Kind, efficient and tender, loving care. I cannot recommend him and his staff higher than five stars, but I certainly would if I could.

It's all about " GIVE ME YOUR MONEY " !! I made an appointment for a sciatica problem. they sent me t Fayttevile for aXRay. $ 200.00 1rst visit injection 350.00 2nd.visit ijection 300.00 2 weeks after i am still hurt,no improvement at all. i call for explanation. the reply was come in it will cost you.......................................... 100.00 not serious.not professionaal

They ONLY take insured patients. I guess the uninsured population doesn't deserve medical care irregardless of whether we can pay cash and save their office the hassle of dealing with insurance. It makes perfect sense to provide care only to those with a third party payor. Dumba**es!

Dr Kuzma was in a hurry, didn’t answer my questions and was not informative nor caring.

Dr. Kuzma is a very caring and compassionate physician, he has treated me for severe and debilitating pain for years and has been a tremendous help to me. His staff are also considerate, kind and try to help you in anyway possible. I would highly recommend his practice.

Dr Kuzma is an excellent physician. Not much of a "bedside" manner, but he does communicate clearly. Unfortunately, the front reception staff are rude.

This was extremely important to me, first as a soldier, and now as a retiree, as the other pain clinics I went to just pushed medication. An absolute Gentlemen with a true heart that cares about his patience. I have seen many Doctors so I can tell the difference, believe me. He is professional in every way and is always able to bring my back and neck pain under control.

Dr Kuzma and his PA Andrea Burns are outstanding. They listen, recommend and explain. The treatments I have received for both cervical and shoulder problems have been very helpful. Highly recommended.
