Dr. Duggan is the full package doctor....very knowledgeable and friendly. She defined and explained my vascular problems then devised a treatment plan. From the beginning of my treatments to the end, everything went as explained. Today, no more leg heaviness or pain. Bonus...My legs look better too! See Dr. Duggan for your vascular problems. I am so glad I saw a Dr. Duggan ad in a Cleveland magazine !! About 6 months after starting treatments my throbbing/itchy/bulging veins in both legs are gone ! No more cover-up makeup on my legs. Dr. Duggan and her staff are a wonderful..fun..caring team. I have been to other vascular doctors and Dr. Duggan is the best doctor around !! I have been a patient of hers for years - she has been treating my spider viens and other issues that have surfaced. She is effecient, effecitive and extremly pleasant to work with. She runs an outstanding operation !! Every one of her office staff are also excellent.

I started seeing Dr. Duggan about 4 years ago now. She treated me with compassion and took the time to listen. She took great care in how the procedures were done. Can't say enough about her and her staff. Wonderful, caring and always making sure everything is just right.

Dr. Duggan has done an amazing job removing varicose veins that were causing me pain and has spent a great deal of time injecting spider veins on both legs related to the varicose veins. I am so impressed with the results. My legs feel great and also look great. I have not worn shorts in 7 years and cannot wait for summer. She explains each procedure and is so kind and considerate. She makes house calls to check on her patients after procedures and most importantly does amazing work. I would highly recommend. My only regret is that I did not seek her out sooner.

I was referred to Dr. Duggan by a friend and am so glad I finally decided to follow through with treatment of both my varicose and spider veins. Dr. Duggan is so kind and professional. The office staff is also very efficient and professional. I only wish I would have come sooner! I highly recommend Dr. Duggan and team.

She is sweet, kind, personable, funny, approachable, and caring to her patients (me). She is honest and explains the procedures in detail using words with less medical terms that makes sense (understandable). She always has a smile on her face ??. I have had several treatments by her and have been super pleased with the results. Hopefully soon I can finally wear shorts in the summer and feel good about myself because of her work. Dr. Duggan and her entire staff are wonderful! I am extremely grateful that I chose them for my varicose vein treatment. Everyone was very professional and personable. My procedures were explained well and my questions were listened to and answered to my satisfaction. The procedures themselves were minimally uncomfortable and did not disrupt my daily routine. I am extremely pleased with my results. My leg no longer throbs, itches or burns. I can walk long distances without any discomfort and the unsightly veins are gone! I would highly recommend Dr. Duggan to anyone needing her professional services.

Unfortunately both of my legs were covered in spider veins and a few ropey raised veins and I had frequent episodes bilateral leg cramps, particularly painful in the fronts of both legs. I have had the veins injected multiple times throughout the years at other facilities without much success in appearance or episodes of cramps. I saw Dr. Duggan’s ad in a magazine with photos of great results and was happy she was in my area and thought I’ll try one last time. Best decision ever! It’s taken multiple visits and modalities but my legs finally look good and I no longer have the awful anterior cramps that interrupted my sleep for years. I absolutely adore Dr. Duggan .. she deftly delivers all the tiny injections, she’s fun and personable! Great and efficient office staff too! My treatments finally are coming to an end and my legs feel good and look SO much better. I bought shorts for the first time in many years. Wish I would have come here years ago.

I highly recommend Dr. Duggan. Dr. Duggan and staff took a personal and genuine interest in my vascular health. Dr. Duggan performed an ultrasound to evaluate my initial vascular status and put together a plan for addressing my vascular opportunities. Dr. Duggan and staff were professional and cordial. I was provided post surgical instructions after each procedure. Dr. Duggan personally called me between visits to make sure I was doing ok. Dr. Duggan took the time and listened to my issue and clearly explained the treatment. I was suffering from terrible leg cramps due to issues with my veins. After the treatment, which was done in the office, I have not experienced any cramping in my legs anymore and they also do not swell like they used to. Highly recommend Dr. Duggan.

I have a long history of chronic vascular insufficiency and have received a variety of treatments over the years. Since undergoing the laser treatments from Dr. Duggan, I have had the longest lasting relief of symptoms. The procedures were well-tolerated, not painful, and by following the instructions (wearing thigh high support hose for the prescribed time) my legs feel and look dramatically better. Because the ultrasound diagnostic equipment is so revealing, there is no guesswork in which vessels are the culprits. She performs the laser treatment precisely, using sterile procedure. Dr. Duggan is caring and conscientious in her treatment and followup. Her veteran staff are professional and friendly.

