Dr Shah is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the care I have received over the years !

Dr.Shah does not care for his patients at all! His wife and 1 lazy nurse are beyond rude! I highly do not recommend this Dr.

Great Doctor. I've had him since I was s baby!!

Hallways barely able to push a wheel chair through. Had to move furniture to get to the bathroom. Waited over an hour for my appointment. Sat in the room facing the wall because its so small you cant turn around in wheelchair. Not a good experience at all. This is second and last visit.

I have used Dr Shah for my whole family for years. Also he treated my stepfather and guided us threw stage 4 colon cancer. Always available for any concerns and questions. Bedside manner is excellent and really listens and follows up with proper care. I have been out of state for several years and I've started with a hometown doctor, I am not comfortable with this new office and even for a little extra drive I'm looking forward to becoming his patient again.Dr Shah has my highest respect.

Dr Shah refused to prescribe the needed medication and choose to prescribe medicine that caused great depression and sucidal thoughts.

When scheduling appointments(and this has been more than just a couple times) the front desk staff has been extremely short and very cold.I have been talked down to, corrected about the length of time since last visiting(& they were very wrong), and hung up on numerous times. Ive never ever given them any reason to treat me as such. Ive talked to other patients and find they've had similar experiences with front desk. The doctor even tried to prescribe meds that im allergic to twice!

Called Dr. Shah's office on 9/16/2016 to pay a patient bill, & the lady advised me that they do not take any form of payment except "checks mailed in" or "brought to the office". You have to be kidding me!!! I went on to try and explain that this isn't even close to meeting consumer expectations or helping them get paid, and the lady told me she "didn't need a lecture" nor did she care. I told her they are going to lose patients and here response was "okay thanks" and then hung up. Wow & Rude!
