Dr.Dell and the staff at UF are the best!! If it wasn't for Dr Dell and his expertise I don't know what would have happened. I had an atv crash and really messed up my wrist, got an infection, and ended up losing bones in my hand. After a long recovery, I was then referred to Dr. Dell, which was 3 hours one way. He came up with a plan and it sounded good to me. As a mechanic I really needed the use of my hand. His plan worked perfectly and my hand works great!! Never be another like this guy!!! I absolutely love DR. Dell! I am a nurse practitioner that drives all the way from South Florida to see 2 times a year . He has preformed 3 arm surgeries on my arm and have the utmost trust and respect for him. His bedside manner is exceptional! he is a kind , caring and compassionate person . I recommend highly.

I travel 2 times a year from South Florida to Gainesville to see Dr. Dell.I am a nurse practitioner from South Florida and have had several surgeries. He is wonderful And a Phenomenal surgeon

My wrist was broken and Dr. Dell took one look at my x-rays and scheduled me for surgery the next day. He is brilliant and I would not let anyone else treat me for wrist/hand surgery.

I travel from south Florida just to see Dr.Dell. I love him... he is so kind and compassionate to his patients. As an Nurse Anesthetist I have access to many surgeons but choose Dr.Dell because of his expertise but more so his wonderful bedside manner. I have the Utmost respect for him . He is wonderful ❤️

Dr. Dell is the type of physician you dream of having treat you. His calm and friendly demeanor coupled with his vast knowledge of hand surgery is why I chose to drive three hours to be treated by him. An awesome physician!

Dr Dell and staff have performed multiple surgeries on my upper extremities following a crush-type injury. Each time I’ve experienced his great compassion and expertise. Each time I’ve had positive outcomes. I highly recommend Dr Dell and all at UF Orthopedics and Sports Medecine Institute.

While Dr Dell was on an outreach program in Sebastian, Fl, I had the privilege of his expertise in treating many conditions I had been experiencing in both hands. Dr Dell is thorough, patient, explains in detail what's happening & what's necessary for treatment. He thoroughly explains your options, listens to your thoughts & concerns, focuses on you completely during your visit & makes himself available when you reach out. It's obvious how much he cares about his patients.

Spent two hours in a freezing cold exam room waiting to see him. When I decided I'd waited long enough and tried to check out, I was then told that they were sorry to keep me waiting , there were many complicated patients that day, and the doctor was ready to see me. I had brought previous studies and records, but he hadn't looked at them. He jotted down an occasional one or two words on a brown paper towel as he gave me a lecture on carpal tunnel syndrome, not paying any attention to me.
