The office staff was great from the phone to in-person. I had no extended wait time at all. Troy, (whom I saw) was really thorough and gentle. I was really impressed by the whole process. I thought about my experiences with NEOS and was incredibly happy that I have an option to go here and get personal professional treatment in a very timely fashion. Thank goodness this office ws recommend to me!

Troy Chilson has taken care of me for 3 years. He and the office staff are truly great at what they do.

i had a very positive experience yesterday at this office. Everyone was interested in my good health. From Dr. Asimov and Troy Chilson to the others in the office, they all are there to help patients feel better. Please call them and be a patient that becomes family.

To my surprise a pain management doctor who knows me and my condition refused to take me as a patient at his new practice. Of course all doctors are afraid people are abusing the system, my pcp retired and my pain management doctor retired a few months later, Paul knows I did therapy for years, I’ve done everything all doctors ask of me. I’m a legit back pain patient, during Covid it made things difficult to get into a doctor for help so I went with a doctor I knew thinking he’s well aware of my situation, figuring he’d pull my file from my previous doctor who worked diligently to get me off high doses of oxycodone, well obviously this doctor is in over his head so please do your homework as politics run his practice NOT the oath they take in helping people who truly need it. It’s partially Murphy law because I mistakenly told people how good he was years prior to find out he’s not what he used to be. Only go here is a veterinarian won’t take you, and yes his assistant even bad mouthed my retired doctor. How professional are they if they put other colleagues down. Sorry to say again he USED to be a great doctor until he opened this practice. I have seen Dr Azimov for 2 yrs. He has managed my chronic pain and I like that he listens to me. He is prepared and knows your history before seein you. Very professional

I had trigger point injections in my shoulders due to Degenerative discs in my neck

I was greeted immediately by a cheeful, very nice staff. The wait was very short in the waiting room and the exam room, which is rare these days and greatly appreciated. Dr. Asimov was friendly, attentive and thorough. He immediately started arranging things so I could get help that my insurance would pay. All in all it's the best doctor visit I have had in 20 years. I avoid doctor offices because of all the headache involved but I was pleasantly surprised with my visit yesterday 5/12/22.

9 out of 10 times I am relieved of chronic lower back pain receiving a double Spinal Epidural. I consider Dr Azimov to be an expert in his field. I Highly recommend him. I trust my Dr. Office staff are friendly and professional.

Was my first visit, he ask, he did the regular check up and when straight to a plan which it shows me that he was really listen to me as my conditions. The plan n referral was the best he could it done for me, so I went home really happy after so long time someone is going to do something for me as a doctor.

I suffered from neck pain for years. Every doctor I went to dismissed me and told me to stretch and use heat on it. Dr. Azimov is the only doctor who listened to me. Found out I have a bulging disc in my neck and it's pressing on a nerve. WOW! I'm currently waiting to set up my cortisone shot. Great doctor!!

He and his staff are very professional and friendly. The doctor was punctual no long waiting time. He was very very personable and showed concern, it was not a rushed appointment. He even called after hours to discuss findings. I would recommend Dr. Asimov

My nurse was was very pleasant she had a calming presence which in turn allowed me to feel at ease. Dr Azimov was was professional and made a point of letting me know that he was a bit late and that alone spoke volumes it made me feel less invisible and not just a number ! Dr Azimov Was both professional informative and attentive and he was able to stop and actually not only listen but he actuall Heard what i was telling him . He was honest with me as to egat could be done and what he was not able to do in reference to my condition. Extremely pleased with the medical support and professionalism with everyone in the office. The RN’s are knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The check in process was quick and easy, even for my first time. Dr. Asimov is very impressive. He took the time to fully understand my medical issues, which are complex, then discussed many different options on corrective measures. I didn’t feel rushed at all and he listened to any concerns I may have had and provided a detailed plan forward. Doctor was not able to give me any help other than recommending more imaging and to try other meds if I’d like to. Not interested in masking my chronic muscular knots with pain meds. Doesn’t offer any new treatments that are available. He did a quick evaluation from which he determined it was sciatica. Then he wanted a MRI of my Brian to insure it wasn’t a mass that was effecting my right side?! I have had imaging before at which doctor did review and could not find anything. I have muscle tightness which I have read article on and discuss with my primary doctor who referred me to this doctor, I was looking to move to the next step of treatment which could be a cortisone injec. or other type injec . to problem area. He does not do this and was a waste of my time. He did refer me to some pain clinic. Not satisfied with care at all. No experience with current tx offered by other doctors in his field. If you want pain meds this is your office. If your want for new tx won’t get it here!

I sought out Dr Asimov for ongoing treatment of the various conditions that arise from my chronic Ehlers-Danlos Syndrone. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about EDS. He treated a problem I’ve been having with ITB Pain Syndrome and suggested a plan for dealing with my chronic knee pain. I was really happy to find him and am glad to have him as a resource going forward.

Im a returning patient of Dr. AZIMOV. Alot has happened health wise since I last seen him. All the staff in his office were polite and professional. The medical assistant was very polite and patient listening to all new issues and concerns even when I have ADHD. I like that she used a manual blood pressure cuff as well. DR.AZIMOV listen as well, did a small exam reviewed my xray reports old medical reports he also addressed my medications and pain, then ordered the necessary tests so he could better address my current health issues. Also after my appt I had to call the office and leave message due to some pharmacy issues . I received a call back immediately from the office who then resolved those pharmacy for me that same day. In my past Dr.Azimov has done several neck and back injections as well . He is super talented and professional.I would highly recommend him. Im a returning patient of Dr. AZIMOV. Dr. Azimov was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Would recommend him to anyone. His staff was also helpful and friendly.

I was a couple minutes late, and they didn’t treat me like I was an idiot. For my first time being there I felt comfortable and I was pleased with how quickly the doctor saw me. He clearly explain to me what I should do about my problem, and I have complete confidence in him just after meeting him one time.

I've been a patient of Dr. Asimov since Trinity and I've never been disappointed. He understands my pain level and where its located and exactly how to relieve it. I'm glad I was able to follow him to the new office. I 100% recommend him

I've gone to Dr. Azimov three times for occipital nerve blocks for my migraines. He's friendly, takes his time, listens to you and he also has a very nice staff. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Asimov was very attentive to my concerns and he seems very knowledgeable. He explained what was happening and most importantly what I needed to do to fix the problem. He was very upfront in telling me that if I didn’t do the exercises he prescribed the pain would not go away. He is also very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Asimov.
