I've used Dr. Cho for my neck and now back surgery and I really liked him during neck surgery, now I feel like I haven't gotten the same quality of care as before. He's still a good Dr. but I'm just not as impressed.

Share his advice on what I should do

The atmosphere is the first impression, then the professionalism of the staff and it's 10 all the way Dr, Cho comes in the room with a smile, shakes your hand and ask how are you before he start the appointment he listen to you and differently make sure all is understood I have Chemo Brain and vocal cord dysfunction with the both he's listen carefully and that means alot too me !

Dr. Cho is a great doctor! He's professional and friendly! The staff is friendly too. Dr. Cho explains what's happening to me. I know I'm in good hands with Doctor Cho.

Good morning people I see Dr. Paul Cho he is an excellent surgeon he has done 2 neck spine surgeries and the out come is very good. I would recommend this Doctor to my friends and family. Plus the staff is very polite good customer service, the office is very clean and organized ????. I thank Dr. Paul Cho for doing my surgeries.

I started out with the understanding, I would have one surgery in October 2021, ended up having 3 in 30 days, you can’t get through to talk to Cho after your surgeries are done and his staff will flat lie to you and then his staff will tell you they have talked to Cho and your being removed as a patient, I saw him ONE time after surgery and after NUMEROUS calls attempting to get pain meds that I was told would work but Cho couldn’t seem to get the pier review to agree or so I’m told. I was instructed to call the insurance company, then the Pharmacy, then back to Cho’s office where I was repeatedly told, he was in surgery. I plan on filling a complaint with the Medical Board, BBB, and writing a letter to my congressman and the Governor. Once he’s done your surgery, your not worth the time to see you. I had hoped this was going to improve my life, not make it WORSE. If you have to fight for pain medication after one surgery, much less 3 surgeries in one Month, something is terribly wrong. I would rated him as a ZERO but the chart didn’t go that low.

Dr. Cho operated on me without a “first assistant”. Dr Cho said in his surgical report that a first assistant was required for my operation. Why didn’t he have my surgery rescheduled? I believe Dr Cho did a poor job stitching me up and maybe that was because he did not have the first assistant. I have a lump of excess, bunched-up skin at the top of my incision. The lump is still there, months later. BTW: I still have severe back pain, even laying down. Can It is my belief that a first assistant was not provided by the hospital because no one in Dr. Cho‘s office had written an order for my surgery, or maybe the hospital misplaced it. Dr. Cho filled out the paperwork, using the end of the gurney I was laying-waiting on, just outside the OR. I wish I had gotten up and left. I do not recommend Dr. Cho.

Hes a magician at what he does.. His staff is amazing..

We had a great experience ! There were no other patients scheduled at the time of our appointment and so there was nobody in the waiting room. The appointment was kept on time and there were no delays. Dr. Cho listened to our questions very intently and was very friendly and engaged with our case. After taking his advice and medicine we are already feeling less pain the next day with more range of motion possible and less feeling of 10+ scale of pain that we had experienced for several months. I would strongly recommend you go see him since he will take care of you ! We had a great experience ! I can not say enough about this man as a person and as a dr... the most compassionate caring person I have come across in a very long time. He really cares about his patients. He listens to u. I had 2 major surgeries with him in a short time and by far if I had to do it again I would hands down Andrea his OR nurse is a special human just as knowledgeable as he is a just a caring.. Dr. Cho and his staff are great. I had surgery February of this year by Dr. Cho to replace a damaged disc. 10 months out, and I feel wonderful. Dr. Cho is extremely passionate and values patients time, something other doctors do not do. Highly recommend.

Dr. Paul Cho is an excellent Neurosurgeon!!! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer all questions in detail. I had lower back surgery and thanks to him and his team I have NO MORE PAIN!!! Post-Op just under 2 months along with Physical Therapy, I am on my way to recovery. Will be back to golfing soon!!! Today was very frustration. I had an appointment at 3:15, and got there at 3:00, only to find out that the office had cancelled the doctor's appointments, but neglected to call me. The office staff person I talked with couldn't explain what happened. She then checked her computer and told me that they were supposed to have gotten a referral from my family doctor but didn't. I gave her the number, which she called, and was told that my family doctor did send that referral, three days ago. Somehow that got lost. They did reschedule me for the next Monday. Since I live 45 minutes away, that's another 90 minutes I have to do all over. So my wife and I are driving home today, a bit frustrated, when I got a phone call from the office. The person who called wanted to remind me to bring the CD x-ray disk when I come back on Monday. I informed her that I just gave it to them! Did they lose it that fast?? Today was very frustration. He botched my back surgery leaving me with muscle/nerve damage, partial paralysis in my calf and a dropped foot. I lost my business, my ability to do common normal functions and live a life, I'm in terrible pain constantly. I lost my whole life and now I'm homebound. I tried multiple times to talk to him and he refused to see me until I threaten to sue. I have found he has botched other surgeries and he doesn't care about his patients! Do not trust this surgeon! He replaced a damaged disc in my neck. It changed my life. The pain is gone as well as the daily nausea. It is easier to walk and complete daily activities. I can sleep restfully because it no longer hurts to rest my head on my pillow. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and his amazing team.

I recently had spine surgery on January 15th 2020 and I thank GOD for giving Doctor Cho the ability to work on people’s spines! I was living a miserable life for the past year and half and thanks to Doctor Cho my pain is GONE!!!! You ROCK Dr Cho!!! Additionally, his staff is great and his nurse is top notch and very nice!!! I can never say enough about Dr Cho and his staff.. They are amazing and the most sweetest ladies I have ever met.. They are always eager to help in anyway possible... And Dr Cho is so nice and he is to the point..he doesn't go around the world to tell you what's wrong and what needs to be done...I was just amazed... Totally would recommend him to anyone.. I visited Dr Cho concerning back surgery. He listened to all my concerns and questions. He answered all my questions at the time. I have also sent additional questions. He is very attentive.

