Amazing! I met with Linda and the staff last November 2021 for a CoolSculpting consultation. Not only was she very professional, Linda showed genuine concern and enthusiasm for what CoolSculpting could do for me. I had CoolSculpting about 5 years ago without much result. Linda assured me that the technology has improved greatly and I would not be disappointed. She also advised that due to the advancement with CoolSculpting I could have my neck done. (I come from a family of big necks, unfortunately). I was prepared for some soreness, which lasted about four weeks but the outcome is astonishing! SHE WAS RIGHT! I am so happy with the result and I have the pictures to show for it. The office has continued to follow up to check on my result (that never happened with the previous office I had worked with). I have also seen Karen and Hope for facial consultations for my other concerns. Each of them took their time to address each one with care and authenticity. More importantly, these three ladies have been so genuinely kind and supportive to me personally. This has meant the world to me, especially when I had a mini melt-down at one of my appointments for an unrelated stress in my life. I read the article of Linda Evangelista’s unfortunate experience with CoolSculpting. There is a risk for any procedure. According to the information in the article, she was one of the 1% that experienced a negative outcome. The CoolSculpting company appropriately offered to pay for the corrective surgery. Sadly, she continues to struggle with her body’s response and this is an indeed a terrible situation for her. If this is a concern for you, consider a consultation. I know the staff at Patrick L. Basile’s will walk you through all of your questions, concerns, and offer options. I currently have a small sample of filler in my arm to review over the next FEW MONTHS for any reactions. I appreciate the conservative approach due to my other health concerns, namely, allergic reactions. Really, I cannot say enough about their staff and CoolScupting! I still marvel every time I feel and see my now normal-sized neck!

I cannot rave enough about the knowledge and professionalism shown by Linda during my coolsculpting visits. She is A1, and I have to say my results have been phenomenal thus far! I went about my regular day after the procedure and had a little discomfort and a small amount of bruising, all which is normal. I knew this because Linda prepared me beforehand. I started seeing some results in about 3 weeks and I just kept shrinking! I get compliments from my friends and co-workers all the time on how I have "lost weight." Ms. Linda is amazing! Literally the Master of Cool Sculpting. Did Cool Sculpting and the results are beyond my expectations. It's worth the money and highly recommend.

I went to a paid consultation with Dr. Basile and his nurse Hope. I was very specific about my concerns (a scar on my face and jowls). They both told me I should purchase the HALO and do 4 skintyte laser treatments. I did both and saw NO results-Not on the quality of my skin neither on the sagging I was trying to correct. Several thousands of dollars later, (4K)they wanted to keep selling me more treatments. They did not own any of their prior recommendations. I do understand everybody responds differently, but I was expressing my concerns even before I finished the treatments. A change in course using some of the money I already had paid would have been nice. Or saving the money and time, to then have a surgical procedure would have been a more honest approach. I felt they just wanted to get money before recommending surgery, so they add up their totals. They made me waste not just money, but time, and played with my hopes in a very unprofessional and what I perceived as cruel way.

Dr. Basile and his staff are amazing. I was very scared to get a tummy tuck so I did my research and asked others for input. I’m so happy that I went with Dr. Basile. He listened to me and went above and beyond to deliver. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and needed to have a scar going up to my belly button repaired from a prior surgery. So, I went out on a limb and tried Cool Sculpting on my abdomen. I work out HIIT 4x a week and follow a low carb/sugar free diet. Even with all my efforts I couldn't lose the belly fat. Having babies changes EVERYTHING! Let me tell you, Linda Samuels, you work miracles! I'm only 30 days out and can already see a big "flat" change! I'm normally pretty skeptical but it worked for me. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Basile's office from the consultation to my final post-op appointment. The office is so inviting and has a high end spa feel to it. They offer a wide range of plastic surgery procedures as well as aesthetic treatments. I had implants that needed revision after having them for 10+ years and they had developed scar tissue/capsular contracture. I didn't realize how badly they needed correcting until my consultation with Dr. Basile. He came highly recommended by a friend. His quote for revision was much cheaper than another office in the area and his office even offers an implant brand that has a guarantee that if you develop capsular contracture within a certain time frame, the implant manufacturer will replace the implant for free and provide money toward a revision surgery. Being that I was concerned I would develop capsular contracture again after this revision, this guarantee gave me peace of mind for undergoing the procedure. Dr. Basile is very engaging, polite and to the point without being pushy or sales-y. His office staff is also extremely polite and helpful with any questions. Everytime I look in the mirror. (I work in mirrors). I literally hate how he did my eyelid lift.. I now have crows feet that were so very minimal. And are now super prominent. I saw him after with my concern, and he gave me NO concern or a way to clear it out.

