Dr. Meirick has an easy manner about him, was very clear about how to deal with my shoulder and thumb pain. He offered options and explained what to expect. He was very open to questions and responded in a complete and clear manner.

Dr. Meirick always does a complete exam of my shoulders, and asks a variety of questions. He is very receptive to my questions, and provides an answer. We discuss what my treatment is, if necessary. He is courteous and friendly. A very good doctor.

4.5 stars. He listened. Was kind. Gave options that covered pretty much everything that could be done or may be needed in the future. Gave suggestions on what may make sense, starting with the lower cost options and most likely to help. The only thing missing would have been handouts with exercises. He did suggest what to research for exercises though.

Was seen for knee pain did X-ray and found both knees have arthritis. Suggested treatment till decision is made for knee replacement. Very thorough on his decision for me. Enjoyed the visit.

Dr Merick listened to me and did give me xylocaine as I requested before the injection.Normally this is not the procedure as lidocaine is included with the cortisone they use.This reduced my anxiety and increased my respect for him as he truly listened to me.Thus creating a great doctor patient experience.He is a real asset to the orthopedic clinic.I feel very comfortable returning to the clinic for my further needs.I am a registered nurse and this is a complement coming from me as not all doctors are patient oriented as he is.

The cortisone shot was quick and effective. The appointment was over in 15 minutes. Dr. Meirick was personable and knowledgeable.

We have seen Dr. Meirick several times for my son leg. He was thorough and has a great report with patients.

We came in for our 8 year old who had a cyst on the back of his knee. Dr. Meirick was great at explaining the possible causes and treatment options and making our 8 year old feel comfortable!

Very pleased with overall experience. Paul took the time to listen to my issues and continued to ask questions and gave me recommendations about them.

Dr. Meirick was incredibly helpful! He was thorough in his description of why my son is experiencing pain, he gave us detailed information to follow in order to avoid pain in the future, and he talked to my son directly in a way that he can understand. I would recommend Dr. Meirick to others with knee pain.

Dr. Meirick was thorough and professional. I didn't have to wait long to see him, felt he was very respectful of my time. Had a Med student with him and did a great job teaching him.

Dr. Meirick is treating 2 separate sports injuries for my preteen. He addressed her and talked with her first- not me- and I was so impressed with his focus with her initially. He did answer my questions, but started and ended the appointment with my daughter, the actual patient. Fantastic!

Dr. Meirick is a wonderful. caring and detail-oriented man! He took the time to really care for my daughter's broken arm and offered solutions to get it to heal right. He was very reassuring when I thought her bone was "off" and I didn't think it was going to heal right from her buckle break. He was right though and everything healed perfectly and with her most recent x-ray, you could barely tell it was ever broken! Great Doctor! Takes the time to listen and gives sound advice.

He did a good job explaining everything. His first concern was helping with the pain which the other ortho Dr did not.

Dr. Meirick is the man. Very clear and shows concern during evaluations.

Not sure why this came up the name Matthew on it but my name is Joanne Collins and I have seen Dr. Meirick for a number of leg issues and he always listens to me and is willing to look at the whole picture and not just one area at a time.

Dr. Meirick was very polite and interested in my problem. He knows what he is doing and I am very happy with him as my Dr. regarding my ankle problem.

I saw Dr. Meirick for 2 areas of concern. He did a thorough examination, explained diagnostic and treatment options. He listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Meirick and his staff were great to work with. They listened to our concerns regarding our son’s knee pain and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. We didn’t leave wondering what to do next. I would absolutely recommend.
