Dr. Watterson has been my PCP for 12 yrs nearly now! He doesn’t rush me, actually cares about his patients, he does not rush his visit time , he listens to his patients! One of the best Drs Bethany has! If I have a problem with my pharmacy over a medication, & I contact him, he or his Nrust Jennifer takes care of it immediately, and let me know when it’s done! They are the best that Bethany has in my opinion!
I was a new patient at his office, and was absolutely pleased with the care I received today from him. He was empathetic, listened attentively and took his time listening to my concerns and providing great feedback and solutions. I DEFINITELY 100% recommend him as a Doctor. Additionally, EVERYONE in his nursing staff were welcoming and just as caring. I also brought 2 family members that were seen that day by Dr. Starre, so they accommodated me in a way that I could communicate with the other team, while receiving proper care for myself. Big KUDOS to Katelin Starre as well! EXCELLENT TEAM!
As VP of day to day operations, medical staff, medical billing, in house medical lab services, I have found him to be uninterested or unwilling to address the unethical billing practices and unnecessarily expensive tests that just so happens to be done by the in-house lab.
I'll never be back here. I have anxiety to the point where I was out of work after an attack, I saw him for my condition, he showed lack of interest and kept denying my refills. This is not something you should have to worry about with your medical provider, I will find someone who will look out for my best interest.
Please stay away from this provider and the medical center he practices at. Dangerous and untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend this so called provider to even my worst enemy.
