After some health problems, and many, many tests, it was finally discovered that I had a ruptured implant which had leaked. My PCP and I felt my silicone implants may possibly be the culprit as everything else checked out to be perfect! While in surgery, it was discovered that the other one was also ruptured, but was at least contained. Dr. Eby's name was one of the first that popped up when I googled plastic surgeons for implant removal. After reading her reviews, I felt she was the one, and after my first meeting with her and her staff, I KNEW she was the one! I never, ever felt rushed, and she is so kind, considerate, compassionate, and always available to answer any and all questions. Even outside of normal working hours, someone on her staff is available. Needless to say, she did and EXCELLENT job "removing those things, getting me cleaned out and lifted," and I'm amazed at my "new look," and I already feel 100% better! The entire experience was so comforting: from the initial consultation, to the surgery prep, to the actual surgery, and after care/follow-up. Hi! I recently had a breast implant explant with a fat transfer with amazing results…I’ll start from the beginning…the first time I saw Dr. Eby she told me I had some capsular contracture and my implants were picking up at around 500ccs. I’ve had implants for 23 years. When I got them put in I was a mere 21 year old girl and I got 325cc size implants. I should have had them replaced or explanted sooner…but as women we tend to put ourselves last (more on this later!) I liked that Libby, the office manager got me in quickly. I called for a consult and she got me right in! She has a high energy personality and a quick wit so you can’t help but like her! Dr. Eby is understated in the best way. She’s a natural beauty and a bit of a minimalist that is so refreshing. She is brilliant, honest, caring and a master of her craft. She told me I had to gain 10 pounds before I could do a fat transfer or I would be wasting my money. As a fitness instructor this wasn’t the easiest to hear, but I was determined that I wanted an explant that didn’t look deformed and looked attractive. I gained the weight and went off to surgery…as with any surgery you are nervous and scared, or I am anyway. She held my hand and was so loving to me. It meant so much to me. I felt so safe in her hands. Turns out I had a silicone leak and she had to work so hard to get all of that silicone out! She irrigated it with salt water and antibiotics to make sure she cleaned it out really well. I had told her that I wanted a breast lift but she didn’t do it because she said it would make my nipples turn down. My first through was oh my gosh will they look saggy but they didn’t!!! My new smaller breasts were beautiful!!! She is an amazing surgeon! I was not all hacked up like I expected. I had some stitches around my half of my nipple that looked great. I love my new breasts. So much better than my implants! She has been a dream come true and I love her so much!! What a blessing that she came into my life! She has the most beautiful calm spirit and a beautiful accent. Dr. Eby was a fantastic choice for my operation. She made sure to start our first consultation by explaining the risks and continued the remaining of our time together listening to exactly what I wanted to achieve. She was never pushy and when I had cold feet, she was more than understanding. I did not end up backing out, and couldn't be more happier with the results. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Eby more. My husband and I both researched (he’s a doctor too) and she was our pick and she exceeded my expectations. She listened, gave great advice on sizing, answered all of my million questions, and never made me feel rushed and did an amazing surgery! I lost everything after nursing 4 kiddos and am so happy with my results. I healed great and am loving my new natural curves. Zero regrets on the whole process and would 150% recommend Dr Eby for a n y o n e. My mom even is considering flying to have her fix her implants. I couldn’t recommend her more!!!

