Went from using my rescue inhaler and nebulizer daily to not needing it for over 8 months now. Best decision I've ever made was to come here I only wish I'd have started treatment sooner.

Outstanding staff. My son had to get the scratch test and an under the skin test. It was difficult and he definitely wasn't quiet, but the staff was so patient and understanding. Tia was the nurse performing the under the skin test and she was very quick and very kind. Dr. Mauriello is patient and very nice, I felt comfortable along with my son, and he is truly invested in the care he provides and how we can get the best results. Outstanding staff. I had a very good visit with Dr Mauriello and I would definitely recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. The staff ,from the time I got checked in to the nurses that helped me ,were very Friendly and took the time to explain things to me even when I would ask questions!!! My experience was great!! I asked if he would send home information with me, as it was a lot of information to retain and my daughter's asthma diagnosis was totally new. He said, "If you can't listen, I can't help you." Neither one of us have any interest in returning and we will be looking for another provider.

Waited almost a month for my appointment today as a new patient. Then waited in my car for over 45 minutes for a room to become available. I finally called again and they said that they could not give me an estimate on how much longer it would be but that it would be quite awhile until one would finally be ready ????‍♀️ what the heck.

Dr Mauriello has been consistently amazing. His office is incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am very pleased with the service I receive there. He's immensely helped get my allergies under control. Yes, there's wait times. Sometimes, they're longer than I'd prefer, but I understand that sometimes things happen outside their control. I was hopeful and looking forward to my appointment today. The staff was great setting me up with an appointment and all the details. I have been having a horrible time with hives and was now referred to allergist. I was told to stop all of my allergy meds 48 hours prior to appointment. It was torture those 48 hours because they had gotten out of control.... But held onto the hope the allergy testing would show something. Well, after talking to the doctor and then going to the exam room, where he said he would evaluate my condition. He changed his mind. Apparently, because I am self pay? The only thing he did was listen to vitals and ENT. He did not look at my hives but said because we are self pay he didn’t want me to pay a lot of money on allergy testing, that may not show anything?! So I get a script for prednisone and sent on my way!? Why would I go and make an appointment for no testing and then the debilitating affects 48 hours prior? The health system needs an overhaul. Here we go looking for another doctor, that might take this seriously. Discouraged I was hopeful and looking forward to my appointment today. Dr. Mauriello was extremely accommodating and got me in for testing the next day. He is extremely knowledgeable and definitely recommend him! Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Five stars all the way. I am not sure why anyone would give them a 1. This was my first time seeing any Dr. For my allergies. Staff is friendly and most importantly. He took his time with me to help me what causes my asthma! So as for some reviews below don't believe that. I am 50 and he is an older Dr. Who still cares. Who takes his time helping you! If I ever have to wait, just remember if he is taking his time with you, he is doing that with othere. Be patient his level of care is phenomenal! And he speaks English!! Thanks Doc! Long wait times in Hagerstown office. Also was told by Dr. Mauriello (quote) "I use prescriptions like a leash to make sure patients come in every few months". This is the absolute truth. They want to schedule you for appointments every 2-3 months whether you need a follow-up or not. Your punishment for wanting a more reasonable 6 or 12 month schedule? No prescriptions. They even went so far as to deny my Rx because I hadnt been to the office in 4 months when they were the ones to reshedule me!

Would not refer anyone to this office. They won't work with you to find out what's wrong. They might test you for "common" allergens then send you to fend for yourself.

I was referred to this practice for a specific allergy test and had an initial appointment to do the test but they did not have it on hand and had to order it. I arrived 5 minute early for the 7:30 AM follow-up appointment which is 45 minutes away, then waited 25 minutes in the waiting area (how backed up can they be at 7:30?) then waited another 15 minutes in the examination room. The Doctor finally came in 45 minutes after my arrival to tell me the test had not been ordered. They have no respect for your time and the attitude seems to be "this is a great place to work if only we did'nt have to deal with the patients". My advice is to use another practice if you have a choice!
