My favorite eye Dr ever. But she does not take Humana Medicare Insursnce & therefore I can not see her anymore. Billing is a problem. I went to her for years. She is kind, gentle & I highly recommended her to many. Kathy Ellis Masterson

Very professional excellent explaining everything they were doing

Dr. Pamela Kaw has been caring for my eyes for over 5 years and I trust her 100%. She has proven to be knowledgeable regarding my health concerns. I recommend her to any & all in need of her services.

Dr Kaw is AMAZING!! Very patient and gentle and really knows her stuff. We have been bringing our children for the last 15 years to see her. We also see her ourselves. Dr Kaw makes sure that you understand everything going on before you leave her office and is very responsive if you have a question afterwards. She performed double eye surgery on our oldest and I knew he was in the best hands that he could be. She is a wonderful doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. The front office staff are also very helpful and we have never had a rude experience with them either. There is also an optician on sight if you want to get glasses there and there is quite a vast selection. Not too mention my oldest was ALWAYS breaking his glasses while playing and they were always available and ready to fix them for him. Strongly recommend ??????????

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaw for many years. This Doctor and all her staff have always been very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and courteous. When I had some emergency issues during the last two years, Dr. Kaw had me come in immediately and fitted me into her busy schedule. She always educated me on eye care and explained what to expect in the future. In closing, I have referred many family members and friends to Dr. Kaw's practice, all of whom have been very pleased.

Dr. Kaw is a very personable doctor who takes time to listen to you, remembers details about you and follows up on any problems. She has a very friendly staff and it is a pleasure to have her as my doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Kaw for years to manage my eye pressures. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly, and I am usually out of there in a timely fashion. Dr. Kaw did my cataract surgery about 5 years ago, and my vision Is the best it has been in years. I’m thankful to have Dr, Kaw as my Opthalmologist, and I highly recommend her.

Eye Health Center of Troy. I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. Dr. Kaw and her staff are exceptional for the quality of care they provide to each individual patient. The practice is extremely knowledgeable and caring- as a patient under Dr. Kaw’s care you are always made to feel comfortable, able to ask questions and most importantly you are educated on your health issue and or concern. Doc. Pamela Kaw I want to Thank you and your staff for your kindness and support. before and after my eye surgery. I would recommend this practice to all my family and friends.

I was experiencing floaters and flashes of light in my left eye and called Dr. Kaw's office to ask for an appointment. I expected I'd have to wait a few days, since COVID had changed the hours for all the other businesses I knew of in our area. Indeed, Dr. Kaw's hours had been truncated in response to the virus but she told me to come at close of the very same day! She stayed late to examine my eye and put my mind to rest about what was going on. She took all the time I needed to explain the condition, sent me home with written material and gave me advice on what to watch for in coming weeks as the condition would likely self-resolve. I am not used to medical professionals being this considerate of their patients and actually would like to send some other doctors I've visited to Dr. Kaw so she can teach them how to be REAL medical professionals. This office should be awarded 10 stars!

She is the kindest and wonderful doctor that I ever met. Highly professional but cards deeply about her patients.

Dr Kaw and her entire staff are courteous and professional in every aspect of the visit Dr Kaw spends a great deal of time discussing issues thoroughly with each patient and is always concerned with making sure patients are clear on current issues It is a pleasure bring a patient in her care.

Dr Kaw and her staff of professionals are great to work with! Easy scheduling, despite CV-19, Office, waiting room and exam rooms very sanitary. Extremely thorough in exam and testing processes.

Every aspect of my several visits deserves 5 stars. That includes the receptionists and office staff, the assistant (Diane) and Dr. Kaw. None was rushed and all took the time to do her work carefully and explain clearly. Highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaw for many years, and can say there has never been a time when I was treated with anything but the same exceptional care I always receive. My latest visit was for a problem I was having, and was given an immediate appointment even though there was probably no openings. This is the type of care you can expect from the time you are greeted by her staff and throughout your entire appointment. If I could give Dr. Kaw and her entire staff 10 stars, I would.

Other than the wait time the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Kaw met all my needs. She is thorough and gentle with her examinations.

Excellent service from Dr. Kaw, quickly diagnosed and treated me. Dr. Kaw went above and beyond my expectations to help me secure a specialist to help me with my condition. Office staff was also excellent.

Dr Kaw is a Medical Doctor who puts her patients at ease by her caring manner. My first cataract surgery went well. Dr Kaw explained what the procedure would be like so that I knew in advance what to expect. Her staff is excellent; I was provided with written material about the procedure. I recomment Dr Kaw to all needing eye surgery.

Called for an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. Performed a laser treatment only minutes after the exam. The results were precisely what Dr. Kaw said they would be. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I am very grateful.

Dr kaw is kind, thorough and intelligent. She understands the elderly and interacts well with family members accompanying the patient. Unfortunately, the eye techs do not seem to have critical thinking skills or enough training.

The optometrist was fantastic. She exercised great care as I tried to figure out which image is clearest. Dr. Kaw was also excellent as well and very informative about my condition. I'll be happy to come back again when needed. I only deducted a star because the wait was rather long.

Both my husband and myself are patients of Dr. Kaw's. We are very happy with the care that has been provided. No urgent apt needed. I found the office to be clean and very comfortable with large leather chairs. Staff was attentive upon entry in office. My eyes were dilated , estimated wait time including exam was timely. My only concern was if I was alone I would not have been able to drive. Maybe this could have been said with reminder call.

The moment I walked into Dr. Kaw's office everything and everyone was professional. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know!

The best that I the reason I recommend the place to all my friends I been going to Dr. Kaw since I moved to Troy for over 14 years

I switched to Dr. Kaw from a local group two years ago. The wait time is comparable; eye drops take time to work--entire visit is about 1.5 hours. My last visit was scheduled last minute, a change in vision. I was in the office within 48 hours, reassured and left at ease. I would not go back to the group practice. I like the personal attention and that Dr. Kaw takes time to explain thoroughly what is going on, answer questions, and discuss what to look for in the future.

Dr.Kaw and her staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and Dr.kaw is amazing at what she does .

Dr. Kaw was warm and approachable. She was also very thorough and good on managing time (I neither felt rushed nor delayed). During my appointment I had difficulty keeping my eye open for a glaucoma test and she gently assisted me to do so by holding my lashes and it made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I Made an appointment for a week from the day that I called but through a series of basic questions reception Immediately noticed signs that meant I should get in earlier they set me up for that very afternoon and even stayed past closing to have all my tests run This doctor is phenomenal her staff is phenomenal they made Me an emergency appointment with the neurospecialist Even asked me to text her to make sure everything went Ok because it was a Friday amazing team!!!
