Horrible. Turned me away when I was 3 minutes late bc I had never driven by myself to this place, so I got a bit lost. I started crying because of my poor mental health and they patronized me and told me to leave. I couldn’t drive home for almost an hour bc of how shook I was. The women at the front were awful. Please do not go here, they don’t care about your mental health whatsoever.

Worst place in the world first I leave work for an appointment they call half hour before and cancel so I reschedule then they wouldn't see me because I got caught in carmel in traffic so therefore I left work twice early and still couldn't get seen I hope that no one ever goes to harsha outpatient and they go out of business and to side with all other reviews there receptionists are completely out of line and all need fired

My daughter had an appointment for her depression and was turned away for being 6 minutes late! She was told that there was a 5 minute grace period. Are you kidding me!?!? No wonder we have a mental health epidemic in this country with providers like this. Absolutely shameful how this is handled especially considering that doctors like this are notorious for running upwards of an hour behind schedule, making their patients wait without as much as an apology for wasting OUR time. Refused to even see my child to diagnose because I wanted to try other options instead of medication right off the bat.

No negativity from me. My daughter has been seen here for many years. Staff is wonderful in accommodating my child's needs, for she is a very complex with her disorder and they work hard to help us.

They staff is rather rude and hateful over the phone and in person. Unclear about everything and leave the patient to figure stuff out on own.

This place is a joke. My child had a mental break down on Monday night so I scheduled an appointment and was 2 minutes late cause I got railroaded and they refused to see him even after telling them what was going on. Instead they called the cops and cps on me. I absolutely refuse to take my child back here. I will be finding him a new therapist that will actually work with him. This place is a joke. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone except junkies trying an easy way to get some benzos. This doctor prescribed me meds without asking me practically anything. The staff was unprofessional and even rude. It was a horrible experience and caused me to almost start crying because of how stressful it was. Very obvious that none of the workers cared about their patients. Please don't go here.

Julie the receptionist at the office is a very rude individual. Argues with parents about protocol rather then having concern for the patients immediate needs and providing service in a more timely manner. Receptionist oversteps her position, acting as she is a person of authority. Clearly a very bad attitude and bad choice for answering the phones at a mental health office.