My Husband had disc replacement surgery with Dr. Cho. He was amazing! Very short recovery. D. Cho was very personable and he had great bedside manner. I refer him often to friends and clients!

This was my first visit with Dr. Cho. I was referred to him by my Pain Management Doctor for a surgical procedure. I was totally impressed with the time Dr. Cho spent with me explaining the procedure and answering all my questions. Everything he told me was spot on and left me totally reassured that he is extremely competent and that I will be in good hands with Dr. Cho and his staff during and after the surgery.

Dr. Cho have been my Doctor, Going on two years. He did my back surgery in January of 2019, he was able to remove a cyst sitting in my spinal cord. I got immediate relief!!! He tried therapy, injections and rest before surgery was ever mentioned. When I first met him he stated that surgery is always his last option. He’s an excellent doctor!!! I would recommend him to everyone if I could...

Dr Cho is so caring and has such a wonderful bedside manner. He has taken great care of me and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Everyone in the office and all other nurses etc are all wonderful and go out of their way to help with anything you may need.

I have had 4 years of care and 3 significant surgeries as a patient of Dr. Cho. Every surgery was successful, and he and his staff partnered with me on this journey to ensure I got the best care and pathway to wholeness and wellness. I can say that today I am pain free and more structurally sound than I have been in decades. Dr. Cho and his staff has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Paul Cho is one of the best physicians I have been to. He is thorough - he knew my case and history before he ever met me. I was able to get an appointment with him within a week. Christy at his front desk is amazing. Dr. Cho did a complete physical assessment, and reviewed all of my films. Although a surgeon, he is conservative and recommended conservative treatment that worked well for me. And I am relieved to know, that if and when I need more extensive neurosurgical treatment, he and his staff will be there for me! Thank you, Dr. Cho.

He was very thorough and kind. He actually took time to sit with me in the room, go over my history and try to figure out the best course of action. I did not feel rushed like most doctors tend to make you feel.

My visit was very professional and and informative. Dr. Cho really made a difference in the appointment I had.

Went into first appointment. Told Dr I had a very strict timeline. He never listen to my concerns. His review on my MRI completely disagreed with radiologist review. Radiologist said I had severe constricted area. Dr Cho said I had a minor issue. It was a total waste of my time.

It was a good experience when I didn’t know what to expect . Everything was explained just the way it happened.

Visit was for a second opinion regarding surgery. Dr. Cho was clear and professional with a clear explanation about the situation.

Dr. Cho is very caring and has a great demeanor. He puts you at ease from the beginning.

Dr. Cho performed an anterior cervical discectomy on C5/6 and C6/7 using MobiC. The headaches I had dealt with for 21 months have gone since the surgery. I am 2 weeks out from surgery and still have some shoulderblade and back neck pain, as is to be expected from a major surgery. Dr. Cho and his staff have patience and listen.

Thanks to Dr. Cho for an Outstanding job and for doing all he could for my Son he is still under his care in ICU at JPS I know in good hands .Much appreciated Thanks from The Dodd Family

Excellent staff. Dr Cho is GREAT! Did my back surgery and have had NO problems at all. Dr Cho and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to address all your questions and concerns.

Dr. Cho was awesome. He asked me questions about my medical history. He really listened. He reviewed my MRI's and could tell me where my pain was coming from and why. Most importantly for me, he gave me hope, that I have not had in years. I had been told before that nothing could be done, to live with it. Dr. Cho did not. He is definitely a must see doctor.

After many failed surgeries and living in pain continuously. Dr. Cho and his staff are the best at what they do. I have complete confidence in what he says and appreciate his level of knowledge, skill and professionalism.. His staff is the best! Wish I would have found him years ago!

Ubelievable excellence of character and professionalism that I have not encountered in quite a long time. The staff as well are highly trained so that the patient can focus on what he/she needs to instead of the irregular skizms of today's insurance market. Dr Cho was my 2nd opinion on my back and I sure wish he'd been my first! I wasted too much time going to the other doctor. Dr Cho listened to me and made a recommendation to get me on the road to recovery. While I will still probably have back surgery I feel very strongly that I will be in the most capable hands being under his care. The staff is very friendly, there is no wait time and it's always nice and clean in the office. Highly recommend if you need a back doctor!

Dr. Cho has made my life much better since doing my lower back surgery in 2015. I was up and walking that day without the pain and the numbness has been improving weekly. Since than the doctor has also preformed brain surgery on my wife and she is completely free of the problems caused by a tumor pressing on the front of her brain.

Dr. Cho was very patient and genuinely conerned about helping my wife. She was very nervous about her herniated lumbar disc procedure but his patience and skills put her mind at ease.

Dr Cho is easy to talk to and very considerate of his patients. Very obvious her patients best health comes first.

Dr. Cho is a very kind and caring surgeon. He first sent me to physical therapy. When but the physical therapy did not solve my issue he replaced my C7 disc with a Mobi-c artificial disc. Even 2 weeks out from surgery I feel so much better than I have in many many months! I highly recommend Dr. Cho!

Dr Cho put me at ease, did not seem rushed, listened and answered all my questions fully. I appreciated his holistic approach, as in my case, he focused on physical therapy exercises and avoided extra medication and invasive procedures.
