My mother and I have gone to Dr. Liswood for the last several years back when he was at another location, and he has always been a great doctor because he is respectful, he listens to you, and he gives you the best care! He is excellent at providing helpful solutions to any foot problem you could have. He is also kind and patience. The staff is very reliable and always friendly!

Dr Liswood was recommended by my general practitioner and I am so happy I went to him. The office was clean, the front desk was pleasant and the doctor was excellent. Dr Liswood is kind, knowledgeable, painless; he put me at ease, and explained everything because I was honestly a bit nervous. Dr Liswood is someone I have seen from his old office and now in his new office Staff was efficient, helpful and really nice. Dr Liswood was prompt , came in diagnosed by foot situation and educated me what was going on and did what was necessary for me to feel comfortable again. Dr. Liswood is a TERRIBLE doctor. I had a bunion surgery and my foot is messed up. I have a huge scar, along with constant swelling. He is NOT a good surgeon. I know others who have the same issue. Surgery not done well. He is a mediocre doctor at best. He has RUINED my foot. My right foot is destroyed and in pain. I had several doctors take X-rays and all of which stated/confirmed that Dr. Liswood butchered my foot. He used poor judgment and old school performance in his surgical skills or better lack of. Recently I had sprained ankle and there was no other clinic that would see me ASAP but I was able to look up on google and found that Paul Jason Lyswood wasn’t so far away from where I live in Bay Ridge and soon as I made an appointment, they were able to take me in the following morning. Let me tell you something. Not only did he help me with my sprained ankle but also with my ingrown nails. Which I didn’t know I had but knew there was something wrong with my feet, and omg he help me with the ingrown nails and now I can walk perfectly well with no issues. It was fast, helpful and he had all the answers that I needed when it came to any issue with my feet. If I ever have an issue again with my foot or feet. This is the first place I would go to. He is the doctor you go if you want your foot back the way it was before the problems started. In my surgery the bunion was removed and the big toe was straighten and I had great results. I was surprised that the pain after the surgery lasted only two days and was very bearable even without painkillers. Doctor Liswood, the staff Lilian, Jasmin and the Xray technician are very human, kind and they work in harmony make you feel very comfortable being there. it's a place for every body to go. Horrible doctor first visit told me to try some harmless injections which end up being very harmful steroid injections that now a month later I’m still having constant chest pains seeing a cardiologist and can’t get a normal amount of sleep every night it was my first visit with him and he did not even bother to ask before giving the drug if I’ve ever had any issues with steroid As a child I have when taken orally and the doctor knows nothing about the drug he gave me tells me the drug is out my system in 24hrs when you ask or Google kenolog injections it’s clearly a slow releasing and long acting drug this doctor has ruined my I am currently fling tinder more test for my heart and terrified I will have permit issues thanks to this doctor and his poor use of medicine

So let me first start by saying the doctor comes off very professional it was my first visit with him after being referred to a surgeon and told I need surgery for Bone correction in my feet I then met Dr. Liswood who insisted I try kenolog steroid injections and that they are completely safe alternative to treating inflammation and that we should not talk surgery on our first visit And we would have another visit our following week and then discuss surgery so I took the advice of a medical professional and got the injections from him automatically had numbness in both of my legs he then told me it’s not from the injections I continue to suffer with shakiness and heart palpitations for over a week now and went to the emergency room twice Heart rate has been jumping up and down blood pressure has been showing up and down which I’ve never had an issue with in my entire life dr Liswood Says that it is not from the injection and that I must have some underlying condition This doctor should really not be telling people These injections are completely safe and then when a person has side effects telling them it’s not from the injections I am suffering horribly due to my first doctor visit with this doctor! Exceptional foot care.

Great caring family doctor that knows what he’s doing and has good bedside manner. He was able to fit me in as a new patient for an emergency same day..Wish there more doctors like him in other fields.

Great doctor, came with my daughter who had an in grown nail and was in pain. He took care of her and was very patient. An amazing and understanding doctor. He made my 7 year old daughter feel calm and at ease. Will definitely come back

I’ve been going to Dr Liswood for over 10 years. My family as well goes to him. He is great. He is knowledgeable of all foot issues. He has helped me with my foot problems and spends time with me to explain all options on what can be done. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. His staff is ok. I went to Dr. Liswood as well as my 10 year old . He was wonderful for both of us . He spent a lot of time with my daughter asking questions and making her feel comfortable . He did find out what was wrong and helped her. For me I have had a bad ankle for years suffering from joint pain as well as always feeling like its sprained . Dr Liswood was the only doctor to help me re-leave most of the pain I have been suffering from for years . We are glad we found him hes really good

Dr. Liswood's office is outdated, BUT he is a very good doctor. He is straight to the point and very caring. I am very happy with him and so are my other family members.

Took a walk in before me and I had an appt! Bathroom in waiting area has been broken for days, yet I wasn't allowed to use the one the doctor and nurses use! Office is dirty! Walked out!!!! Seriously!!!!! This is how you treat patients? Absurd!
