Excellent all around.

Dr. Fragner is an excellent and caring physician. He takes the time to listen, examine, and discuss. He has treated me for tennis elbow, a fractured wrist, and arthritis in both hands. I have been very pleased with his caring approach and the results.

This is my first time in this place. Tha Office are so clean and all the staff are very professional. Dr. Fragner is very nice and explain to me clearly and very nice Doctor as well.

Dr Fragner is the best. He operated on both my hands a while ago so today when I had to see him for trigger finger I knew I was in good hands!! Thank you Dr and your great staff.

Great doctor, did an excellent job with my surgery. Listens and makes things easy to understand. Dr Fragner has a great down to earth personality. The Armonk office/staff is very organized and welcoming.

Dr. Fragner is great. Always has been. Treated my daughter after a snowboarding accident now its Mom's turn for tendinitis treatment. Beautiful, office staff and Doctor!

Dr. Fragner is the best. I went to him for left thumb tenosynovitis and after the shot I received I felt much better. He is professional, thorough, clear, and kind.

Front desk person was very pleasant and the office and exam rooms are immaculate. Kathleen, the nurse who did the initial intake, Meghan, the PA who did the initial exam and Dr. Fragner, who answered all my questions concerning my procedure. On time and cheerful staff. They take time to listen too. So glad to have this care.

No problems finding your office, after Dr left the room I had to find myself out, Dr never said stay here or leave I get confused at time with directions but I found my way eventually to rest room and back.

Dr. Fragner is very much the professional with a warm personality. I like the way he explains the various levels of hierarchy treatment. He makes you feel very comfortable with his eye contact. He gave me an excellent reference to another doctor for different testing. PA, David and Medical A., Micky were quite friendly.

Dr. Fragner was great. I was really nervous about the visit and put me at ease about my diagnosis and helped relieve the pain in my wrist. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Fragner is truly exceptional! I went to see him for trigger finger in my thumb. I am a massage therapist so my hands are my livelihood. I tolerated a very painful thumb for months because I was afraid of needing a cortisone injection. When I couldn’t take it any longer, I finally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Fragner. He came highly recommended and, true to what I’d been told, he was amazing. He and his whole team were so nice! Dr. Fragner is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He knew I was nervous, so he talked me through the injection, step by step. The whole process took less than five minutes and, to my complete surprise, was painless!! Dr. Fragner, Micky and all the staff were courteous, compassionate and professional. The x-ray technician (sorry my old brain has forgotten his name) was very funny while still showing the utmost professionalism. As a hearing impaired person, they made the effort to ensure I could hear all the details and instructions and didn’t show any frustration when I needed to ask them to repeat themselves. Dr Fragner took time to assess and inform me of the situation, while discussing treatment options.

The place is very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The medical staff was very knowledgeable and instructive in my case .

From the pleasant receptionists to the nurses and technicians my experience with Dr. Fragner was excellent and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone with hand issues.

Very happy with staff. Prior to meeting with Dr Fragner I met with his nurse and PA. When Dr Fragner came in most importantly I did not feel rushed he took the time to explain everything.

Went to Dr Fragner for treatment of a cyst on my finger. First I met with two people who asked me for information about my finger and then they took some X-rays of the cyst. After Dr Fragner looked at the X-rays, he came in and asked me about the details and how long I had it and how much pain I was in. He examined it. He listened carefully to my answers and gave me my 3 options. He decided to aspirate it. He did a good job and removed some mucus and cleaned it and covered it. He told me to keep it clean and dry and then tonight I could wash it with soap and water and cover it. In 3 days I can keep it uncovered. He said I could call him with any questions. I felt that he had given me very good care. Went to Dr Fragner for treatment of a cyst on my finger. My second visit for services... Very happy I decided to go back to him. Staff was polite and professional. Dr was spot-on with his diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Fragner and his staff are consummate professionals - capable, skilled and appropriately engaging. They thoroughly checked out what I was there for and came up with a smart, conservative approach to it. It helps them to be able to describe as effectively as possible the various and specific ways your issues hamper your life, movement and functioning - and have imaging reports. Dr. Fragner provided a particularly helpful explanation to me: to see the top line specialist first, for ex. a reputable surgeon with that specialty to find out what’s going on with a particular body part/s to see what course of action that specialist recommends. Dr. Fragner is the best orthopedic surgeon, in 2016 I had arthritis on my right thumb, injections worked for a little while but we both decided surgery was a good option. I recovered fantastically! September 2021 had same surgery on my left hand and I’m recovering very well. I want to mention the excellent care Dr. Fragner and his Staff provided me with, before, during and after surgery. He explained what I was to expect, excellent communication skills and down to Earth man. I recommend Dr. Fragner to every person I see with splint on their hands because of hand pain. Dr. Fragner is the best!!

Dr F performed surgery over 3 years ago on my arthritic thumb. He did a great job but neglected to tell me my wrist would be weakened due to the tendon taken from the forearm for the procedure. I also had him do three trigger fingers which are now 200% worse than before. When I went back to him over two years ago, he got angry with me. He said give it 3 years to heal. I have given it more than that and I suffer with trigger fingers daily now. Even hard to type somedays. Thumb is great. Dr F performed surgery over 3 years ago on my arthritic thumb. Be very careful when choosing this doctor for any surgery. Make sure he does NOT put you under full general anesthesia when you can choose local anesthesia or avoid it all together. Also find out who will be doing your anesthesia. The one i had from White Plains Hospital was so creepy, scary and very unprofessional. The doctor barely explains anything before the surgery. I will never go back to this doctor nor trust him. Be very careful when choosing this doctor for any surgery. I saw Dr. Fragner last week and not only did he explain my issue in complete detail, he has the greatest bedside manner out of any doctor I’ve ever met. He spent as much time as I needed explaining to me in layman’s terms what I was experiencing. Furthermore, he told me what to expect in the future and was precise and accurate in his explanation. I saw Dr. Fragner last week. He explained my issue in complete detail. He also has the nicest bedside manner out of any doctor out there. He spent as much time as I needed explaining to me in layman’s terms what I was going thru. In addition, he told me what to expect in the future and was spot on in his explanation. I would recommend Dr. Fragner to anyone. He’s excellent.