When your talking about a procedure like this I dont mind spending more money for better quality and satisfaction. I know your industry cant guarantee to satisfy every client's post op expectations. However, I do expect that you take ownership and responsibility if you provide an inferior end product (terrible scars). These women come to you, give you their trust and shell out thousands of dollars. They do this because they hope that you wont butcher them and that they will walk away with more self confidence than they came with. I'm sure none of them expect to leave your office feeling insecure, regret and loss. It is unfortunate that Patrick, after so many years in the industry doesnt know how to spot an unsatisfied client with a rational complaint. As a veteran I would expect him to demonstrate integrity, to take ownership and responsibility of a job not well done. I would like to share my experience of Coolsculpting with Linda Samuels. I had a lump of fat above an abdominal scar which did not respond to diet or exercise. Linda was extremely pleasant and explained the whole process which was painless and comfortable. Well it worked. 3 months later and that bulge is gone so I can now wear that little black dress again. Dr. Basile was recommended to me. This was my first time having an elective surgery. I had surgery in April, 2019 and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Basile and his staff are absolutely wonderful.

I was recommended to Dr. Basile for a cosmetic issue caused by an old injury. He referred me over to Linda, their CoolSculpting specialist, for a non-invasive solution. I couldn't have been more pleased! Linda is an absolute joy to work with and makes you feel SO comfortable. I am so happy with the results and the process as a whole.

All I can say is that Dr Basile and his staff are worthy of more than 5 stars. His technique left me virtually pain free after my mommy makeover!! (And my results are better than I could have dreamed!) His nurse Desire and PA Kelly made me feel so comfortable when I had issues with my drains, they were cool calm and collected when I was in a panic that I had done something wrong. I met Dr Basile after my general surgeon added him to the team needed for my surgery. I immediately knew upon meeting him I was in fabulous hands. He was compassionate for my situation and took the time.needed to explain everything he had planned for me. Now almost 3 weeks post op., I can't tell you enough what a blessing this surgeon was to come into my life. He has given me a second chance. His post operative care has been top notch as well. In the hospital, if he didn't physically make it to see me, he called (as late as 9p.m.), made sure I was comfortable and healing properly. The world needs more surgeons like him. By far the best surgeon I could have asked for from the first time I went into the office to now Dr. Basile and all of his staff are amazing. I have had nothing but the best care. All of the staff especially Dr. Basile and Diane are extremely friendly and caring. They are fast at coming in the rooms you aren't sitting around waiting for long periods of time waiting on a doctor to come in. They will make sure you are comfortable and answer any questions you have. They actually listen to what you want and most importantly they will not sell you something you don't need. Dr. Basile has incredible bedside manner. I am extremely pleased with my breast reduction results! He is an outstanding surgeon! Only one I feel comfortable going to with all of my plastic surgery needs. His staff are wonderful as well. Go ahead and book. You will not be disappointed.

Staff and office are warm and welcome. He is a bit steep on pricing. After gathering 4 other quotes around town, he was definitely the highest by couple thousand (not hundred) even with a multiple procedures discount. I inquired about a lift, implants, and BBL, all to be done at a single surgery. In short, if you really liked your consult and are willing to over-pay for the Jacksonville area, go for it! I have nothing really bad to say. Only I work really hard for my money :) - we all do! Maybe that's why the office wasn't willing to work with me on the quote either. This has truly been a life changing experience. I wish I had done this sooner. Dr. Basile was recommended to me from another surgeon who didn't take my insurance. I came to see him for a breast reduction. I started the process early as I knew it might take a while with insurance to have the procedure covered. Dr. Basile & his staff were amazing during my entire experience. I had my breast reduction 5 months ago and I have to say he did an amazing job. I was really worried about scars and being cut into, but I did a lot of research and I was sure I was picking the right plastic surgeon. I’m April 2017 Dr. Basile performed a Rhinoplasty and recently he used Juvederm to make my lips plumper. I have to say I have been so pleased with both results and the skill Dr. Basile has. I had to have prophylactic double mastectomy with reconstruction. I've been all over google and decided my fate early on that my chest was never going to look normal again based on the pictures of other women who've been down the same path. I honestly couldn't be more wrong! Dr. Basile's work is nothing short of AMAZING! You cannot even tell that I've had breast reconstruction! He certainly has an eye for perfection! I am so glad that I will never feel self conscious about my chest. There is so much freedom that comes from just feeling normal. Breast reconstruction is not an easy road to go down, but with Dr. Basile and his staff, I never once felt negative about any steps in the process.
