Dr. Pamela Angel Macpherson

Dr. McPherson is an amazing dentist! I have always had very sensitive teeth, gums and issues getting numb which makes dental work very stressful for me. All the staff at Dr. McPherson‘s office are kind and patient and really listen to your concerns. Her dental hygienist is also amazing and I had the most gentle and pain-free cleaning I have ever experienced. Even getting fillings in my most sensitive areas are pain-free. Dr. McPherson has several choices for pain free dental work. I highly recommend her and her team for all your dental needs!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Impressed! From the minute I walked in they were so professional ! Facility so clean! they were ALL so friendly!! It seemed too good to be true!! I had a nightmare story from a previous dentist and I am absolutely ?? % Delighted to have found Dr. Mac Pherson!!!! I am beyond thankful for the medical assistant who was so sweet and gentle when taking my x-rays!! Believe me I was skeptical and have had ptsd from past dentist's. This Dr. Is hands downs amazing!!! You should see all the awards and certificates on the wall!!! You go Dr.!!! Also the paintings in the restroom are super cute too! I can't wait to go back!!! I can't believe I just said that!!!! I could not recommend Dr. MacPherson’s office more highly. I have seen and/or screened many prosthodontics in the Greater San Diego area. Until encountering Dr. MacPherson and her incredible staff, I had actually given up on finding medical help in the area and sought help as far away as Portland, OR. Finding both competency, honesty and professionalism in a single office seemed an impossible ask. After getting the referral to this office, I knew instantly that I found a home for all my present and future prosthodontics needs. No more used car salesman pressure tactics, no more mean and untoward staff, no more guessing if the work I am getting is what is actually best for me as a patient rather than the bottom line of the office. The friendliness and professionalism of the office staff are genuine and are consistent ‘fixtures’ upon every visit, every phone call, every interaction. Please benefit from my experience, as a Doctor myself, and make this your first stop on the road to an incredible experience for what can often be a trying, painful or otherwise frustrating experience. If you are experiencing pressure tactics, poor or unethical work, and your interactions with staff are nothing shy of perfect, consider changing to what promises to be a great overall experience.

Very satisfying, professional and extremely helpful.

I had to pay a lot of money upfront. Results are extremely poor with complications. I was referred for unnecessary expensive outside consultations only to learn what I already had known because the doctor would refuse to provide services if I won't see the specialist. Ended up with more problems that I had before the treatment.

I went to Dr MacPherson to have my temporary teeth redone. I met Dr MacPherson several years ago as a board member for the Dental society. I was hurt by a local dentist and Dr. MacPherson voted in my favor. I am several years into completing my teeth based upon screw ups, and health issues. I paid Dr MacPherson over one thousand dollars to do exam and mock up temporaries. The mock up was terrible, they were exactly as my teeth were then, no restructuring of the bite, length etc. the plan was to have her complete the job, when the bite was stable and corrected. I complained that the mock up's were not good. The price for 13 new temporaries was $10,000.00. After my complain, she refused to see me anymore and DID NOT RETURN my thousand dollars. I even met with her and her office manager, she refused to keep me as a patient stating she thought I should drive from San Diego to Loma Linda for dental work. She was such a total disappointment.

She was going to charge me $10,000.00 to replace 13 temporary crowns with NEW temporaries. they were to be used for approximately 6 months to align & stabilize my bite. She charged me $1000.00 to make the mock ups in her back office. they were terrible, she did not fix the length, or bite. I complained, and then she refused to keep me as a patient, and DID NOT return the $1000.00 for the mock up, which I could do nothing with.

Dr. Macphearson is good, but her office coordinator, Victoria, is volatile and condescending. I was on the phone with Ashley and asked her to leave a message for Victoria to tell her the status of my insurance. Everything was fine when I got off the phone with Ashley. I called back because Victoria didn't call me and it was close to closing. I simply said "hi Victoria" and she proceeded to scream at me and degrade me, she said she was exhausted with me and basically saying I waste her time.

The team at Center for Dental Restorations is amazing. Every person you interact with is professional, courteous and makes you feel at home. And the quality is top notch, Dr Mac has been voted #1 by her peers many years in a row! I highly recommend them!