I had a major emergency! My implant burst after my dog had jumped on me. I searched everywhere for the best surgeon, and I found her after only two hours of research. I work in a hospital and have the best resources! I’m sharing this with you to stop your search. You can’t get the type of concern and empathy you receive with Dr. Eby. She really took her time to understand how I felt. It had been over 28 years with Saline, and the original Dr. had no bedside manner and did the choosing for me and I felt pressured. Dr Eby assured me she could do this exchange on both and a small lift. OH MY GOSH! Beautiful result! Minimal pain! No issues at all. Down time was non existent. Yes I suggest resting and not over do it, but I didn’t feel like I just had surgery. So stop your search and go to the best! Lily the office manager has the best ear to hear you crying on the other side. She got me straight in and surgery was done the next week! I’m saving you a lot of time! Trust me! Dr. Eby is a wonderful surgeon! I was so incredibly nervous about my procedure but, I knew I was in good hands when the nurses in pre-op kept telling me that I chose an excellent doctor. She truly is a master artist with human bodies. I also read a ton of reviews and that helped ease my nerves. The first thing I heard when I woke up after surgery was the sweet voice of Dr. Eby. My expectations have been exceeded in every way by Dr. Eby and the office staff. Dr. Eby is a wonderful surgeon! Dr Eby is the most amazing surgeon. I was having issues with my implants and came to her for other options. We decided to remove my implants, do a breast lift, and a fat transfer. Dr. Eby was very supportive and really cared about me and my situation. During surgery, Dr. Eby found that I had a breast implant rupture. She was able to handle the situation perfectly so that I wouldn’t have silicone poisoning. Instead of an external breast lift, she did an internal stitch so there are no extra scars on the outside of my breasts. She did an amazing job with a fat transfer and now I have a nice full B cup. I look absolutely amazing!!! Dr. Eby’s staff is so attentive and helpful. Lilly is very sweet and gets things done in such a timely manner. I was impressed at her responsiveness and kindness. Dr.Eby did a breast lift for me and i am so pleased with the results. After two kids my breast lost all fullness which hurt myself confidence greatly. Dr.Eby has not only given me breast that are more beautiful than before I had my kids she has given me back my confidence. She is very diligent in her work and goes out of her way to make sure that her patients get the best results possible. I cant say enogh about her or her work! I would recommend Dr. Eby to anyone who's looking to get a breast augmentation. I had my breast aug done on June 7th and I feel great and look even better. The whole process Dr. Eby was so nice and very informative, even when I got to the hospital all of the nurses spoke highly of her which made me feel even better! If I decide to get another procedure done I will definitely go back to her and her husband, he does most of the tummy tucks I believe. Dr. Eby was EXCELLENT. She was referred to me by a friend who worked in the plastic surgery field, however, DID NOT work for Dr.Eby...she simply knew of her as being one of the BEST! I never felt pressured into having the surgery, nor choosing a size that I wasn't comfortable with (I went small and proportionate to my 5'1, 120 lb fit frame...I got 275 cc's...the samples felt huge, but now, I wish I'd have gone 25 cc's or so larger...if you are on the fence there, go slightly bigger...the real things don't look quite as large as the "stuff your sports bra" sizing. I do think that with a regular bra and my winter attire, I'll be super happy with my choice, as I don't want to look larger than I am in that oversized winter clothing.) After the surgery, however, Dr. Eby expressed that she didn't think she'd even be able to go any bigger, as my chest was so tight with the implant that I did choose. Dr. Eby's bedside manner was phenomenal! I've had surgeries before and MAYBE SPOKE 3 SENTENCES TO ANY OF MY SURGEONS. Dr. Eby spent time with me and my family member both before and after surgery for briefing, most surgeons have the nurse simply call...Dr. Eby went to the room where my family was held to discuss the results. She spent about 30 minutes with me prior to the surgery, sent pics and texted me afterward. I had no visible bruising and healed well. You WILL NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF YOU FOR THE FIRST WEEK TO TWO WEEKS. It was almost a week before I could do things as simple as open a refrigerator, even longer to wash my own hair... Dr. Eby is a true professional! I would see her again for any additional treatment in the future. I had an augmentation 15 years ago and decided that It was time to update. The results were better than I had anticipated with the surgery! I have a more natural result with little to no scarring! She listened to my concerns prior to the surgery and I felt very comfortable with her. She made sure all questions were answered and I was well informed prior to surgery. I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover that my 20 year old saline implant deflated overnight. I wanted to find a female surgeon to evaluate my situation. Dr Eby was the first name that popped up on my search. The reviews written about Dr Eby gave me so much encouragement and confirmation that she was the one! I called the office and left a voice mail. This was on a Saturday morning, so I didn't expect a call back until Monday. I was SO happy to receive a call within a couple of hours, assuring me that it was not emergent since the implants were saline, and to call on Monday morning to schedule a consult. I was scheduled within a week. Dr Eby is authentic and personable- she's someone who makes you feel at ease and in good hands. She truly cares. Dr. Eby and staff were amazing. They are all extremely efficient while still having wonderful beside manner. Dr. Eby answered all of my questions and was very thorough about what to expect and have me realistic expectations for results. The outcome is perfect! I researched a ton and even watched others breast augmentation via Facebook groups and my progress and healing was way ahead of the norm, I truly believe that was 100% attributed to Dr. Eby’s technique and talent. I cannot say enough good things.