Dr.Patricia and Dr.John are two of the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever met. They answered ALL of my questions explaining the procedure fully, and believe me I had a lot of them. I was nervous in the beginning not knowing what to expect. But my nerves were soon comforted the moment I walked into the office.. ...The entire staff, with their smiles and kindness was so welcoming.....all added to the wonderful experience. After a couple of weeks I felt a noticeable difference in my legs. Before they would tire easily and feel heavy by the afternoon. But now they feel like they did 20 yrs ago. And they look great! I was nervous to get my varicose vein fixed, but knew I was in the right place immediately. The atmosphere is warm and every staff member is very kind. I was a candidate for the laser treatment and the Dr took time to discuss the procedure w me. My procedure was fast and painless! She even called me on my cell phone to check on me! I wish I'd done this sooner! LIFE CHANGING. Every Dr should treat their patients this way! I can't say enough about her and her staff! They're the best around!

I put off having my veins addressed for a very long time. The results, greatly exceeded my expectations!! All procedures were done in the office, which is a plus. Her entire staff is great. I would highly recommend Dr. Duggan.

Dr. Duggan is excellent. She is competent, caring, funny and efficient. I recently had five vein surgeries with her and I actually enjoyed the experience. Virtually zero pain with great results. She also has surrounded herself with great people. Her doctor husband, John and her staff are all great. John does a really good job of prepping and explaining additional details on what to expect. I waited a long time to get this done and am so glad I found them.

I actually loved going to her appointments. The staff was always accommodating and helpful with insurance questions. I never waited more than 10 min. Dr. Dugan and her husband made me feel relaxed. I waited 40 years to get this done and my legs look and feel amazing with Little or no pain. I have recommended many people to her. I highly recommend her.

Having had leg problems for over 20 years, it was wonderful to have problems diagnosed and corrected (venious insufficiency and restless leg syndrome) by Dr. Duggan. I no longer wear compression stockings and my legs feel and look great. Dr. Duggan's staff is helpful and great about reminding me of upcoming office visits. Dr. Duggan is also wonderful, because she listened to all of my concerns and corrected the problems with zero pain and hardly any down time. Grateful I found Dr. Duggan!

Dr. Duggan and her staff are amazing! I developed leg pain and swelling and she found that I had a problem with the valves in my leg. I had an ultrasound test at CCF and UH and no one could tell me why my legs swelled! Dr. Duggan found the problem and treated my legs with laser procedures. My legs shrank 3 inches each and feel so much better. I am so grateful. I cannot thank her enough.

Had several ablations due to leg injury. Nothing got better through happenstance saw 2 other docs that both told me the treatment I received was NOT NECESSARY and not going to help me what so ever. When both docs asked how many treatments I was given. When I told them BOTH were flabbergasted! And when the ultrasound tech asked me. She did not SAY anything but looked at me like I was completely CRAZY! Also her “ bedside manner” needs a lot of work with me she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The office staff was very friendly and informative. Dr Duggan was professional but easy to talk to and put me at ease about and during the procedure. Her ability to joke with me about certain topics helped to relax me. she along with her husband, who does the ultrasound were always concerned about comfort and privacy. I am a retired nurse and would recommend her to family and friends and have done so .

Dr Patricia Duggan is easy to talk to. She listens to what you are saying. She is thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is a joy to have as a doctor.

I am so happy with my results after having both the Ablation laser procedure as well as the Sclerotherapy on my right leg. Dr. Duggan and her staff are always professional, courteous and caring. I had ultrasounds on both legs and she found a DVT in my left leg and explained what is was and how to treat. After my procedure the Doctor called me personally to see how I was feeling and if any issues. Her staff is always smiling and always willing to help with any questions. I HIGHLY recommend!

Dr Duggan is outstanding. I saw her for a laser ablation procedure on my left leg in 2009 and she did a wonderful job. So, this year when I needed work done on my right leg I went back to her office. Again, she did a great job. Her and her staff are amazing. They took care of my needs from start to finish. If I ever need anything else done, I will not hesitate to call her office and make an appointment. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Duggan and staff have taken excellent care of me. The treatment took many months but they made it manageable. The discomfort is very tolerable with ibuprophen alone. I strongly recommend going ahead and geting the treatment because putting it off feels far worse.

