MYSTERIOUS DOCTOR, TERRIBLE OFFICE. I stayed with Dr. Nagaraj for years because I liked her and thought she was good. Her office is another story. It's nearly impossible to get them on the phone, they don't return calls in a timely manner, often not at all. Their outgoing message gives incorrect office hours even though they are aware of it. The back-up answering service is of little help. I've run out of medications numerous times because of the unresponsiveness of her office. As of now, it's been over a week since CVS and I've been trying to get an updated prescription for a medication on autofill. They told me Dr. Nagaraj's license was expired (HUH??? She said she was going on sabbatical and another doctor would be filling in.) After three requests to the new doctor to no avail, they still can't fill my prescription.

She was unavailable, in a hospital setting. She was not communicative or in anyway sympathetic or helpful. By far one of the worst doctors I’ve ever had to endure. Prescribed meds incorrectly, ones that had to be taken with food she prescribed at bedtime on an empty stomach. Not only did it make me very ill, it did not allow the medicine to work correctly.

Dr Nagaraj was my Dr when I was a teenager. As a teen I was pretty off my hinges, but she never made me feel that way. She was amazing and I'll never forget her sessions. I'm glad to see she is still practicing. I just want to say thank you to her for being a great memorable Dr.

Dr. Nagaraj was the most qualified and payes close attention to her patients needs. Exceptionally interested in what protocol her patients will need. I've never met another psychiatrist that authentically care for her patients. With my experience with Dr Nagaraj she was a consummate professional. I have the utmost respect in her caring about the treatment she offers her patients. I will keep going to her because of her relentless drive in finding the best phyciatric care for her clients. She's a wonderfull doctor who demonstrates her commitment in designing a program specifically for her patients best interests. She is exceeding in all areas of patient care. I value her as the most informed doctor who truly values the guality of care for her patients. Dr. Nagaraj was the most qualified and payes close attention to her patients needs. I was informed today by her Office Manager Sue that I was no longer a patient because the last time I was there was last April. Today is April 25th. I have been a patent since 2004. This has been an ongoing problem with her office manager both with scheduling and prescription refills, referrals to other therapists, and doctors. They don't happen. Instead of handling it with compassion, kindness and a measure of concern as one would expect when treating patients coming to a psychiatrist.

Refused to call my neurologist or psychiatarist the whole 3 1/2 weeks I was there. My doctor said she had me on some medications which were making my illness worse. Sometimes I went days where I wouldn't see any doctor which was very unusual for a psych hospital. She lied about when I could get out and made me sign papers I didn'f full understand so she could keep me longer. She is the worst doctor I have ever had in my life.
