Great doctor and great staff. My dad 87 fell and we are fortunate we got him as a surgeon. On time appts too. Very professional and good work.

If your insurance is not ideal this doctor and his office will try to push you to pay out of pocket. I have a $60 co-pay that needed authorization after an accident that required a follow up. The ER referred me to Dr. Leach. Each time I called, even after getting the authorization, they pushed the out of pocket cost of $300.00. They said I could pay it monthly if I didn't want to pay in full. I have insurance, why would I do that? So, I finally get authorization and I go with my wrist fracture. They take "X-rays" and show me a hand that I swear wasn't mine. It had a bone chip no where near the triquetral avulsion fracture seen in the X-ray taken at ER. Dr Leach told me nothing was wrong. He didn’t touch my wrist or even look at it. I left without anything on my wrist, driving 40 minutes home with one arm. I followed up with my PCP who referred me to a hand and wrist doctor who confirmed the original diagnosis. I have a very stable brace on my wrist that I have to wear for a month. This will not be fully healed for a few more months. This office made sure I signed a "do not sue" letter upon arrival. Seems money is more important than caring for a patient. Wow! Dr Leach performed surgery on my broken forearm and did an excellent job. The break required plates and screws on both bones. It's been over 2 months since surgery and I'm almost fully recovered.

Dr. Leach, Amanda,and Dr. Leach P.A. are all great! He did an amazing job with my surgery, as to his front desk staff I wouldn't say all that. I uber a long way to his office and those front desk staff could use a few more training and have some better manners. As a person who works in Healthcare I'm not pleased. About 11 years ago I hit a mailbox while riding my bicycle. I was knocked off my bike. I landed on my knee and drove my femur through my pelvis shattering my hip. Dr. Leach rebuilt my pelvis and installed a new hip. I was not allowed to put any weight on my leg for 4 months. I am 76 years old now and run 2 miles every other day. I live in Ft Wayne, IN and on my second day of vacation at Ft Myers Beach, I jumped off the side of a boat into 1 ft of water (thinking it was 5 ft deep) and snapped my tibia and fibula in my left ankle. I was rushed to Lee Memorial Hospital on Dec 17th, had surgery on Dec 18th, and was released on Dec 19th (my birthday). Dr Leach performed my surgery and did an awesome job. I had a plate with 5 screws put in and am getting along great….no pain at all from the moment it happened to now). It is Feb 21st as of this writing and am now completely off my crutches and gingerly walking on it with my ankle boot support on. I highly recommend Dr Leach and am greatful for the awesome surgical work he did. He spent time with me, explained what exactly he was gonna do, and was very patient with me. I cannot say enough good things about him. You are the best Dr Leach and I thank you very much!

Maybe a bad day for him, but spent all of 5 mins with me. Didn’t feel right , 2nd doctor took care of me right way. Was shocked how useless he was.

Even though it was my wife who went through a surgical procedure 6 years ago with Dr. Leach, I was at the hospital at the time of her surgery as well as there to accompany my wife to Dr. Leach's office on multiple occasions for post surgery exams. As an outsider, I was in a position to observe Dr. Leach and I can offer the following. Let me assure any individuals who may have reservations with having a procedure performed or has reservations with going under the knife Dr. Leach is by far one of the most caring professionals in the business of restoring ones life to what it was previous to their injury. He is by far the most consummate and exceptional surgical specialists I have encountered. Hence, 6 years post surgery, my wife (age 70's) has fully recovered and has full range and use of her arm, AND.......... NO PAIN! My only recommendation to Dr. Leach. Get out and find time to travel and see the world. Traveling the World by watching YouTube just doesn't do it!

It's been 13 years since Dr Leach put my mangled leg back together. I've spent 12 of those years in active duty military and still every jog or sports event it comes to mind how grateful I am this team knew what they were doing. Thank you!

Dr. Leach took time to answer all my questions and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I am now released from his care. I am so grateful to have been referred to him! He undid what my first surgeon did and fix my femur the right way. I felt better the day after my second surgery than I did 6 months after my first surgery. 10 Years ago today Dr Leach saved my life. He literally put me back together after I was hit by a car in Naples FL. The left side of my body was fragmented to the point where Dr Leach needed to vacuum out my torso while my guts lay next to me on the OR table. After 4 Surgeries, flat lining in the OR, spending 2 weeks in ICU, and another 3 in the Ft Myers Hospital, I went home to recover. During the tail end of the hospital stay, I remember asking Dr Leach if I would ever need a replacement hip, knee and wrist since they were all destroyed to a "bone powder" . Dr Leach spent time explaining to me my surgery. He took his time and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I felt more comfortable knowing what to expect. He also takes the time during office visits to answer any of my questions without feeling rushed or hurried like I do at other doctors. On top of all that he's a great surgeon.