Dr. Duggan is AWESOME! I had been having trouble with pains in my legs for quite some time. I was feeling apprehensive because I was worried about blood clots in my legs. On my first visit with Dr. Duggan she explained everything about deep vein thrombosis and she set my mind at ease regarding treatment. She is very thorough and caring. Everyone in her office is great! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Duggan.

Dr. Patricia Duggan told me about a procedure that would be done in her office to both my greater and lesser saphenous veins. I was truly amazed. No down time and no cutting open. It was a blessing that I found her and I am now pain free! Dr. Duggan is an excellent doctor who really knows what she is talking about. Professional, very knowledgeable, very caring, and has a wonderful bedside manner. She made me feel more like a friend than a patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Duggan!

I have seen Dr. Duggan for several appointments. She is a very professional and caring person. I feel very comfortable with her. I am happy to say that my legs look and feel great. I used to wear long pants but now I proudly display my legs. Insecurity has now turned to confidence. I would highly recommend Dr. Duggan. She is the BEST!

I came to dr Duggan with right leg pain and visible varicose veins. The treatment plan was simple and well worth it. My pain is gone and my leg looks amazing. The varicose veins are gone and even the spider veins are less visible.Currently we are doing scleroderma for the spider veins and that is improving the look of my leg even more. Honestly I couldn't be happier with the results! I actually have matching legs! Dresses and skirts here I come! Thank you Dr.Duggan and her staff!

After treatment for a blood clot in my wife's leg, I was told to take her to a cardio-vascular surgeon. My wife has Alzheimer's. Dr. Duggan performed surgery on 3 of her veins. Unable to comprehend the doctor's instructions, she consistently unwrapped her leg, thereby, prolonging the healing process. Dr. Duggan showed extreme patience and compassion with my wife, providing additional office visits, concluding in a successful surgery and complete healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Duggan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duggan for over two years now. She is a fabulous Doctor. The results I can now experience are healthy legs and they look great too. During these past two years I have benefited from her expertise, professionalism and highly personal care. I started going to her because another patient of hers knew and heard of my problems and she was so happy with the results she had that she was nice and kind enough to refer Dr. Duggan to me. I am a patient of Dr. Duggan and I would like to state that although she knows what she is doing, she is unprofessional to some degree and her office staff is useless. When Dr. Duggan did my first procedure she was ill and didn't wear a mask. I told her I am prone to infection on the area of my leg she was working on and she refused to prescribe antibiotics. I ended up in the hospital with a leg infection two weeks later. The office and her office staff are not handicap assistant friendly.

Dr. Duggan is a caring, knowledgeable surgeon with state of the art equipment and surgical methods. She is honest and straightforward. Her staff is great. She has performed four surgeries on my legs and I will have her perform future surgeries. She personally called me on a Saturday to check on me, since I had my surgery on a Friday. I am continually impressed by her and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Duggan.

Dr Duggan is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met . She is down to earth and sincerely cares for her patients , as if you were family. When numerous doctors miss diagnosed me , Dr Duggan was the one who came through and helped to find my illness. I am forever grateful ! ! Her office staff is also wonderful . I was referred by my family doctor for an ulcer on my leg that was not healing for more than one year. Dr Duggan and her staff were awesome. She diagnosed my problem and performed procedures on my veins. In about 3 weeks after my last procedure my ulcer was completely healed. I am very happy that my doctor recommended Dr Duggan. She was very professional and down to earth and reassuring. Thank you Dr Duggan may God always bless always.

I had a terrible experience with this doctor, she has left me with considerable nerve damage to my lower leg. The damage is permanent and worsens over time. I have no feeling in the area she treated with a laser. She takes no responsibility nor gives an explanation to what or why I am left with no feeling in the area of my leg she treated. I regret using this doctor

After years of discomfort, unsightly legs and trying methods that didn't help correct the problem, I found Dr. Patricia Duggan M.D. Other so called circulatory institutes only put a mask on it and didn't care of were not educated enough to find out what caused the problem. With no pain and in a very short period of time the problem was corrected by Dr. Duggan. I'm no longer in pain, what a relief. Do yourself a favor, put yourself in her care. Her staff is outstanding as well.

I discovered Dr. Duggan in Cleveland Magazine. My legs would ache a lot, especially when traveling. I am finished with my recommended treatments by Dr. Duggan and amazed that the aching is gone. Dr. Duggan also removed the unsightly varicose & spider veins in my legs.
