I am just recently a former patient only due to insurance changes, I would have never changed my neurologist Dr.Vassy. Her and her staff are wonderful there very patient which I needed due to my anxiety. There very caring supportive and overall wonderful people ❤ I will miss them and can only pray my new neurologist can match up to them ???? ????. God bless you all, thanks for all you did for me. I only had a telephone appointment with Dr. Vassef, never met her in person. She seemed to know her stuff and was nice on the phone. Went to her office for tests. Rude receptionist and terrible office staff in general....they never return phone calls - literally tried for 4 months to speak with someone. They never provided me with test results. After about 10 phone calls I finally got a person on the phone and was informed that I would have to pay $25 to get a copy of my results. Because of the horrible office staff, I am being referred to a new neurologist.

Very odd. Gave me a wealth of misinformation and felt like the entire time she didn't truly care about my problems. I've sent a letter of formal complaint.
