My mom was seen by this Doctor at Kendall regional hospital after her car accident. My mom suffered a C2 fracture, and was written on her discharge papers for a follow up appt with this office. My mom was in the hospital for 3 days. Long story short, my mom is part of Leon medical center and has PIP insurance. After several weeks of waiting for the appt, they finally gave the appt. Well today the day before the appt, the staff members asked for a letter from the insurance company stating that the 10k is still available so they can bill.
