Dr. Norris is an excellent Gynocologist. Skilled, knowledgeable and experienced! Answers all questions and addresses any and all concerns. His staff is wonderful to work with. I travel from Central Florida to S.Florida to see him.

There are no words to describe how attentive, supportive and kind Dr Norris, Benda and Lourdes and the rest of his staff were with me after a miscarriage. Not only are they knowledgeable and extraordinary professionals, but very empathic and considerate when dealing with someone going through one of the most painful experiences imaginable. The office is immaculate and when I had to call late at night during the weekend because of an emergency, the nurse on duty was swift, discerning and thoughtful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Dr. Paul Norris MD, Gabriela Moreu APRN, and all the staff are really friendly, kind, and sincerely care for their patients. Their bedside manner is out of this world. You NEVER feel like they are rushed when they are taking care of you because they are truly dedicated to you when you’re there. I have had a couple procedures done there, and the Doctor and staff always answered all my questions regardless of how silly they could be or how many times I asked the same thing; always with the utmost patience. They always have a smile on their face, and have this way of putting you at ease when you’re anxious. This is a Doctor, APRN and staff that I would follow anywhere if they relocate again.

Dr. Norris is very professional. Takes time to explain things and resolves problems. Highly grateful for his experience and wide range of knowledge!

UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The young girl at the front desk stole my debit card yesterday and tried using it at several locations last night. When I checked in she took my credit card, my ID and my insurance card but after charging my card for my appointment, she only gave me back my ID and my insurance card, so she intentionally kept my credit card. I am 100% positive it stayed there because I didn't use it at all for the rest of the day, it's a card I hardly ever use. I only realized I didn't have it because my bank contacted me for suspicious and fraudulent action. She tried buying a gift card for $223.44 at CVS and then later tried using it in a restaurant in Miami Beach. I will report her to the police, this is totally unacceptable!!!!!

What an amazing doctor and staff. I found this office by accident and cant imagine going anywhere else. He's the quintessential expert who has great interpersonal skills along with an amazingly professional staff. So happy I found this place and Dr Norris.

Great doctor with caring staff.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Paul M. Norris, MD, for a little over 15 years now. I became a patient of his from the time he was employed at “The University of Miami Clinic’s “. Dr. Norris is an very Outstanding and Knowledgeable OBGYN Doctor. I asked a question and he answered truthfully and didn’t rushed the answer. On Tuesday morning at another appointment with a specialist, it was the determined the baby I was carrying no longer had a heartbeat. My specialist recommended a doctor but there were no appointments readily available for the current week, and due to time sensitively of the matter it was highly recommended to be seen as soon as possible. That afternoon I recieved a call from Maria, an Angel really. She was helpful, understanding and most importantly calm. She took my information and advised that there was an appointment for the following morning for the procedure. I readily agreed and answered the procedural questions to prepare me for the next day. Now I live in Broward County, Davie to be excant, so this was a long drive for me. My husband and both took the day off and arrived an hour and a half early to the center. About an hour before the procedure, Maria calls me. She begins to tell me that Dr. Norris, will go ahead and refer me to another doctor because he does not feel comfortab

Great costumer service and friendly professional service

Dr. Norris and the whole team are so sweet and make you feel extremely comfortable!

The entire staff is extremely warm and welcoming. They are all willing to answer any questions and make you feel at ease about anything. I have personally had some strange experiences at other OBGYN clinics, but this one is an overall five star clinic with five star staff would recommend to everyone!

Awful doctors office and staff. Many payments were incorrect, tried to overcharge on everything. This office tries and takes your money by charging you every time you call and say you need to come in for a visit to charge you when you do not. Very untrustworthy.

I didnt like this doctor the first time I went in June 2020, waiting time was almost an hour, and he was unfriendly and gave me literally 5 minutes of his time for my appointment and then was shoved out the door without allowing me to ask any questions. I decided to give him another chance, unfortunately i had a family emergency out of the country and wasnt able to make my appointment, and was then charged a $50 fee which I was told would be sent to Collections if I didnt pay. Great office and staff but don’t worry about showing up too early. You’ll be waiting for at least thirty minutes after your appointment time to be seen. My appointment was at noon and I wasn’t taken into the back until 1pm. Again great staff.

I saw Dr Norris 1997 - 1998 when he was a Professor of Gynecology at Jackson. I came to him with severe pelvic pain due to adhesions. He was very caring, concerned and compassionate. He knew i had had 2 laparoscopies before this and explained what he planned to do for me. He explained that the adhesions are growing too fast and there had to be endometriosis in the adhesions. After surgery pathology showed endometriosis all over & around my appendix!, If I ever had a problem I would definitely go back to him.

first of all the place is very clean, Dr Norris is amazing he makes you feel so comfortable but I just want to shout out to one of his nurses Lurdes , very friendly, understating and knowlegeable..... I old recommend her for anyone..... can't wait to go back for my follow up.....

Dr. Norris and his team are great! They offer everything you need to stay healthy. Countless times they have been able to fit me in on very short notice for non routine gyno stuff to help my RE or RI. Everyone is friendly and remembers my history.

It's great to find an office that offers such excellent quality of care with everything I need located right inside the office. I had my ultrasound and blood work at the same time of my visit. Unfortunately very dispointed with this office. They convince you to do procedures you dont really need, promising that its all fully covered by insurance. Three months later I get a bill for $350 dollars for a vaccine I never needed in the first place. Would never go back there and do not recomend it to anyone. Avoid it if you can! They seem to value money over patient’s health.

I think some women have reservations about seeing a male ob/gyn, in my experience male physicians make me feel more comfortable. With him I’m not getting scolded for my contraceptive choices or family planning decisions. He gives information based on literature and experiences he’s had in practice, the key word is information, not advice. He gives the information then allows patients to make their own decisions. As a young healthy woman a gynecologist is sometimes the only doctor you’ll see all year, so it's important to make a wise choice. I started seeing Dr Norris several years ago when he was working at UM, that office was terrible, but I didn’t care because my health (and a competent physician) was worth a long wait. Now that he has his own office in Miami Beach I don’t have to worry about long waits, you’re seen right away, they reply to refill requests, and always follow through on questions. Best Dr. ever! Dr. Paul Norris has been my gyno for 3 years and my husband and I recently went to him in May to find out why we were not getting pregnant. WELL GUESS WHAT?!!?? If he is not in office and I leave him a message he always returns my messages and addresses my concerns in a timely manner and the wait time to be seen has always been great... Just went there for the 1st time. Staff was very welcoming and professional. I read the reviews for a Dr on Miami Beach since my GYN retired. Dr Norris certainly lived up to the other reviews I've read. He was gentile, thorough patient , and easy to talk to. He never rushed our time in the office together. He asked questions and made me feel like he truly cared about me and my needs. His staff reflects his way of doing things right. Dr. Norris has been my OB/GYN since the age of 16. I am now 35 years old and would follow him to the moon and back. He delivered my one and only son and was there with me from the beginning to the end of my pregnancy. Most friends that I have say that they see a team of Doctors and the one that they start with may not necessarily be the one that they finish with. Well, that was not the case for me. Dr. Norris was always there. I was a high risk pregnancy and was he was always there.

Dr Norris treats my wife and 3 daughters. He has handled everything from their birth to their health checkups. His service is prompt professional courteous and friendly. I have recommended my sister and nieces to him and his staff. Cant go wrong.