I am very happy and pleased with my new breast implants. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't do it any differently. Getting bigger boobs has always been in the back of my mind for many years. I was hoping just maybe they would keep growing, but, a las, they didn't. In 2019, I was just barely a 34B. In December 2019, I decided I wanted to loose a little weight and I did. I lost 15 lbs. But it brought my bra size down to 32A. So I thought about it and researched it for a few months and finally decided to get breast implants in the fall of 2020. I chose Dr. Eby from all the great reviews I read online. Dr. Eby was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. It was difficult for me to choose silicone or saline. At first I thought for sure I wanted silicone, so that they would feel more natural. After my first consultation with Dr. Eby, I started to lean towards saline because my right breast is smaller and getting two different sized saline would fix that issue. I researched more into the differences between saline and silicone, read more reviews, and discussed it further with Dr. Eby. I finally settled on silicone, because I decided having the more realistic feel was more important than perfectly symmetrical. And now, I rarely notice a difference. I knew I wanted to go up to a size C cup, because I wanted to go big enough that it was worth the money and pain, but I didn't want to go too big. I trusted Dr. Eby's expertise in getting my desired size and decided on 300 CCs. She showed me digital photos of myself with the implants, which was very helpful. She also allowed me to put some implants in my sports bra to physically see what they would look like. I also would like to note that the pain wasn't too bad for me. Worst of it lasted the first 3 days after surgery. I was able to go back to work on the fourth day. I really appreciate Dr. Eby, Lilly, and Janice being so helpful to answer all my questions and prepare me for surgery. They were very professional and kind. If I have a family member or friend, I would definitely recommend Cosmetic Surgery Specialist of Memphis.

I Found the Best to do my implant exchange! I work in a hospital so I’ve done the leg work and research for you! I was deflated on one side from an old saline set. She explained in detail what she was going to do. She measured me, took pics, and measured me right before the procedure again. I had very little pain. I didn’t feel like I had surgery. The first time it took weeks to heal. She has an amazing talent! The staff are unbelievable! Lily, the manager got me in very quickly and I had surgery in a week, she was so sincere and listened to every word on the phone! I’m a very private person, but I believe my bathing suit will be sexier next summer. :)

Dr. Eby will listen to everything you have concerns about and then she will give you her opinion. I wanted a procedure and she explained why I didn’t need it now. I like that she does surgery in a hospital. The nurses at the hospital praised Dr. Eby and put me completely at ease. Dr. Eby did 2 different procedures on me at once. I had been contemplating this procedure for a few years and was so nervous about my consultation. However, upon arriving, I was greeted by very friendly front desk staff and taken almost immediately back after filling out some paperwork. Dr. Eby was very kind and professional and really listened to the goal I was trying to achieve while also making recommendations. She was very upfront about what all the procedure would entail and realistic expectations of results. I recently had a breat list with implant by dr. Eby and Imust say she surpassed my every expectation. Dr. Eby spent lots of time with to help me with my decision on sizing and also helping me understand what to expect. I ended up giving her the control to make the decision for how large the implants should be while in the surgery. It has only been 3 weeks and I already am in love with my new breasts. The scars are barely noticable. Dr. Eby is kind and patient and I would recommend her 100%!
