Pablo Sobero

We had to switch Physicians due to the fact that of them deciding not accepting PPO claiming that some new law went into effect when in fact it was them doing this. We have Blue Shield of CA PPO & when I called them asking about this they laughed and same happened when I called around trying to find another physician for our family. Dr. Sobero and friend of doctors are the only provider in the area that would NOT accept PPO insurance and making false accusations. They are many good physicians in or around Moreno Valley welcoming new patients even the o ce with PPO.

The doctors in this office are very good, the problem in this office is the women at the front desk, they have very little profession, they treat people like I suppose they treat their family, they don't treat people well, they answer you very badly They hang up the phone before you finish talking to them. Actually, if they didn't have this type of staff working in this office, everything would be perfect. The women who were before them were very professional. Jimena and the other one Marsha, are the worst.

Great experience every time I go. I barley ever wait to be helped when I check in. The staff and Dr. Sobero are always very friendly and helpful. They really take their time to explain any concerns I have with my health exams and thoroughly give me treatment options. Went in because of a new condition, he suggested I don't go back to work until further evaluation is done but refused and got angry asking for a work note saying it's not his job! Almost got fired because of this clown! He should have his medical license revoked!

This is by far the most mickey mouse operation I've ever seen in a family healthcare establishment. They figure, I can only assume, that because the Hi Desert has such slim pickens for such care and that they accept MediCal that they can operate in the manner they do. Trust me, there are other options. My recommendation is do your due diligence and find an alternative. You won't be sorry. disregard this recommendation and you most certainly will.

Even after moving out of the area, I've kept Dr. Sobaro as my primary care provider. I make the 30 mile (one way) trip because of Dr. Sobaro. I could run down a long list, but what I like most about him is the time he takes explaining recommendations. I never feel rushed when i seek his care. I could pick a provider closer and in the Palm Desert area, but when you find a provider you trust, I recommend keeping them.

Seemed like he would be fine as my provider since I am rarely ill.He never did an exam, and just took partial history. Would not refill my meds but did not tell me that I needed to be seen for him to do that so I had to go to urgent care to get the refill. When I said this would lose my business they did not care. I even made an appointment for a week later and they would not help me (work full time, full time caregiver for a cancer patient)because they 'don't bend office protocols for anyone'

I have a son that is disabled!! For the last two years! This Dr has done nothing to help my son!! He has him come in every month!! Does nothing at all!! Gives him meds, and sends him on his way!! We can't even get a referral done right!! The experience has. Even unreal! If you call him on how you feel! He has such an bad attitude !! And will do nothing to help even longer!! I never have been notified of my test results even when I ask for a copy & have had appointments cancelled or switched. This last time told me he had other patients to see and there was nothing wrong with me without checking me. Three days later I saw another doctor who diagnosed me with a severe, chronic nerve disease. I'm not going back.
