Dr. Paramjit Singh is absolutely a five star doctor. I’ve been going to him for 18 years and he has been nothing less than remarkable during that time. His bedside manner is impeccable, his treatment plan professional, he is extremely up to date and current. He is friendly, honest, prompt, caring, a leader in his field, and will refer you to a professional specializing in your area of concern if necessary. I’ve been to Stanford, UCSF, and CPMC but he is my go to doctor. His staff is friendly, informative, helpful and supportive as well. Chico is extremely fortunate to have his practice, quality care and expertise in our small town. Look no further than this review. You will be impressed. Great Doctor and the office staff. They are most compassionate office. When people don't get their ways they write rude comments and blame the staff do what you are suppose to when you see the doctor. Follow rules and you will get the best service. Change your own attitudes when calling Dr's office. Soon we wont have doctors that would like to serve here in Chico or smaller towns, then you will have to commute and see what UCD or Sutter services have to offer you. Best Neurologist in Chico. After almost a year of tolerating rude and unprofessional office staff, we’ve had enough. There are no pleasantries with these women, just a hard, cold, take it or leave it attitude. It’s beyond time to leave it.

Worst receptionist EVER. Due to a “billing error”, she tried to have me served for a balance that was paid in full. After a phone call, she conceded that yes, the balance had been paid. No apology was ever made. She actually hung up on ME. This is not an isolated incident. Quite a shame because Dr. Singh is an excellent neurologist.

Lovely physician and staff.

He and his staff have been great!!!! Never a long wait as other offices.

Doctor Singh is so nice I love him and his employees.

Dr. Singh is professional, patient, thorough and compassionate! His staff always greets me with smiles! I may be feeling a little down and they always cheer me up! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Singh is a caring and compassionate physician with serious med knowledge! I have been suffering from nerve pain for years and it is now gone! His office staff is a group of the most lovely people in the industry, they make scheduling an appointment a breeze! Best office in Chico, a wonderful staff and physician. Sad that people take medical doctors for granted. Also I can't imagine the amount of hate people harbor to slander an office staff that is simply doing their job (we know that you are the type of people who yell and scream at members of the service industry and then play victim). I have worked as a nurse and personally feel that medicine is a really thankless profession with insurances and a few upset referrals trying to ruin reputations. I have been coming to see Dr. Singh with my mother for the last five years. My mother had been suffering for years from what many physicians had simply called essential tremors. She was being treated for tremors but her condition was still not improving. Within the first visit, Dr. Singh was able to diagnose and effectively start treating my mother for Parkinson's. I personally work in a field of healthcare research in the bay, and what I really appreciated about Dr. Singh's diagnostic assessment was how logical and well spoken he is as a physician. He has amazing bedside manner (my mother is now losing her memory and Dr. Singh is wonderful at making her feel listened to), a very kind office staff that always engages with my mother in a way that is gentle and always makes her smile (I cherish this as I am often not in town to take care of her day to day), and I feel comfortable knowing my mother's healthcare providers care for her and I can see that in her improvement.

I agree with a prior comment, the receptionist doesn't seem to care about the patients, nor does Dr. Singh apparently

They do not know how to return a phone call. I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks! Furthermore, I have called everyday during their business hours, but I go straight to voicemail every time. Also, for my symptoms I had originally gone to the ER initially for and yet they do not seem bothered. Chico is a horrible place to have neurological issues due to the (limited) doctors and that they do not seem care about their patients. I have gotten more sympathy from the ER doctors thus far, which generally should say a lot. They do not know how to return a phone call. I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks! The Staff are extremely Friendly and very Helpful. They care about you! Dct Singh does not leave gaps in your care. Dct Singh Is Amazing he goes above and beyond for his patients. I have had migranes since I was 10 yes old. I am now 43. Dct Singh has got me on a Regime that has had me migrane free for almost 3 months now. Great physician. Very caring

I called with a referral to set up an appointment after a traumatic injury and was turned away because Dr Singh has "personal reasons" for not accepting patients from my primary care doctor. My insurance plans cover a limited number of neurologists in the Butte County area and Dr. Singh was only one of three. This denial seems petty and it is clear that this doctor allows his personal life to interfered with his professional one. Dr. Singh is a very intelligent man. Caring for his patients allows him to provide the best care that YOU can also understand.

I have been seeing Dr Singh for seven years and I have had nothing but praise for the physician and his staff. I am so sick of patients complaining and writing stupid reviews because they don't get their way. Dr Singh is the most patient person I have met and his staff is so friendly and helpful.

When other doctors diagnosed me with a life ending auto immune disease Dr. Singh looked outside the box and fought to get me into ucsf where the found the real problem and we're able to fix it. My life was saved due to Dr. Singh.
