaiser has such a physician.

Dr. Paul Sueno is one of the worst MD I have ever met. If you are looking for MD for your severe pain management, he is the last one you want to go to.

Dr. Sueno was excellent in reviewing my MRI and evaluating proper treatment plan for L4 disc herniation. Explained the injury and discussed treatment with references to medical studies. Answered all my questions, was on time and very thorough.

5 star Dr Sueno is a caring doctor and his staff are 5 star The treatments helped me and would wear off in three months I am now on an every three months injection in lower back

Worst experience sueno. Rude said my insurance did not pay enough and could nt treat me, why did he give me a appointment? He is a waste of time and could not explain my pain.

This doctor was the worst dotocr I’ve ever seen. Zero respect and zero help. No sure how this rude man can get a doctor certification — it is completely a joke! We described our problems, which he completely ignored and told us his knowledge and experience was better than what we knew about ourselves. If you are under Kaiser Permanente insurance, please do never schedule with this rude “doctor” :(

If you want to know the cause of your pain he will not answer any questions. I waited 45 min for my appointment once but yet next appointment I was late 5 min due to construction and was berated like a child for 5 min of MY time; when I asked a question; for being late and taking up his time! He is just there to run patients through for the big buck items and all else is trivial to him including the patient!

Dr. Sueno is a marvelous physiatrist and human being. I have recommended that other people go to him for pain management issues. Nice office and staff. Dr. Sueno is on time with his appointments.

I am a disabled veteran. It is very important that we receive treatment records after visits and appointments. Dr. Paul Sueno gives the treatment records upon leaving his office. This has never happened to before. this is very considerate and respectful of Dr. Paul Sueno and his staff.

Not a very compassionate doctor with a determination to give you what he wants rather than what you need. Looks at treatments that can make him money through his office rather than the good of the patient. Dismisses other results from other physicians and implies his skill level is above that of other doctors and surgeons.

Was rude , cold and not informative and basically told me to be quite do not ask him any questions he was very busy !! While he put needles all over my body . whould not let him treat my dog ..
