Paige Emily Tomcho

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tomcho for years. She is friendly, smart and gives me the time I need to talk about myself. I highly recommend her.

Well I tried to connect with her. She is very dismissive. I told her the blood tests I needed she blew me off. I had concerns that were very distressing and she fought me on them. Then I got Covid and left her a chart message because with the new system you can not get through to your Atrium physicians. I am about to go with a concierge dr so I can be heard. She didn’t even get back to me about having Covid concerns I was forced to contact a dr on line and do a telemedicine call. I researched and got the monoclonal antibodies on my own. There are good physicians out there to help you. I really like her nurse. She is stern but I can tell she cares. I also really like the front desk employees. They are so nice.

I found her to be dismissive and argumentative. She gave push back on topics I wanted to discuss about my health. Then she acted like I was a wreck for having multiple things ailing me. I left there with a sad and degraded feeling. Then I got Covid and was scared. I wanted some advice and my message was read on my chart but never responded to. I found a great telemedicine dr. Plus StarMed for antibodies.

GREAT DOCTOR, i'm 75years old, never had a family doctor before retiring. i found out i had many problems. she got me to the right doctors. i'm doing much better now. thank you for making time for me. GOD BLESS

Worst experience ive had with a doctor. She is the first to try and diagnose someone with depression with her questionaire but then refuses to treat you. Will not return any phone calls when I had some questions about my health. I will never return to her.

My mom saw Dr. Tomcho and was treated nothing short of horribly. She was seeking help for some rough symptoms she's been dealing with for a month now, and doesn't have a family doctor. She walked out with zero help for her painful symptoms because Dr. Tomcho was dismissive, did not care about finding out what was causing this, and told her that she would only treat her if my mom gave her "full compliance" in regards to yearly exams, even though this was a sick visit. How was refusing to treat the current symptoms my mom came to you for NOT doing her harm? She left not only with no help for her pain, but feeling worse than she did when she arrived. I would never in good conscience recommend this doctor to anyone.

Big mistake going to this doctor when my insurance changed. She does not care about the patients health and changes medications as she pleases. Its dangerous. Then when you try and call her to change medications because you dont feel good she hides behind the receptionists. The first appointment she asks u to answer a few questions and rates your anxiety. She made me feel horrible, ive never left a doctors office histaricle before.

Presumptuous, dismissive and unprofessional. No examination was performed, yet Tomcho's notes included extensive "exam results" ranging from "no lymphadenopathy" to "no tenderness in the neck" to a dozen other negative indications of (actually, present) symptomology about which, further, I was not even asked. She alone provided the answers to all her questions as she stared at her computer and went through the software's checklist in her own head. Further, her notes included extensive "counseling" regarding preventative healthcare, the vast majority of which never took place. After suggesting a number of possible causes for the symptoms I was experiencing myself (infection?, lymphedema secondary to prior radiation treatments?, possible recurrence of breast cancer?), I was referred to both of the major institutes attached to the hospital in Monroe. Three months later, I've learned from one of three specialists that the diagnosis is metastatic breast cancer, symptomology of which was, as noted, present at our meeting. Not that she could have known those symptoms were present as I'm unsure she was even aware I was in the room. Under absolutely no circumstances would I recommend this nonphysician to anyone, not even for a referral.

Outstanding physician and clinician. I spent 12 years in healthcare part of which was the Director of Physician Operations for Hospital Physician own Group. She runs a great clinic operation in my opinion and cares about her patients. She does not rush you and talks to you and not her computer. Looks you right in the eye and then does her computer work. You leave knowing where you are and what you have to do. Glad she has been my Dr. going 6 years. Highly recommend her. Thx. Dr. Tomcho.

Argumentative. Didn’t ask my symptoms. Had the medical assistant come back in the room to ask me questions regarding if I got a flu shot and if I’ve had a temperature. Did half of a lung assessment.

THE worst experience I've ever had in my 52 years of seeing physicians. She gets very defensive and rude if you ask questions based on studies that you've come across in trying to research your own health. Her evaluations are not thorough even though you can BET she is billing the insurance companies for them. Talk about a "God complex", she has got it for sure.

I took my two kids and I saw her myself before leaving for another practice. Her manner is not open to discussion, it's do it her way or else. She talks down to people and her nurse is a bully to kids. I am the type that just puts up with crap but eventually I realized getting an appointment with her is practically impossible because she only works a few days a week. So I changed practices.

Dr. Tomcho is a very thorough Dr. If she can't find why you are having problems medically, she will send you to a specialist who can.

Worst experience ever with a professional. My Doctor retired so I made an appointment with Dr. Tomcho, my wife's Doctor. The first new patient appointment was today (two months out). Imagine my surprise today when I arrived todayvand learned I had been bumped and deleted because Dr. Tomcho no longer sees new patients. I can understand a Doctor deciding not to see new patients. I cannot understand booking a new patient appointment then cancelling it without telling the patient.
